Superb

Great facilities at the villa for the kids - good size pool, squash court, volleyball, pool table, table tennis. Beds very comfy. Powerful showers. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 teenagers.

The neighbours dog likes to bark! It is 6/7 min walk to the supermarket - but it has everything you need so you don't need to get a car or taxi to the bigger ones on the outside of town.

Exceeded expectations

The swimming pool was very nice. The games room and cinema area was great for the kids

The neighbors dog barked at certain times of day which the owner had committed to dealing with as they were unaware

Will definitely go back....

Both Bernardo and Ana Maria were excellent hosts. Very supportive and always available. Cannot fault the Villa. Lovely walk into the old town and also the Marina was a short stroll away.

fantastic villa for a family holiday.

The property was so spacious and had plenty of bathrooms / bedrooms which worked well for our family group of 8 people. The squash court, pool table and table tennis were excellent additions that we used regularly and it was handy having Netflix for the kids! the views from the property are lovely. We had the pool heated too which meant we could use it every day.

compared to the rest of the property, the kitchen is very dated but we managed with a combination of bbqs and simple meals. There is a large fridge & freezer which was very helpful.

Just No words.

A group of 7 of us stayed at the Pedro mar villa in Albufeira Portugal for a week. We went for mother's Day which took in St,Patrick's day, and the Rugby grand slam. We opted for the transportation that the villa offered, which did not disappoint. We used them for our whole trip as they had a 7 seater for our group. We also ordered groceries before we arrived as our flight times changed and this was kindly done by the owners. From the time we booked any questions we had were answered within a day. The villa is Amazing the best we have ever stayed in. There are 5 bedrooms We only used 4, each room is spotlessly clean and very spacious and has its own ensuite with eider a bath or shower,bidet lovely snow white towels, and really great powerful hair dryers, not the usual crappy ones you get in hotels/Apartments. Each room had its own balcony with beautiful scenery. Lots of sockets in the rooms,rooms Safe in the master bedroom,There was a Hugh sitting room with a big flat screen T.V. and lots of Media Technology we only used this room for the music. Then right in the middle of this amazing villa is a squash court just unbelievable. The kitchen had everything you could ask for coffee machine, kettle,toaster, oven,cooker,microwave, dishwasher,Hugh fridge, and all the utensils you need, even big coffee/tea mugs. (Its the little things) Down stairs there is a Hugh room that has a cinema ( I kid you not) A pool table and a bar. Out by the pool there is lots of seating areas, we had the pool heated which was amazing,(extra cost) but we'll worth it. Safety ring for the pool. Lots of sun beds, table tennis, volleyball, kids play area, clothes line, BBQ area, and amazing views,This is where we spent most of our time, plus we got lovely weather. The family were always available for any questions we had. The villa is about 15/20 mins from the old town and Coastline walk. The Arte bar and supermarket is just down the road maybe 5 mins walk.

There is only one thing We would suggest to the owners and that is to put hand rails in the baths and getting out of the pool.

We all had a very enjoyable stay and will hopefully visit again

Location excellent and great to have the swimming pool. Movie room downstairs was a great surprise. We used it when it was raining and so happy to enjoy it.

The showers in 2 rooms splashed all over the floor and the cooker kept turning off. Some problem with the electricity

we had such an amazing time here, it was fabulous from beginning to end!

the villa was beautiful and very very spacious, lots of activities for teens to enjoy such as a pool table, squash court, badminton and the lovely pool

Absolutely incredible

it was the most amazing place I’ve ever stayed it had everything and more that we could have possibly needed or wanted. we were shocked on arrival to see such an amazing property I’ve never been anywhere like this before.

I found it hard to critique this property as it was so amazing however if I did have to mention something less desirable, it would have to be the neighbours dog barking (which is not your fault I understand). Also, we felt slightly that all the decor and interior was so amazing, the kitchen ever so slightly lacked the same energy but it was still exceptional and I will be returning

couldn’t be any better

we came 2 months ago and loved every minute of our stay in this villa so re booked again. really is the best place you’ll find . we will definitely be coming back after Xmas . the owners are lovely people and really helpful .. I def recommend having pool heated if your not going June July august

As a family we had a great 10 days in The Algarve and did without a car, most things are 10 -15 minutes walk away.

The villa was stunning with facilities that you would not get in many places (squash court, pool table, table tennis table). plenty of sun loungers, and a well kept clean pool.

The fridge door did not close very well and jammed on the freezer door, we kept leaving it open accidentally. That’s about it!

absolutely everything soon as we walked in we all said wow . been coming to Portugal for a lot of years and this is by far the best place I’ve ever stayed in ! 100% booking for next year would of come back September but no dates available

An excellent long weekend at Pedro Mar.

The property is huge and has a beautiful view of the sunset. There were plenty of amenities to keep us busy like the pool table and the squash court. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen came equipped with all basic essentials, as did the barbecue area. The villa is amazing and we’ll definitely be visiting again.

The Villa and its facilities were excellent. As some previous reviewers have stated the photos don't really do it justice. The Villa is huge and all of the bedrooms have their own full bathroom. The pool is also a very good size although very deep in parts. The location was between Old Town and The Marina - roughly 20mins walk to each. Well stocked Supermarket only 10mins away. Overall we had a great stay and the Villa exceeded our expectations. Also we opted to use the company recommended for our Airport Transfers and they were excellent.

The only negative was that 2 of the bathrooms had only hand held showers, however they did have full size baths. It was a little inconvenient as we had to use the showers in the other bedrooms.

Great location for exploring Algarve

Villas location is within easy 10-15 minute walk to Albufeiras old town. Villa is also perfectly located for exploring entire Algarve region. Amenities offered at villa itself are second to none,

Kitchen is functional, but did have a few issues that were brought up with host within first few days of arrival (we were there for 19 days). The sink did not drain properly and one cupboard door kept falling off one of the hinges (we just removed it completely and put it aside). Hopefully these issues will have been rectified for the next guests.

Gorgeous villa, great location

The pool area and shear space in the villa were fantastic. Loved the open hallways and size of the bedrooms, all of which were ensuite. It was easy to get lost in the place it was so big and could easily be 5 or 6 bedrooms. Squash court was great too. The location was spot on, 5 minutes walk to supermarket and bar, 10 minutes walk to marina and Old Town.

Being a bit picky as I'd definitely recommend but the kitchen was the least spacious and most dated of the rooms. Didn't matter too much to us as just about had everything we needed (if you use your imagination) to cook for kids and do breakfast and we used BBQ when cooking at the villa but if I was paying summer prices I think I'd have wanted a bit more.

The house was huge and had everything we wanted. We used the squash court every day and the children found it great fun. The pool was heated for us (we paid extra) and it was pleasantly warm. The location was quiet and not too far from the central Albufeira beach and the old town. The supermarket nearby (5 mins on foot) was very well stocked. Kind host.
