Relaxing and refreshing place of rest

Clean, beds were very comfortable, great friendly staff, and very close to subway lines.

Incredible hotel experience. Felt like I was staying in true luxury. Every detail was perfect and the staff was amazing.

Not worth the 5* and definitely not worth the price tag!

Not much to say about the positives. I decided to book this hotel because it was a JW Marriott but that’s where the positives stop. The service and hospitality does not match the price. If I were to grade it, I would stay this hotel should not get more than 3 stars, not more. The spa was excellent, however it as I understand it is not managed by the hotel.

- Staff were absent, - room was not cleaned and rather small, - on booking.com the breakfast was included, yet hotel wanted us to pay and were adamant that it was not, breakfast staff were unfriendly and unaccommodating - hotel was dated

I paid for a suite and when I got there they said I put me in a room with one bed so I had to book another room for my group

should go back to the hotel and explore mire if Seoul

taxi reservation. for a non korean it is difficult to interact with a taxi driver. any support in explaining directions to the driver by the concierge people would have saved me a lot of aggravation with arriving late to a business appointment and waste of time and money

Great facilities, adjacent to shopping malls and friendly services!

Great facilities for every family members. Executive lounge was exceptional and the location was perfect.

Public transport is perfect but road traffic was terribly heavy around hotel.

The most is Conciege on G floor service>They were very very helpful both ladies and Gent. The breakfast was full during weekend but ok for me.

If you like to shop, this is the place to stay in GN! Many shops connected to hotel & Shinsegae!

Breakfast was an splendid spread, i'm happy for a few nights stay. Room furnishings was pretty and comfortable linens. I love the space in the bathroom. The lady porters were very helpful cos we had 6 big luggages after staying in Korea for month long. Overall great service! I was pleasantly surprised about the shopping below the hotel. Check it out!

Namsan view was blocked by the construction of building. Bt its ok :)

The executive lounge did not allowed my kids after 6p.m even if they were 12 and 16 years old
