This is a pristine 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo in the heart of Myrtle Beach at the Atlantica Resort Main Building.
The condo was renovated head to toe in Dec 2022/Jan 2023 with wall to wall new flooring, all new mattresses, vanities, appliances, kitchen cabinets, paint, and dining room furniture. The rental rate includes all sheets and towels for all 8 guests.
Our cleaning fee includes two services: 1) $85 Exit cleaning fee and 2) $65 Linen fee. These services are not negotiable, as the unit is cleaned and linens are washed and beds are made for every reservation.
This is within walking distance of the new myrtle beach boardwalk but a secure building location and steps from the gorgeous beaches of the grand strand.
The 14th Ave pier and restaurant are a stone's throw from your 9th-floor luxury condo.
We provide free fast WiFi and parking along with a 65in smart TV in the living room, and both bedrooms also have smart TVs. Also providing additional USB outlets in the bedroom lamps for your extra convenience.
The owner is local, so we keep the unit very clean! The cleaning fee also includes the linen fee, which includes linen, towels, floormates, dish towels, starter paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, dishwasher tab, and shampoos/conditioners.
You are also situated about 200 yards from the north end of the newly constructed Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. It was recognized as the nation's #3 boardwalk by National Geographic.
Guests must be at least 25 years of age and on-site during the rental period.

This was one of the best places we have stayed in on a vacation. Location was great (although make sure you put in Myrtle Beach not North Myrtle Beach... We went to the wrong place first) but it was close to attractions that we wanted to visit. It was clean, and had washer/ dryer that helped a lot. The space was great...room for everyone to enjoy. I got to wake up and enjoy coffee on the balcony every morning while watching the sun rise and see the ocean. Only bad thing would be the table was very wobbly and should be replaced.

Overall our stay was great. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The only issue may have been my misunderstanding of the email we received from the host. I thought the email listed items such as toiletries would not be in the condo so we made arrangements to bring everything we thought we would need. We were surprised when we were arrived and the items were there.

We love this condo. Very pretty, very spacious and excellent location and the view of the beach is perfect.. Minutes walk to Sky wheel boardwalk and restaurants. A few minutes drive to grocery store... Owners were excellent communicators and always responded to our questions.
ONLY ONE thing slightly negative which is NOT their fault since it states in contract: they do NOT provide toilet paper. Which is strange to us since we've stayed in many VRBO's and it always been provided. We would definately stay here again..

This beautiful condo has everything you will need for your stay. Within minutes of reaching out to the owner, I received a response and was ready to book. The views from the balcony of the sunrise will forever engrained in my memory. They were spectacular. You can walk for miles down the beach. It is well located and within walking distance to great restaurants. We can't wait to book again and to make more memories.

The condo was awesome, it was close to everything. My kids enjoyed the beach, which was just steps away. We also made use of the pool and hot tub in the evenings to relax after a long day out and about. The condo itself was beautiful, everything you would want in a home away from your home. The sunrise in the morning are amazing also. Would definitely book again !!!!

The condo was absolutely beautiful with a breath taking view of the ocean! Dusty and Tara thought of everything when supplying the unit with all of the necessities. The location couldn’t be better. This condo was beautiful. Everyone in my family loved the set-up, decor & coloring. The ocean view is gorgeous! Thoroughly enjoyed drinking coffee out on the balcony in morning. Tara was great to deal with & easy to get a hold of. She even left us a welcoming card which made it more personable. I highly recommend Dusty and Tara Rhodes!

We really enjoyed staying in the condo at the Atlantica. Located close to everything made it a short walk to all the shops and restaurants on the boardwalk. My 4 year old grandson loved the lazy river. The condo had plenty of room and the view was amazing. The owners were quick to reply and very helpful in recommending some golf courses in the area. Great vacation.

Just what we needed. Building is a little dated and the pool area could be improved, but the condo itself was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and just enough space for my family of 4 to be comfortable. Easy beach access and the beach is well-kept. Well located so we could walk just about everywhere we wanted to go. Would stay again!

This Condo was in an excellent location. We were in walking distance to all kinds of restaurants, the Pier, activities and of course, the Beach. The view from the balcony was great!! I got up and had coffee while watching the sun rise every morning. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We brought food for breakfast and lunch, but ate out for dinner every night. Plenty of plates and silverware so that we didn't have to do dishes after every meal. We played games at night with the kids. They have a nice selection already there in the closet for you to use (UNO,Trouble, Monopoly, Trivia, Cards, and many more). The updates to the Condo are very nice. It felt very comfortable to just hang out in when it rained. Beds were nice, and had no trouble sleeping at night. Tara contacted me the days of check in and check out. She was informative about the Condo, super friendly and made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. We will definitely rent this Condo again.

Great place to stay for your family vacation!
Comfy, cute and well kept little condo! We loved the view and it was in the perfect location. We were definitely happy with our experience and would go back. Resort staff and guests were all really nice.
Just a heads up for future guest though, the sofa sleeper doesn’t have sheets or pillows so bring some if you plan to use it.(I could have missed that listed somewhere)

My husband and 3 teenage girls enjoyed everything about the Condo and the location. Didn't have to drive once we were down there except to go to Walmart and Broadway!. We had just enough space with the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Everyone was friendly and helpful!

When we first booked, we saw there were some updates being made, so we were already excited. But when we checked in, we were blown away! It really felt like a beach vacation! The tile and paint were redone, and it's so beautiful! The new mattresses they put in were so comfortable, too! The cabinets are brand new and so are the vanities! And the TVs!! Loved having the ability to log in to my Netflix and PrimeVideo accounts so my kids didn't have to lose out on their favorite shows and movies! And my husband didn't miss out on Thursday Night Football haha! View was great, kitchen was well stocked and the unit was nice and clean. We can't wait to come back!

The property was very nice. Tara and Dustin were great to work with. It was very convenient and close to the boardwalk and it was central for going pretty much anywhere. The indoor pool and hot tub were great, could use a little TLC. The front desk staff doesn’t owe you anything because they aren’t part of the condos, they were very unfriendly for any questions we had.

Overall, enjoyed our stay. Thought the unit was a little newer than it actually is, definitely needs a little refresh. A couple small issues like not enough hand towels, bathroom door swings open and bangs closet door. And ceiling fans covered in dust. Biggest issue is parking, a little confusing on the parking pass. You have to cross Ocean Blvd, walk through a parking lot, then cross Withers St to get to the Atlantica parking lots. Would probably stay here again just because of it’s convenient location to downtown

Mold on both shower curtains, a lot of dust build up on walls and bathroom sink and toilets. No cleaning supplies, we had boys with us. Would have been nice to wipe toilets down. Need a rug in front of sliding door. Cleaning services are not deep Cleaning for you.

Condo was very nice, bedroom ceiling fan did not work and when you sleep with your door shut it got very stuffy in room. I emailed the first day but didn’t get a response.

Great stay - first time in Myrtle Beach
The property was exactly as noted and photos were accurate. Dusty and Tara are very responsive to all requests. Comfortable place to stay and right on the beach with the morning sunshine and evening sunset is perfect!!!! So much to do within walking distance. Parking was fairly easy and close by. The pool area of the resort had some maintenance going on but didn't disrupt our stay. We hope to be back one day!

You do all the work
The duties that are expected of you ruin the whole purpose of a vacation. I don't know if this owner had terrible experiences with renters but the tyrannical mandates are ridiculous. The neighborhood is in decline and maybe that's part of the problem. Threats of do this and don't do that otherwise you'll be fined make me uncomfortable. You can't even leave dirty dishes in a running dishwasher when you leave. You must wait till they're clean and put them away! The cleaning crew doesn't have to do much and they don't. We found cheetos on the floor in plain sight. Not sure if they did more than make the beds.

This property is well kept and in an excellent location. Even in the off season there were plenty of activities and restaurants within walking distance. The sunrise views can’t be beat! The check-in process was easy and the owners provided all of the relevant info and responded quickly to all communications

We appreciated the way the owners got back with us on some of our questions. It was unseasonably warm when we were there and had a hiccup with the AC but owners took care of it. We had a great time. It was nice to be so close to things and just walk where we wanted to go.
