Will not return.

Location was noisy especially at night from the square.

No heating. Keys to be collected at the petrol station & dropped back there. A bit away from the property. Directions to the property not correct on the sheet I.e. which building/portal. Living Room very damp. Water coming through the roof into the wall. The receptionist was extremely rude when I called & asked to get clear directions to the property. Totally unhelpful.

Really enjoyed our stay. Would use these apartments again if we visit Nerja in the future.

Location was superb. Apartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean. Great air conditioning in living area and bedroom. Having front and rear balconies meant you got morning sun on one and afternoon sun on the other.

Its minor, and it has been hot and dry for a long period, but there was a bit of a smell from the drain on the rear balcony.

Very relaxing stay in a comfortable spacious apartment, perfectly located for beaches, bars & restaurants.

Perfect location, lovely one bedroom apartment overlooking the Plaza with very spacious terrace. The apartment was immaculately clean with good equipment and furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable ! Nice plunge pool on the roof terrace with sun loungers available, which we used most afternoons. Bea was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We will stay here again.

There is a washing machine, but it would be helpful if there was some laundry detergent available in the apartment. I would have liked to have done some washing but didn’t want to buy a box of laundry detergent for just one wash load. It’s only a small thing, but would have made a difference. Otherwise, there is nothing to dislike about the property.

Beautiful location but sub standard accommodation

The location was great but that was all this apartment had to recommend it.

The instructions to find the keys were not clear. Using a thumb print or the back of the hand to call the lift seldom worked and never worked on the 2nd floor. We had to use the stairs to the first floor and hope we could get the lift from there to the ground. One set of keys meant the three of us had to go out and come back at the same time. The shower in one of the bathrooms was off the hook and you had to shower holding the shower head in one hand. The towels were of poor quality and the bath towels were not much bigger than hand towels. There were no tea towels in the kitchen, no mirror in the bedroom and no hairdryer. There were 2 slits on the sofa in the living room which did not make a good first impression. I thought a bottle of water in the fridge (costing 70 cents) was the least we could expect after travelling and in the heat. This was a very expensive 6 nights and at best I would describe it as budget accommodation with a very expensive price tag.

It was leas than one minute walk to the Town and just so convenient.

The location was excellent and Bea was fantastic and was always at the other end of the phone and so accommodating!

Lovely accommodation in the centre of Nerja

The location was fabulous being only a two minute walk to Nerja's main square and the Balcon de Europa. Restaurants and bars were literally on our doorstep. The roof terrace and balcony were really nice and private. The apartment was spotless clean and well equipped. Bea, the manager, was so nice and always willing to help us with any queries that we had.

The only complaint that we have is that the couch in the living room was far from comfortable. We understand that it doubles as a sofa bed but as a result you could not sit on it for relaxation purposes as it was all metal bars.

Superb

Couldn’t get a better location and it was perfect for a family of 4. Very close to the Balcon and restaurants etc. The apartment had everything you would need and the washing machine came in very handy! Great to have English speaking TV also 👍

A little tricky to find and maybe if you give directions in front of the restaurant then it would be easier to google Map!

fantastic

location was perfect,apartment was exceptionally clean . beds were very comfortable. everything we asked for was given . example ! we asked for a early check in it was granted,also the keys were left at exactly the place we were told . we will be definitely staying here again .

the furniture on the balcony needs to be upgraded the sunbeds were very worn and looked grubby also one of chairs was broken .

apt 2 B block 1

I was offered a 2 bedroomed property for the same price of a 1 bedroom so was happy.

however I think I would have preferred a 1 bedroom. Sofa in lounge was ripped and covered with a brown thing that I can say was uncomfortable and slippery. No pillow protectors and no mattress protector. in these COVID times I think this is an absolute necessity. I have stayed in other apartments in plaza de Espana and they were far superior to this. owner needs to do a complete overhaul and give the renter the quality they expect instead of bogus photos on the website. we stayed for 10 nights and we’re not offered any clean towels or beeline and the towels we had were disgusting, old and hard.

Very nice, but they need to separate Apts 1A & 1B on your website, because it's misleading

The agent delivered the keys to me beforehand.

At first they put us in Apt. 1A, where most photos were of 1B. Sofas were ripped. Thankfully, the boiler was broken so ended up in Apt 1B, which was great.

Not worth money paid

The location was excellent if considering only Geography. It was however in a very busy square which was packed full of noisy children after school (didn't actually mind this), Bea the representative was very helpful.

The apartment was described as having a pool, which is stretching credibility, if it had been described as a plunge pool then it would have been more appropriate, no sooner had you left one end of the pool, you were colliding with the other end, definitely not suited for swimming. When we first got into the apartment we viewed a cheap vinyl red sofa full of splits and cracks, rusted balcony rails, and rusted security grills on windows, rusted outside table on the balcony, and an en-suite toilet with the water mains switched off. When we switched on the water we found the reason was a very loud continuous water fill operation which disturbed sleep. The electricity constantly tripped (must have been a previous concern as there was a sign saying to reset switches if this happened), this was impossible as none of the kitchen facilities could be used without tripping every few seconds. We contacted the representative Bea who was very helpful and moved us into an adjacent apartment. The adjacent apartment was in a better condition, but still had rusty balcony rails and table frame. the en-suite shower in the second apartment had a faulty holder, and when switching off the water power the shower head jumped out of the holder bracket and gave me quite a bump on my head. When I investigated I found pieces of the shower holder bracket on the shower floor. I pieced these together and found an old crack right through the bracket, and pieces of the bracket cracked off and missing (I searched everywhere). I put these back together and replaced into the holder then replaced the shower head. I then recognised the shower holder bracket was actually too small for the shower head. I reported this issue, and asked the holder be replaced before the next visitor arrived. Soundproofing inadequate with a loud saxophonist with a limited repertoire, and poor tone into the early hours of the weekends.
