Es war ein positiver entspannter Aufenthalt im Courtyard, positive und freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Die Lage ist für Buisness sehr gut gelegen. Etwas außerhalb der eigentlichen Stadt. Für uns gut zu der Facility. Man ist auch schnell in der Innenstadt Wiesbaden. Für einen direkten Stadturlaub würde ich woanders buchen, aber so wirklich klasse geeignet. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut und reichhaltig. Die Zimmerausstattung war klasse, super sauber und ordentlich.

So angenehm, dass ich wiederkommen muss.

Ich war geschäftlich in Wiesbaden und blieb für 3 Übernachtungen. Dieses Hotel hat dafür exakt zu mir gepasst. Die Autobahn ist nicht weit. Der große hoteleigene Parkplatz ist KOSTENLOS nutzbar, was mich besonders freute. Alle Rezeptionskräfte, denen ich begegnete, waren sehr freundlich und begrüßten mich mit einem Lächeln. Der sympathische Housekeeper (ich brauchte kein Keeping während meines Aufenthaltes), fragte, wenn er mich zufällig auf dem Flur traf, ob alles OK ist, ob ich frische Handtücher brauche usw. Sehr herzlich um mich bemüht und dennoch dezent im Hintergrund. Wirklich toll! Auch, wenn ich nur kurz nach draußen wollte und an der Rezi vorbeikam, nickten mir die Mitarbeiter immer freundlich zu. Dadurch hatte ich immer wieder das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Das Zimmer war ordentlich ausgestattet, es roch angenehm und war gemütlich temperiert (nicht unwichtig, denn draußen waren es - 6 Grad). Das King-Size-Bett war sehr bequem und nicht zu weich. Außerdem waren sowohl Wohnbereich, als auch Nasszelle tiptop sauber. Es war nachts wunderbar ruhig; ich habe wirklich gut geschlafen. Für den Preis, den ich zahlte (84 Euro/Nacht) absolut in Ordnung. Beim nächsten Besuch in Wiesbaden wäre dieses Hotel meine erste Wahl.

Dusche und WC waren von meinem Schlafzimmer nur durch 2 Glasschiebetüren getrennt. Da ich allein reiste, war das für mich nicht von Bedeutung; ich hatte die Schiebetüren permanent geöffnet. Doch wenn ich mit einer zweiten Person gereist wäre, hätte es mich sehr gestört. OK, die Glasscheiben waren verblendet, doch man hört bei geschlossenen Schiebetüren jedes Geräusch, da die Glastüren ja nicht so 100%ig abriegeln, wie eine gewöhnliche Tür. Spaßeshalber habe ich eines Abends bei laufendem TV die Türen geschlossen, als ich im Bad war. Ich hörte den Fernseher unvermindert so, wie zuvor. Fazit: Die zweite Person im Wohnbereich würde mich im WC genauso laut hören. :-) Falls also meine Frau mitgereist wäre, hätte ich vermutlich immer die Toilette im EG am Restaurant genommen. Und eine Sache, die ich in den meisten Hotels erlebe und einfach nicht verstehe: Ein toller, großer Fernseher mit Kabelanschluss, also großer Programmauswahl. Aber stets ist nur nur eine abgespeckte, deutlich kleinere Auswahl an TV-Kanälen installiert. Liebe Hotels!!! Eure Fernseher könnten so viel, wenn Ihr sie nur ließet. Ich liebe es z.B., beim Frühstück TAGESSCHAU24 anzuschalten. Aber man kann fast sicher davon ausgehen, dass immer nur der nervtötende n-tv als Nachrichtenkanal verfügbar ist. So eben auch hier im Courtyard. Warum glauben alle Hoteliers eigentlich, dass es zwischen Wirtschaftsmeldungen und Wetterkarte grundsätzlich einen Werbeblock braucht? Aber Scherz beiseite: Ich komme ich immer wieder gern zurück. Mein Aufenthalt bei Ihnen war super - Sie haben ein fabelhaftes Haus. Auch, wenn ich nächstes Mal meine Universal-Fernbedienung mitbringen und n-tv löschen muss ;-)

Clean, breakfast okk but scrambled eggs hard …

Clean , but they forgot to clean the room the second day of our stay ! not even clean towels.

I had asked to shorten my trip by one day the day before arrival., but they refused until checkout where I said I did not understand why they would not let a Marriott Bonvoy member shorten the trip when giving the required notice. They eventually did .

Very satisfied.

Yogurt with Fresh fruits on breakfast. Clean, quiet, and comfortable room.

Ice machine locates on the side of reception(G floor). It's good to be on every floor.

Excellent place for short stays.

Located close to highway, aprox 20km from Frankfurt - a good option for fairs when prices in main city are extremely high. renting a car and using this kind of hotel is better in terms of budget than staying in the main city (Frankfurt). Big free parking zone. Great breakfast!

It looks good, it seems it got a renovation in the past few years. The rooms are cool, with semi-open bathroom. The breakfast area is well organised and you have all you need. The entrance though is not that promising.

At arrival an unfriendly host at the reception... and when we wanted to go for a drink, after a long day of driving, we were almost refused one beer because the bar was about to close, but the people at the bar still had FOUR drinks each (!)... and again a very unfriendly bartender... And in the room there was only one set of towels...

Lovely stay

Great location close to highway, excellent for a roadtrip. Loved the breakfast, lots of choice, healthy and fresh.

The bathroom had a glass door, which is not ideal when you travel with a baby. When you turn on the light, it lights up the entire room. But for the rest, perfect!
