To make this a 10/10 the apartment requires a better quality mattress and bed linens. The rest of the apartment was

Apartment was clean and well equipped we were close enough to Marina and Old Town but far enough that we got lots of walking up and down the hills. Pool area very nice but water not heated so cool.

The apartment had a terrible bed. Mattress was very uncomfortable and linens were terrible. We notified our contact person and a pad was placed on the mattress that helped some. The first set of very thin sheets with a hole were replaced with better ones but the sheets we received for our third week were not great either. Three weeks in an uncomfortable bed is not good!

100% worth it!

The apartment, grounds and pools were clean and well maintained. The apartment was just as described and shown in the photos. Myself and my partner could not fault it what so ever. It is truly a beautiful place to stay. Wonderful views, quite and not over crowded at the pool. We will be returning 😁

The only small issue we flagged was the self check-in system. There written instructions but some photos/visual maps would speed things up. We had been travelling for a whiles and arrived late at night with a hire car. But this did not put us off or impacted our stay at all.

Was an amazing apartment with everything catered for with amazing views over the bay

The accommodation was superb with everything to hand. It had everything you needed to make it an extremely comfortable stay, definitely a home from home.

Not a didn't like just a suggestion to make it 100% perfect and that is to have a table and chairs on the balcony rather than the bar table and stools. These were very high and difficult to get on and off. Having a table and chairs would allow a more comfortable area to sit and have a coffee or food.

Close to the old town. The pool was never too busy.

The walls are very thin so we could hear the upstairs neighbours every morning which made it hard to sleep

Relaxing within walking distance of the beach and old town.

Fantastic pool and plenty of sunbeds. Very spacious apartment with everything we needed.

The quiet location was perfect and had great views but was an uphill walk from shops and the old town. Taxi s a good option when its very hot.

We would stay here again.

Location is in a quiet area but within walking distance of the old town if you can manage hills and stairs well. The view was lovely. Apartment was well equipped and comfy for a 3 - week stay. Bed was comfortable. Lots of towels provided. The free parking was very handy.

It was clean but not spotlessly so. It could use a coat of paint. There was absolutely nothing in the apartment to get us going, not even salt and pepper, garbage bags, kleenex etc. This is very hit and miss in my experience, but some places we've rented have left these items from previous renters. There wasn't very much drawer space in the bedroom. Most of the cabinets in the photos were locked. The Wi-fi would flash on and off regularly.

Fantastic apartment , enjoyable stay

Upon arrival the Complex was of high standard located in a nice area, clean and well maintained gardens and the pools looked great (we didnt use as it was December !) Apartment was large for a one bedroom and well equipped kitchen and had a very homely feel Apartment very clean and a jacuzzi bath a real treat Lovely outside terraces with good quality outdoor furniture Private parking a bonus and no extra charge Location of apartment was just outside of the town away from all the noise but within walking distance, two small supermarkets close by All Staff we dealt with before arrival and during the stay were very helpful and quick at responding to any questions, thank you Would stay in this apartment again,

An early check in would require a 30 euro charge!!

Great facilities. If don't rent a car, will get a bit of a workout

Facilities were very nice. Apartment was spacious and well appointed. Terrace was very nice with views of the ocean. Kitchen was complete. Electric screens let light in when up and kept room dark for sleeping.

We didn't rent a car and area is very hilly and windy so took time and effort to get around.

This is our second time coming to Albufeira and both times we have stayed in OC villas properties and found them to have a high standard. Apartment was spacious and clean. Kitchen was superbly equipped for self catering. Lots of extra towels supplied. The large balcony was great and the views from the complex are lovely. A quiet and chilled out area. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property, lots of space and very clean. Comfortable and lovely balconies. Host accompanied our late flight by allowing late check out.

Wifi was terrible didn't work for the whole trip. There was lot of noise from the apartment upstairs constantly, sounded like furniture was always being moved. It wasn't light noise it was very loud and it was tough to sleep as they would constantly wake us up. Only received two toilet rolls for 7 days so we had to buy more also no bin bags just one small black bag that didn't fit the bin.

had all modern conveniences should you wish to use them, spacious, within walking distance of centre and beach, felt safe and secure due to gated complex and required key to access main apartment building

nothing on site to obtain basics, plus felt insulted that 200 euro deposit required. also found that a number of plates, bowls and several cutlery items had been put back in the cupboard clearly having food and grease attached and unwashed. felt I then needed to wash ever before use.

Highly recommend! Place is exceptional and so beautiful 😍 has everything you need in the apartment, beautiful views! The pool is lovely! Short distance to old town and the marina enough to be outside it in a quiter area The place was spotless and the host was very good to us organising transfers, early check in and allowing us late check out to accommodate our late flight!! Definitely will be staying here everytime we are back 😁

We got the incorrect code for the door.... the e-mail with the instructions did not arrive until the day of our arrival.....we did not know to check our e-mail on arrival...we were very lucky and met a very helpful portuguese man who helped us . We met another some of guests a couple days later and we had to help them to get their keys and get them into their apartment.
