Frumos, dar e loc de și mai bine

Mic dejun acceptabil piscina necurățată, curățenie în camere excelent personal foarte bamabil prăjiturile oribile și mâncarea putea fi mai diversificata apreciez faptul că fructele erau diversificate si locația e relativ aproape de plaja

Din momentul în care le-am spus ca avem un copil cu dizabilități, au fost extraordinari. Ne-au făcut un upgrade la apartament , parcare gratuită și tratament special la mâncarea gătită copilului. Sigur vom reveni.

În fiecare an ne intoarcem cu placere la Apart Hottel Golden Line, unde ne simțim ca acasă !

Anul acesta am petrecut a șaptea vacanta la Apart Hottel Golden Line. Personalul este amabil și răspunde cu promptitudine cerințelor. Mancarea a fost gustoasa, variata și proaspătă. În fiecare zi au fost fructe și legume proaspete și dulciuri gustoase gen home made. Mobilierul din camere și de la piscina a fost schimbat și modernizat,ceea ce a contribuit la creșterea confortului turiștilor. Multumim Apart Hottel Golden Line. Vom revenii și anul viitor cu placere!

Calitatea serviciilor a scăzut, prețul a crescut!

Camera mare și spațioasă, paturi confortabile, vizibilitate la mare, aproape de mare, servicii de curățenie zilnice, personal amabil.

Meniul foarte slab, abia găseai ce sa alegi, mâncăruri de cantina repetitive. A fost al 3-lea an de când vizitam aceasta locație și am rămas dezamăgiți sa vedem cum scad serviciile de la an la an!!! Paharele de bere au devenit mai mici, prăjiturile pe care le adoram au fost înlocuite cu altele ce nu au fost deloc pe placul nostru. Neavand plaja privata am mers la plaja libera ce e murdara (nu mai e ca alta data) și cu enorm de multe pietre în apa. Ptr baie in mare am fost nevoiți sa mergem în dreptul hotelului Admiral unde și nisipul și întrarea în apa erau impecabile! Ptr. parcare ești taxat cu 25 leva/zi și se va plăti inclusiv ziua plecării. Ex: la 7 nopti de cazare sa plătește parcarea ptr 8 zile. Piscina ce altădată era curățată zilnic cu un roboțel, acu a fost curățată doar parțial de 2 ori în 7 zile. Se spala și matura zilnic suprafață din jurul piscinelor (zona de șezlonguri), în acest an abia dacă se ridicau paharele și sticlele ramase din seara precedenta.

Very good

The hotel is located near the center of the resort. There are three beds in the studio room, a large refrigerator and the bathroom has a bathtub. The pool is very large, I would say 25mx15m, the maximum depth is 1.75m in one corner and it is supervised by the watchful eye of an old lifeguard. Two playgrounds for children. A stage from which quality music and karaoke performances could be heard. Animators for the good mood of customers. There is the possibility to sit in the shade under big trees, on a deckchair, away from the noise of the pool, to read on the phone or from a book, in silence. Special room with quality treadmills, multifunctional fitness equipment and ping-pong table. In 4 minutes of walking you reach the waves line of the beach.

A plastic chandelier the size of a troller was hanging one meter from the ceiling, right in the middle of the room. Parking with few places, I had to leave the car at a parking lot located 3 minutes' walk from the hotel. Parking cost 25 BGN/24 hours and is paid per day, not per night. That is, if you stay for 2 nights, you pay 75 leva. Access to the pool is from 08:30 to 18:00, but in the morning no one rushes in, and at 18:00, when many would stay in the water for another hour, the lifeguard would blow the whistle to get everyone out. The normal interval should be 09.00-19.00. The WIFI wasn't weak, it was incredibly weak. I didn't manage to read anything on the internet, not to mention any vlog on youtube, with wifi. Good luck with the mobile data. Fixed next to the door of the restaurant was a huge poster on which was written how many kg of food were thrown away the previous day and how many people could have been fed with this amount. More useful was a banner placed in a visible place that simply said "Put only as much as you eat on your plate, no more!"

Minunat

Totul a fost minunat . A fost un concediu relaxant pentru toată familia . Mâncare proaspătă pregătită în fața ta , peste ,pui,legume la grătar, salate . Sucuri și cafea la discreție, piscina destul de mare și foarte curata . De curățenia camerei noastre,s a ocupat o bătrânică care zilnic venea și lasă totul impecabil. Prosoape atât de curate ,aer condiționat pe care puteai sa l pornești chiar dacă nu ești în camera ,la barul cu mâncare de la 11/16 mereu se făcea pizza calda ,deși trebuia sa aștepți puțin, înghețată la discreție și foarte bună. Pentru noi a fost un sejur minunat ,am reveni cu drag

Animatorii destul de plictisiți, mulți români gălăgioși, care lăsau mizerie în urma lor ,vorbeau tare și urat ,asta ar fi singurul lucru care nu ne a plăcut. Și ar fi lipsa plajei private și parcarea foarte scumpa . Deși am avut parcare la umbra ,păzită...

Всё впечатление испортили тем что не меняли постель.

Еда вкусная, персонал отзывчивый сразу реагируют на все просьбы. До моря 100 метров, рядом супермаркет. В 5 минутах остановка автобуса в Варну. Номер красивый, балкон, вид на море, бассейн.

Уборка каждый день, но постель за 8 дней ни разу не сменили. Мы сняли простынь, её просто обратно заправили. Нужно постель снимать и бросать на пол.

Well located and spacious rooms. Not everything is perfect, but it's worth a stay at this hotel

The apartment was very spacious. The hotel staff was very friendly. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The distance to the beach is quite short. The hotel is located at the center of the resort. The breakfast was not very varied, but it was OK.

- The staff does not care if the sunbeds are excessively occupied (with towels), early in the morning, and no one sits on them until the afternoon. If you want to go to the pool after breakfast, almost all the sunbeds are occupied, but only a few people are actually present. At other hotels, if you leave the towel more than 20-30 min., just to occupy the sunbed, but you are not in the area, the towel is automatically removed and you can retrieve it from the reception. This rule can be applied here as well, by the lifeguard, for example... - Only one key and one access card was provided for 4 (four) people. If you let the key at the reception (as written on the hotel regulations), you will not be able to exit (or enter) through the gate located at the back side of the hotel. - We stayed 6 nights. The bed linen has not changed at all. - The bar at the swimming pool is allocated only for "all inclusive". I only had breakfast included. If I want to buy a coffee/beer/juice or something else, it was not possible. I had to get dressed and go upstairs to the lobby bar, in order to buy something to drink.

Personnel très agréable, chambre confortable, femmes de ménage agréables. Coffre fort gratuit., parking payant.

Les matelas sont fatigués (2 lits de 90 cm) la nourriture est bonne mais pas assez chaude et pas de micro ondes.

Fantastic clean beach side apartment

Beautiful clean spacious apartment with balconies with black sea views. Parking available, very friendly staff, kids clubs and things available if needed. Pool, huge breakfast we couple believe how much variety there was. Short walk to the main strip and the sea, beautiful beach, nice restaurants. The apartment had lovely comfortable beds, 2 full bathrooms with showers and a bath so really comfortable for a group of us. Well equipped kitchen area.

With few exceptions or perhaps with too high expectations, I can say that everything was ok.

I liked the cleanliness of the apartment, the food and the location of the hotel, very close to the beach. I saw the sunrise every morning, from the bed, which was superb.

I did not like the bathroom with a bathtub and plastic curtain, the very hot mattress, the very bad service at the bars, the bed quality of the coffee and the beer, the cleanliness of the bar terrace which was non-existent, the sunbeds at the pool which were always occupied by towels without owners, the pavements and stairs outside which was degraded and dangerous. I felt the lack of a private beach area.

Exceptional

EVERYTHING and this is an understatement: perfect cleanliness, the most delicious foods, the divine freshness of drinks, the view from the terrace, the oversize of rooms, etc.... it was the perfect mini-holiday, far more satisfying than I have ever imagined!

---------- It would be a huge lie to say anything wrong about Golden Line Apart Hotel! And, believe me, I have been in quite a few hotels in Golden Sands!

Pool is not heated

I paid 50 leva for parking even though it says free parking is available. The front desk told me it is 10 leva per day, only to be told by the parking attendant that for a two night stay it is 25 leva per night. The pool was not heated as stated on booking.com. when i asked about it i got a rude answer from the front desk about how i should be patient and wait for warmer weather tomorrow. The front desk receptionists are extremely rude and cold and are more worried about their bathrobes than guests having a good time. The cutlery was dirty and used and we got a room that had a faulty door and a broken air conditioner.

Overall it was pretty great, all inclusive is more than enough, new dishes every day.

The Booking page mentioned a gym but it was closed the whole week. The rooms are soundproof but the doors are paper and if someone talks on the hallway you can clearly hear what they're saying.
