Wij hadden geluk dat we in de buurt konden parkeren. Anders betaal je 20 euro pd in de garage.

Las vistas son increíbles y hay mucho espacio de tumbonas que puedes tomar para relajarte.

Veo un pequeño error que el acceso a la playa sólo sea por medio de escaleras. Las personas con movilidad reducida o carritos de bebés no podrían utilizarlas. También tuvimos mala suerte y la piscina estaba en obras.

Loved the location and breakfast, pool/jacuzzi was not working and bad service

- Breakfast was amazing, the view was breathtaking, we loved it. - It was very close to the old town and right next to the lovely Burriana beach. I loved the lady who did the breakfast, she was always so nice.

- Jacuzzi and pool was not working and there was no information about it when we booked the hotel long time ago. It was one of our top criterias and we would have not booked the hotel if we would have known this. I even asked about the pool two weeks before our trip and it was not mentioned. We were not even apologized when we complained, it was basically said we complain for nothing because the beach was so nice. I was astonished that a customer servant thought that we didn't have right to expect those services that we paid for. - When we logged in to the hotel, we were badly informed about everything. No one told us the breakfast time and also no one told us about the inner garden with turtles even though we had children. We found us the last day from another guest. If the service would have been as welcoming and good as the hotel's location and breakfast and the pool was working, I would have loved it and would return!

Wish we could go back and stay longer!

Wonderful, beautiful place to stay, with great staff and location. The breakfast spread was superb, and sitting outside on the terrace having your breakfast was wonderful. The very nice woman at reception parked our car using the car elevator and that was a bonus for sure. She also had great restaurant recommendations. Our room was huge and the bathtub as well. I wish we could have stayed longer. Unfortunately the pool was under repair.

The pool was under repair unfortunately, hence not giving a ten rating. And for me, with age and arthritis in the hip, I found the bed (twins pushed together) to be quite hard and not comfortable. My husband found the bed to be fine though.

Peaceful, quiet relaxing stay to unwind from it all .

First off , so peaceful away from the crowds, direct access to the beach , tucked away on the corner of beach front entrance to hotel on a serene peaceful alley way . The breakfast was super good , variety fruits , breads , eggs /yummy bacon , cold cuts , cheese. Coffee really good and hot , with hot milk , pastry . Beds really comfortable with soft pillows. Great huge patio with lounge chairs off from the bedroom . What can I say , was amazing it’s the only place we will stay on our next visit to Nerja.

Hotel staff was very nice. The pool is a great option to the beach. Conveniently located close to the beaches and the Balcony of Europe. It sits at the top of a cliff with a great views and breeze but requires climbing steps to and from the beach.

Literally everything from the moment we stepped into this lovely welcoming environment in which we were greeted with a complimentary drink. Whilst we waited for the room to be ready ( we were early) we sat out at the pool area looking out at spectacular views. We had the penthouse suite room that took our breath away. Huge, very clean and comfortable with an amazing wrap around balcony with plenty of seating and shade. Simply amazing

Beautiful views and warm staff create the perfect place to stay in Nerja!

Great location in Nerja. Close to the beach and an easy stroll down to the Balcon De Europa. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was great and just what the afternoon called for. Breakfast was delicious. We also reserved a parking spot and it worked wonderfully. We would absolutely stay here again, and hope to do so!

The place is a bit dated, but I think it adds to the charm. There is not an elevator, so something to consider. The step into our tub was quite high, so if you have mobility issues, chose something other than the Double Room with Balcony and Sea View.

Would have liked to be able to sit on the balcony and would have liked tea and coffee making facility. Also not clear that you had to reserve parking.

Good value for money

Easy check in and staff were helpful. Inclusive breakfast was great. Didn’t use the pool because it was raining but the view on the shared balcony was phenomenal and we did make use of the private beach access.

Finding the location was tricky because it’s on a one way street and google maps kept taking us to a different spot

Wow ! What a fabulous location - from entering the hotel from the street , I had no idea what a view was to be had once on the terrace .

Nothing really - maybe the rooms due a makeover one day ?

Room , big pillar in centre of it, tired looking, bathroom was very outdated and dangerous as bath far too high, described as garden view room yet the balcony was 2ft x 2ft you had to stand up and 2 people would struggle go fit on it

A good base from which to explore Nerja and the surrounding area

A friendly, comfortable, old-style hotel in a quiet location. Perfectly located to explore Nerja's town centre (less than 10 minutes by foot), which has a great range of excellent bars, cafes, restaurants and boutique-style shops. Fantastic views of the beach from the balcony of our room and the hotel gardens, which were very well maintained. Access to the beach via a private staircase. Breakfast was fresh with a good range of food available, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Live "sundowner" music on a couple of evenings too from our Swedish hosts was a nice touch and added to the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. The hotel was also a good base from which to explore some of the lovely villages just inland in the surrounding hills.

This didn't impact our stay at all, and therefore is more for awareness - there are quite a few stairs and steps to negotiate within the hotel, which comprises a series of linked buildings. Also, while there is on-site parking available at 20 Euros/day, this cannot be reserved (contrary to the information in the booking details). There is alternate safe, free parking down by the beach, which is a 2-minute walk up the private hotel stairs or a 5-minute walk up moderately steep footpath. Details on how to find the off-site parking provided by the Hotel were detailed and totally accurate.

What a place!

Location, beautiful view over the beach with easy access via stairs. The outside area and pool was great. Breakfast overlooking the sea was stunning. Big bathroom. Comfortable beds.

Our room was just off the reception/lobby area so could hear a little bit of coming and going, but other than that it was perfect.

PHENOMENAL! No complaints whatsoever!

The view from our room's seating area was phenomenal, as well as the proximity into town. We walked everywhere on our two day stay. Wish we would have stayed longer in Nerja as opposed to Malaga. We love the small town feel in Spain better for sure. Service was amazing. Gustavo was second to none!

coming back!

you could not find a better view or location for a relaxing beach trip. we got one of the larger rooms that walked right out to the grassy area and pool. it was so nice to be able to relax on beach chairs and not have to walk down to the beach all the time. the pool was clean and the bar service was wonderful. would highly recommend. breakfast was great as well
