너무나 훌륭한 숙박

결혼식 끝나고 신혼여행 가기 전날 밤에 이용하였는데, 모든 것이 발로 다 표현하지 못할 정도로 너무나 다 좋았습니다. 음식도 기가 막혔고 리무진 서비스며 친절함 다 이루 말할 수가 없이 좋았습니다. 비행기 시간때문에 더 길게 즐기지 못한 것이 아쉬워요. 다음번에 또 오자고 다짐했습니다. 다시한번 너무나 감사드려요. 세심한 서비스는 정말 너무나 감동입니다. 진짜 최고!

성수기 호캉스 추천합니다.

발렛이 아니면 주차는 호텔과 좀 떨어져 있는곳에 있어서 불폄할줄 알았는데 셔틀이 있어서 편하게 이용하였습니다 외부 수영장이나 호레 로비 객실 좋았습니다

현장결제로 예약을 진행 했는데 예약자 확인 시 본인이 직접 결제 하여야 한다는 사실과 가족이라도 결제가 되지 않는 부분은 좀 불편하였습니다 다른 분들도 이점 참고하셔야 될거 같습니다 직원들의 적절한 대처가 아숴웠지만 관리자 분께서 불쾌했던 부분을 잘 풀어 주신거에 대해 다시한번 감사드리며 자칫 좋은 시간을 망칠수도 있었는데 덕분에 잘쉬었습니다 프런트 직원들의 좀더 융통성있는 대처가 개선되었으면 합니다

La qualité des infrastructures, du bar … de la piscine et le service et le confort en règle générale

La lenteur de la réception à l’arrivée pour avoir le lit pour la 3 e personne dans notre chambre comme cela était indiqué dans ma réservation… et la lenteur de l’arrivée de nos valises dans notre chambre.

Relaxing and cozy

I don’t know much about the Shilla’s history but stepping into the hotel felt like I was stepping into an institution. It is outdated though, but it comes across as cozy rather than grimy because of the upkeep. It’s outstandingly clean. The service at reception isn’t the greatest compared to other high-end hotels in Seoul. We weren’t told about details such as needing to book breakfast beforehand if we wanted to pay the guest price, or that there’s a car service between the parking and the hotel. They did end up giving us the guest price for breakfast though to amend for their mistake, but parking is a hassle if you have a car. You have to park and either wait for a car to take you up the hill to the hotel, or make your way up a very long staircase.

Elegant Luxurious Hotel

Spectacular view on N Seoul Tower and mountain, room is well sized with wardrobe and very comfortable desk, bedding is extremely comfortable and the mattress and pillows are incredibly soft, all toiletries are from Molton Brown, gym has all the equipment and helpful staff, swimming pool is excellent, the room is properly cleaned twice a day. Staff is extremely professional and friendly, willing to go extra to help us with any questions. Concierge service is one of the best I have experienced globally. We had breakfast and dinner at The Parkview- it serves the most delicious and sophisticated food. The Library bar has a fantastic view, serves delicious coffee and live music and signing takes place in the evening. Dongguk University Station is 5 mins walk and Namsan hiking route is 15 mins walk away. Hotel has a selection of amazing luxury shops on the basement floor, including contemporary fashion designers. The Shilla has a wonderful Korean art displayed including Park Seo-Bo and Lee Bae.

We would love more storage space/shelves for clothes.

新羅ホテルがコロナ以降国内旅行者にシフトされたことは仕方ないと思うが、ホテル内をガウン姿、スリッパでエレベータに乗る親子がたくさん見受けられた。海辺のホテルのようでガッカリしました。

予約時ダブルでしたが、ツインに変更できたのは良かったです。ラウンジが以前より空いていた。

ラウンジからのテイクアウトコーヒーができなくなったのが残念。新羅ホテルはEXT.ROOMでもコーヒーマシンがないのでマシンを置いてほしい。スパに行くのでシャンプーなど人数分おいてほしいのに、4連泊でも人数分置いてくれなかった。スパにシャワーキャップ、ヘアブラシなど置いてなかった。スパの備品が貧弱に感じた。シャトルバスも金曜17時台（東大門コース）が交通渋滞が酷いとのことでカットされ、私達は1時間ほど待ち続け、タクシー空車もなく、歩いて帰った。ソウルは空車が少なく、予約できそうない者はシャトルバスがあると安心して出かけます。交通便の悪い新羅ホテルはシャトルバスは欠航させてはいけないと思う。

Excellent hotel with outstanding service

The Shilla was excellent. Service was outstanding - every staff member I met was warm and friendly and remembered my name which made my stay feel extra special. I loved the wellness centre - a variety of facilities and I could spend a lot of time there. I used the pool, jacuzzis, sauna and gym. Impressive facilities and very spacious even compared to many 5 star hotels I visited.

it’s a serene place with the best views.

it was gorgeous with the Korean traditional architecture and a modern twist. The staff were really nice and professional yet personable. Highly recommend.

the breakfast buffet- not enough traditional Korean dishes. I wouldn’t eat there unless they offer plenty of options including the Korean cuisine

Good hotel. Worst customer service!

I liked the clean room

The customer service is teribble. All they care about is money. Very bad attitude especially at the reception. I would not recommend to anybody. Hayat Regency was cheaper and yet great customer service.

Excellent Hotel

We love the place! When we arrived they upgraded our room because we checked-in a bit early and it was the room that’s available on our arrival. The location was perfect! It’s close with everything! Our window view is Namsan Tower and we can even see the whole view of the pool. The facilities are excellent! They have a gym, indoor pool and outdoor pool and they have staff literally everywhere! The staff were lovely and welcoming as well. The room we stayed were pretty big with a separate lounge area. They have toiletries and always re-filled them everyday. The place also have like an old historic building on the entrance. I don’t really know what it’s called but it was fascinating to me. If you want to shop in the most luxurious way, no worries they have Hermés shop literally in the building! The staff also helped us translate to the taxi driver where we wanted to go.

High end luxury hotel with a great gym and wellness area

Feels very luxurious - clean and modern look and feel - the executive lounge was a great place to hang out for afternoon tea - the gym and wellness areas were truly excellent

For such a large and established hotel the service was not always 100% there. Staff were very polite and eager to chat, but one day our room did not get cleaned, and the taxi service in front of the hotel was quite chaotic (there was an event when we were there so that may have made things worse, but it is a bit galling if you have to wait for a taxi for 20 mins)
