В целом всё хорошо. Номер был с выходом в бассейн. Если б не «наши» туристы. В 3 часа ночи дикий гогот молодой пары. Усп

Хорошее местоположение. Есть хоть и не большой но спорт зал. Кардио и базовые упражнения можно вполне сделать. Рядом наше любимое кафе уже который год Ska bar. Пляж Ката и Ката ной.

К отелю нет претензий никаких. Цена-качество

Excellent experience

Good location, 2 beaches within a walking distance. Many cafes and restaurants nearby for different prices. The hotel staff is super welcoming. The breakfast was very good!

My pillow was not very comfortable, and the door leading to the pool needed some fixing

The staff are very nice. They let us check in early and late check out. The hotel provide beach towel and beach mat which is very convenient!! Room is clean .Near to beach within 5mins walking distance.We do extend one more night at there.

Great Kata Beach location!!

This hotel is in a great location and has an ocean view (although current development might change this in the year to come). We had a swim up room which was excellent. The gym was small but mighty, could certainly get a workout done. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant is a great sunny space.

The bar and restaurant weren't open. I didn't find this information ahead of our visit so was a little disappointed. We also didn't get the welcome drink that others spoke of, maybe that was due to arrival time. The room smelled a little musty.

Lovely hotel in a good location

the location was great, walkable to the town centre and the beach, close to restaurants, laundry etc. the hotel is relatively new so facilities are in good condition, the design is lovely. The hotel also provides the beach rag.

Wi fi didn't work in my room so i had to move to another room. Overall, wifi is a bit slow

Less than a 100 metre walk to beach, Minimart & restaurants. View of beach, excellent staff, comfortable clean rooms and a great position to access both Kata and Kata Noi beaches by foot.

Good value, clean, would book again

Great location, short walk to Kata Beach. Clean rooms. They provide a beach mat. Pool is small but clean.

The shower was difficult, both of terms of inconsistent water pressure (and usually quite low regardless) and managing the temperature with the two knobs.

Fantastic hotel but absolutely HORRID wifi situation.

The room was great. Clean. The air conditioning worked fantastic. They even had sandals to take to the beach and beach towels for us as well. The pool was nice and I really have no complaints about the hotel at all except for the WIFI.

The wifi is unsecured! Like... what!? A quick check of their router you could see that all the connections were full, because everyone at the hotel, nearby or any passerby can just log into the wifi! No password or anything. Who does that? That makes the wifi ABSOLUTELY unusable. Working from home? Nomad worker? Forget this place, check it off your list. If you don't need internet, its fantastic. But we all need internet these days so I had to give it a bad mark for this. There is a work-around though, you can pull the ethernet cable out of the repeater that is behind the TV and plug yourself directly into the network and then you have highspeed internet that wont kick you off every 20 seconds. Without doing that, it's unusable and not safe.

Beautiful spot. Outstanding location.

The beds are very comfortable and the staff is very friendly. A bit passive, albeit friendly.

I get it. It would be a nightmare to keep a property clean on the beach and it's hot here. Overall they do an awesomely good job. I expect to see/feel a little sand; Hair, on the other hand is unacceptable. When we checked in there was quite a few long hairs spread out in bathroom. The shower had soap all over it, like it had been half cleaned and forgotten about. The feedback from the staff at the front desk was that they'd take care of it tomorrow. Fair enough, it was in the evening, but wasn't the best impression.

Heart of Kala Beach

Enjoyed the facilities, quite rooms. The pillows on the beds where fantastic. The pool was swimmable with out goggles, not over chlorinated.

Wifi was patchy and unsecured. Would have been good to have Netflix and other services made available as do other resorts of this quality have.

Nice, but pricey.

Huge room - it was OK to stay 3-4 person easily. Cool smell of shower gel and shampoo. Location at 5 minutes by foot from the beach. Breakfast looks and smell nice as well (my stay did not include breakfast).

Internet available at 1st floor only near reception. AC was not the best, required to clean.

I like Sugar Marina Resort hotels network. Nautical has great location, 4 mins to the best part of Kata beach. Cozy interior and comfortable beds

Good location. Rooms good size.

Breakfast was not included in price but I thought it was, check in staff did not explain so then we got slapped with 350 baht per person breakfast charges. Beds also extremely hard.

Disappointing

The lady at the reception and the Breakfast team are very friendly and helpful.

They don't have any security or anyone to help the guest with luggage on checkin or checkout. Breakfast has very limited option. They always keep the balcony and coridor dirty. Bed is very high risky for kids.

Would surely consider the location as a good option again.

The room and facilities (pool and workout area) were nice. Staff were friendly too.

The hotel is situated slightly away from the vibrant area. There are nice bars and restaurants near by. However, you’ll need around 10-15mn to get to the lively area.
