Excelente para grupos grandes

Éramos un grupo de 8, el lugar fue perfecto con amplia habitación y Depto. Bien ubicado, buen desayuno, con todo lo necesario cerca.

Las duchas de ambos baños estaban malas, lo informamos pero la reparación tardó unos dos días

Fine for 1 night

24 hour reception, affordable, comfortable beds/sheets. Fresh made eggs. Fine for 1 night not expecting too much.

Premade breakfast on tables covered in plastic. No extra's possible, very basic. Needs a makeover, all is little outdated. Shower cabin is old.

A bit noisy due to room’s window overlooking the service corridor. You need to book in advance the dinner or it may not be available.

Small and noisy room with photos that don't match reservations

Breakfast simple and good. Hotel is located near the center of Punta Arenas.

The room is really small and you can barely move when taking a shower. Also, the room I was assigned to did not match the photos of Booking's reservation. Be aware you may not get what you think you've paid for. Finally, the rooms downstairs are very close to the cafeteria, which gets noisy from 6 a.m. on. So, if you are looking for a place to wake up the time you want (or when your body need), maybe you should consider look for another hotel.

Nice place to stay

The first time we stayed, we weren't sure about the place. The front staff wasn't overly friendly, the room was so-so, and the internet connection in our room was non-existent. The next time we stayed, the front staff were friendly, the room was clean and had internet.

Superb

The staff was helpful, the breakfast was decent, however since we had to leave very early then we couldn't get bread for breakfast because we should have asked for it. And once we found out, it was too late and we had to hurry out already. The apartment we had was comfortable, equipped with basics. We could park our car just in front of the apartment in the yard.

good for one or two nights with nice staff and breakfast, but feels like grandmas house

the staff was super lovely the breakfast was good the price was ok

it wasn’t the cleanest. we thought it was very weird that the comforters didn’t have covers, so we could see the stains. the shower pressure was bad.

Nice pictures in the persentation, but...

Breakfast was good, very friendly reception... not more was good there

We had a 3 bed room. It was very small and not at all space for 3 bags. The room was very noisy because of the bathrooms from the neighbours. The windows goes to an patio with no fresh air.... There were much too much rooms in that small house. For this price we had much more compfortable rooms.
