Keine 4 Sterne Hotel

Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Damen für die Zimmer zuständig waren sollten doch nochmals eine Schulung erhalten das für ein 4 Sterne Hotel Standard war nicht in Ordnung. Die Nachtkästchen auch der Schrank waren nicht geputzt und die Möbel waren kaputt. Hinter dem Bett waren Reste von Schokolade, Fingernägeln,Plastik,Staub und Haaren.Nach dem ich es angesprochen habe haben sie es erledigt und danach war die Damen nicht mehr so freundlich.Das fanden ich schaude. Am Ende der Woche hat sie es nicht mal mehr gestaubsaugt oder nicht mal gewischt. Das ist für das ganze anderen Personal enttäuschend ist😞 .Das sie so freundlich und nett waren. Das essen war der Hammer und jeden Tag was anderes und zum Thema passt. Der Pool Bereich mit Kunststoffrassen ausgelegt. Leider stolper gefahren und er war sehr runter gekommen auch an Stellen kaputt. Viele Liegen waren kaputt. Das war auch am Strand noch schlimmer. VIP Bereich war schön neben dem Strand Bereich. Die Bowlingbahn ist zu alt und auch nicht mehr gerade. Funktioniert auch nicht richtig. Einen Tag und nur eine Stunde war auch für all inklusive ,das fande ich schade für den Preis. Die Bar war nur bis um 22.00 Uhr geöffnet.Viele Urlauber waren unzufrieden bei All inklusive so früh zu machen. Die Taxi Fahrer nie nach dem Preis fragen. Ob wohl ich nur fragt was es kostet ca. Hat er 50 lewa gesagt auf dem Zähler steht ca. 43.56. Das fanden ich dreist. Er bestand auf die 50 lewa obwohl ich im sagte er steht hir auf dem taxameter was anderes. Interessierte ihn nicht. An der Rezeption sagten sie mit 60 lewa was überhaupt nicht stimmt. Das weiß das Personal ganz gut und informieren uns Touristen nicht. Ich habe kleine Tasche wäsche runter gebracht. Da sagt keiner was es kostet (20 lewa). Das sagt auch keiner das es zusätzlich kostet. Das hätte ich mir sparen können. Verletzungsgefahr bei den rutschen ist vorprogrammiert. Nur eine rutsch war geöffnet.

Minunat!

Mi-a placut foarte mult locatia in sine, aproape de plaja, scarile nu sunt deloc atat de incomode pe cum pretinde majoritatea. Am avut priveliste catre mare si parcare (pentru care am platit 20 de leva pe noapte). Personalul extrem de amabil, nu imi aduc aminte ca cineva sa se uite urat la noi, sa fie rautacios sau nepoliticos. Camera mereu curata, cu aer conditionat, functiona si WiFi adecvat. Intr adevar, este putin frustrant ca nu mereu exista loc pe sezlongurile de la piscina, dar dupa masa de pranz se mai gaseste cate un loc. Am fost placut impresionati de fetele care se ocupau de distractie oentru copii. La piscina, in fiecare zi aveau activitati si 2 ore nici nu simteai ca ai copii galagiosi sau neastamparati in preajma. Mesele foarte bine puse la punct, diverse pentru orice gusturi, de la supe sau ciorbe, la gratar, clatite si mini gogosi, scoici, pizza etc. Este un imens bonus faptul ca au bar pe plaja, doar ca este pana la ora 18, unde sunt si gustari. In anii trecuti era nevoie sa ne cumparam bauturi de pe plaja sau sa facem drumuri la hotel, dar acum a fost foarte comod. De asemenea, sunt suficiente sezlonguri si pe plaja, care sunt gratis, din partea hotelului, doar ca de dimineata trebuie "rezervate" cu un prosop, daca nu, dupa masa de pranz se gasesc usor. Suntem foarte multumiti de tot, recomandam!

Great hotel, team, wonderful ALL Inclusive program and the hotel's own sunny beach :)

I have to write this review!!!! I travel a lot, but this hotel stands out - the location and the panoramic view are amazing! The staff and hosts are extremely kind and ready to help with any question! The food is at an excellent level, varied, tasty and fresh, the themed dinners in the restaurant fascinated me, and above all they communicated with the hotel's engaging animation. I have no comment, greetings to your entire team, we will visit you again :)

Beautiful, delicious, amazing

The hotel is amazing ! First line, so good food and drinks. The beach bar is best ! Bartender on beach bar is best in the world. His cocktails are so delicious, and he is smiling so much. He is really best of the best in Golden Sands!

I liked the room, that was clean and the terrace with view to the pool. The food is diverse, and tasty, you will surely can find something to like. The staff in the restaurant is kind, attentive, helpful. We had a great time.

I didn't like that we have to pay for parking. The outside areas, green areas, must be more well-kept. The terrace area should be neater.

The animation team staff were very friendly. They organized a lot of activities for children and parents. The reception staff, in particular, very friendly.

The beach was not cleaned at the end of the day, it should have been, although almost every tourist took their trash. In the morning the sunbeds were not arranged in order and some of them were broken. Lack of pool staff. Many children and adults who did not follow the rules and jumped into the water. Nobody said anything to them.

Very nice trip

Good cost-benefits ratio. Best hotel emoloyes that I meet during my travels :). Got an upgrade to sea view rooms. You get to the beach in 2-3 minutes. Food is good, drinks could be stronger :) .

Insonorization could be better, for us it was even worst because we had a door between rooms in the middle of the wall. The worst part is not the hotel fault but the tourists themselves, they leave towels overnight at the pool, they get annoyed and yell, the worst being my co-nationals romanians ....

This place has everythinh that you need, it great for a weekend, or a week.

The food was amazing, we have a beach bar and private beach, the staff was great, they help us when we need it to. The hotel is placed near the beach and the center of town. I recommend.

We had a problem with one bed, but they change it. we don't have anything to complain about.

In love with that hotel!

I was in hotel Palm beach for holiday, and I was so surprised! Firstly I saw polite and nice personal who met me on reception and told me information about the hotel, then I came to the room, it was nice, clean, with nice smell, from the window I saw beautiful view - black sea, that`s was amazing! The food was really nice! In restaurant was big choice of vegetables, met, sweets, everything! Waiters in restaurant was smiling and polite, same as bartenders. And one more biggest point of that hotel is the dog friendly program! When I was waiting for the room, Inessa from guest relation gave the water for my dog. So I can say that Palm beach is the good hotel, with polite personal, nice room and really good food, definitely will come back, thank u !

There is little parking space, but this is understandable in high season.

Superb

We checked into the hotel, had a large and clean room. A big plus of the hotel is that it is located on the first line, 1 minute from the sea. The food is varied, bartenders make delicious cocktails. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. We invited Bulgarian evening: traditional cuisine and Bulgarian dancers amazed us. We will definitely return to this hotel again.

My family and I liked it, I definitely recommend it

Administrator - improved the type of room ordered (special thanks). Reception - helped us with convenient parking and fast accommodation. Kitchen - diverse, tasty and in sufficient quantities. Location - pretty good, minibar on the beach, umbrellas and sunbeds. The sea (refers to the area) - quite clean, perfect sand, lifeguard post Supermarkets (anything) nearby, souvenir markets and everything you need for the beach.

Internet speed by wifi (enough for social networks, not enough for anything else). In the camera socket for UTP cable, but I haven't tested it (I can't say it's a minus but for those who intend to work - they have to solve this ... for example to buy a card with internet traffic included .. .which is sold at a reasonable price nearby, or has a suitable cable to inert the terminal in the room). I may repeat - but this is not a minus - but rather a warning for those who intend to work (via the Internet) during rest

Friendly staff, good location very close to the beach, clean room and a nice view. The pool is clean, animation team very active both during the day and in the evening. Food is not very diverse, but tastes good and plenty. I would come again anytime !

There were still workers in the hotel, as the preparations for the summer season were not finished, and the bowling track was closed.
