Not a high class hotel

Lot's of pools and aquapark for children

Staff is unhappy. You wait for a bus to go to the beach ( every 30 min). Furthermore the beach and the pools are closed at 6. However, It is not well to swim before 6 because of heavy sun and hot weather. Reception is not solutionist. This is not a high class hotel and does not deserve these prices.

Je recommande particulierement cette hôtel aux familles car situé vraiment devans l'espace aquatique des enfants ☺️

Le choix de restaurant. Les équipements pour les enfants de toutes âges! Les différents espace avec des ambiances différentes. Les animateurs avec les enfants top!

Franchement je cherche mais rien à redire.

le Pickalbatros Aqua Blu Resort correspondait à la description. Le personnel était très gentil. La nourriture était sympa et variée à condition de changer de restaurant. Celui de l'Aqua Vista était le mieux. Les piscines et toboggans étaient bien entretenus. Les chambres étaient grandes et confortables. Et la météo a été parfaite tout le long du séjour. Toute la famille a été ravie.

A l'arrivée, le check-in a été très long. L'une des chambres que nous avions réservée était une "familiale" comportant 2 chambres. Ils ont voulu nous donner 2 chambres voisines. Après notre protestation nous avons obtenu une très belle chambre familiale. Le problème a été réglé rapidement mais nous a occasionné du stress venant avec de très jeunes enfants et ayant choisi cet hôtel en raison de cette chambre familiale. Nous le savions, mais il est dommage de ne pas avoir un accès direct à la plage. Si nous revenons nous choisirons sans doute de Pickalbatros Beach. Enfin l'animation pourrait être améliorée.

Pulizia e cortesia top quality. Perfetto per famiglie per i parchi giochi acquatici e le piscine riscaldate. Cibo sempre presente con varia scelta. Struttura veramente molto curata e pulita

-Красивая, зеленая территория -современный дизайн лобби и ресторана -вкусная еда -теплый бассейн -отличный бар Concerto. Вкусные напитки. Замечательные бармен и официанты -спасибо работнику ресепшен Hossan Hassan. Улыбчивый, адекватный, помогает в решении вопросов, вежлив и доброжелателен

Ну а теперь о грустном( к сожалению старший менеджер на ресепшен своим поведением в начале отдыха испортил мнение об отеле. Всегда приезжаем на позитиве, с улыбками, шокранами и чаевыми) Были до этого в Альбатросе Алф Лейла Ва Лейла и остались в полном восторге от отеля, персонала и качества обслуживания. Поэтому решили посетить еще отель сети Альбатрос. Обычно приезжаем в отели к 10часам, нам надевают браслеты и приглашают на перекусы и ознакомлением с отелем. Когда приехали в Aqua Blue сначала подошли к Hossan Hassan, он с улыбкой встретил, попросил паспорта, начал оформление. Потом подошел старший менеджер и началось((( сказали присесть и ждать. И так мы просидели 2 часа, мы с детьми. Не поесть, не попить нам не предложили(( сидите, ждите. Старший менеджер все это время смотрел на нас так, как будто мы ему что то должны, или непрошенные родственники приперлись, периодически подзывая мужа для разных вопросов. Обычно приезжая с Booking мы чуть ли не VIP гости(многие так и называют) но не в этом отеле. В день выезда мы подошли на ресепшен сдать номер, машина должна была быть в районе 14-15, мы сдали ключи и спросили можно ли остаться до приезда машины. Подлетел старший менеджер сказал срезать браслеты. У нас дети их коллекционируют, мы их просим отдать, везде отдают, некоторые отели и не срезают, а где срезают, то обрезали дырочки и отдавали на память. Но не здесь( старший менеджер начал нести чушь про охрану, что запрещено 🙄 вырвал браслет(( и на прощание стал еще просить, что б мы за отдых поставили 10 с наглой ухмылочкой. Очень надеемся, что этот отель и конкретно менеджер все таки исключение в сети отелей Pickalbatros и другие отели еще порадуют нас, но в данный отель вернуться желания нет((( Если стоит выбор выбирайте Alf Leila!!!

Exceptional

The stay was wonderful and everything was better than I imagined. The place is beautiful, elegant and very clean. The food is very diverse and satisfies all tastes. The taste is beautiful and there are warm swimming pools. We will definitely come back again. Everything you will look for you will find and the children will enjoy the place very much.

Repetiría, pero tiene cosas a mejorar.

Las instalaciones están bien para ir con niños, muchos toboganes y algunas piscinas climatizadas. El personal muy amable y atento. La comida está bastante bien y variada. Probablemente repetiría, pero tiene cosas en la que pueden mejorar y se lo trasmití al staff antes de irnos. Si tienes alguna duda piden contactarme sin problema.

Si no vas a tomar el cóctel en el bar, te lo sirven en vaso de café (adjunto foto para que lo veáis, el red bull no estaba incluido), nunca lo había visto antes. Para ser un hotel más verde/ecológico les recomendaría eliminar los vasos no reutilizables y utilizar de plástico. El restaurante a la carta tiene un coste de 20€ por persona, te cobran las palomitas a 2€, si quieres fumar shisha el precio es de 10€, hacen una tómbola un día a la semana en el teatro, si quieres participar el coste es de 15€, debería ser gratuito. Encontré a fatal que te sirvieran algo de picar en los bares mientras tomas un cóctel, como unas patatas, frutos secos, etc… Mi idea de régimen todo incluido es olvidarme de la cartera durante el periodo vacacional. Otra cosa que me sorprendió que en el mini bar de la habitación solo había agua, llamé a recepción para tener un poco de variedad, me trajeron Cola, Sprite y fruta al poco rato de solicitarlo.

Na Egypt opravdu hezká, ale spíše bazénová dovolená, moře o ničem.

Prostorné pokoje, všude čisto. Jídlo ve vedlejším Aqua Vista o třídu lepší.

Pláž nic moc, navíc se tam jedná o jiný hotel, jehož služby včetně bazénů nebo restaurací nelze využívat, takže furt někdo prudí, že tam nepatříte. Pro Aqua blu je tam vymezený pouze malý prostor. Trošku brutální skluzavky, které jezdí výrazně rychleji než obvykle, takže byli lidi dost obouchaní.

Perfect overall and I would like to repeat my experience once again

Staff is so friendly, accommodation is perfect with new furnishings, food is perfect and soft drinks available all time, the beach is one of the best in Hurghada it is sandy with no rocks at all.

Long lines during lunch and dinner perhaps to keep the food fresh all the time

Friendly hotel staff always greeted with a smile i would definitely recommend this hotel & go back if i go to hurghada again

The douche in the toilet didn't work Spa service man tried to rip us off with an over priced massage kept pressuring us to get it done, the hotel room could have done with a chair to sit on
