Te duur voor wat je krijgt, met name qua service, hygiene en professionaliteit personeel

De geluidisolatie van ramen is prima. De airconditioning is apart geregeld voor woonkamer en slaapkamer en functioneert goed. De inrichting van de kamer is compleet met o.a. bank, eettafel, minibar, Nespresso-koffiemachine en waterkoker.

Gastvrijheid groot deel van personeel niet goed. Ondanks ‘niet storen-lampje’ is personeelslid op kamer geweest en heeft uit minibar wat persoonlijke zaken weggehaald (ivm voedselallergie eigen producten mee). Zelf dit twee keer moeten melden, voordat er iets gedaan werd. Ook nooit antwoord cq excuses gehad over hoe deze inbreuk op onze privacy kon gebeuren. Hygiene was zeer matig (o.a.haren tussen handdoek, bloedrest badkamervloer). Dit ook via het hoteltablet gemeld, maar geen reactie. Volgende ochtend dit maar zelf bij receptie gemeld en toen kregen we ter compensatie voor het ongemak het parkeren gratis. Ligging hotel naast een benzinepomp is niet echt fraai.

Top-Hotel, gut gelegen, sehr gemütlich.

Das Hotel ist auch nach Jahren noch immer ein Wurf. Lage, Einrichtung kommen nicht aus der Zeit. Eher ein architektonischer Wurf. Das Restaurant Moriki ist nach Jahren noch immer topp. Auch dank der Leitung, die seit Jahren die Gleiche ist.

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis der Weinkarte müsste dringend überarbeitet werden. Die ausländischen Weine sind Mittelmass, die Preise dazu zu hoch.

Außergewöhnlicher Kurztrip mit Festspielhaus ein paar Meter entfernt.

Entspannt und trotzdem chic, modern, frisch, ruhige Zimmer. Tolles Personal, Essen ein Traum

Das Einzige, das ich nicht so praktisch fand, wären fehlende Abstellfläche für meine Badutensilien. Aber das ist eigentlich nicht der Rede wert..😀

Don’t ever try to visit that hotel

There is one thin receptionist lady asked me if I can go she will inform me when room is available by email I waited till at 5:30 pm for check in because there is no rooms and she took full invoice amount in advance plus deposit 100€ her colleagues apologies and offered me upgrade to junior sweet room Baden Baden is nice City but that hotel is miserable

We would come back again without hesitation.

Love the artsy vibe of the hotel, which is what the Autograph Collection is famous for. The room was a decent size and the gym is fitted with high end equipment. Room service food was also very tasty and delivered speedily.

There was not much we didn’t like about. From checking in to checking out, we were very satisfied. I suppose the fact that there was not a balcony as described when we booked.

Great hotel and would definitely return and I hope they improve their breakfast range.

Great location and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable.

The breakfast had limited choice compared to others. The location whilst good, does mean there is some road noise in the front rooms.

A very relaxing place, very good for rest, with few comments

- Very clean, with accommodating cleaning staff; - Very nice and complex SPA and outdoor pool; - I liked that it was never crowded and you always had privacy; - Very good breakfast with friendly waiters; also the dinner was very nice, with very good sushi;

The reception staff is a unprofessional; I thought first that the first guy is new, but then I saw that the other one was same; I'll offer some examples that happened meanwhile: - They don't know all the details about the rooms and SPA, sometimes trying to guess some details; - They also had some system issue when they booked our room, which took approximately an hour; it may be something unexpected, I'm not necessarily pissed about that, they offered us some drinks at the top bar in the meantime though, that was fine; but after all was finished, we received the cards for the room at the bar; after we served some food there, we arrived in the room and our luggage were not there; so we had to come downstairs to take our luggage ourselves from the reception, nobody took it ... - At the checkout they insisted that I have to pay the complete accommodation again there, even if I paid it on Booking at the beginning of the stay; they said that I didn't made the payment, even if the first guy (at the check in) verified my payment; after I explained to them, they insisted that the payment was just blocked, though it wasn't, it was executed, I didn't have access to that amount anymore; I helped them, giving them all the details again and again; at the end they said that now they can see that I paid the accommodation and it's a mistake ... as I said;

Great place to explore and enjoy Baden-Baden and the Black Forest.

We spent the New Year period in the hotel and had a great time. The hotel, room and spa are very nice and comfortable. The Japanese restaurant is superb. The service welcoming.

rooftop bar, great barkeepers. 24 hours reception. valet service for the car. short walk to the city center and beautiful Christmas market. best of all: the candy bar!

Would definitely visit again. Amazing experience except for the underwhelming arrival.

The hotel is gorgeous. It looks even more beautiful in person. The sauna and spa were amazing and extensive. We appreciated that the room was ready a couple of hours early for us. Also, the location was better than expected, with just a 15 minute walk into the center of town. Staff was also very lovely.

I messaged with the hotel upon booking that it was going to be my partner's birthday the day we arrived. They said that we'd get a complimentary bottle of wine, and I asked for a note and something sweet as well. I was really looking forward to that for my partner, since we only had one night out of town. Unfortunately, when we arrived, no one mentioned the occasion and there was nothing in the room for his birthday. After going back down to reception I was told that someone was bringing a cake, which we had walked by on a trolley in the hallway on our way in. It did make it to the room shortly after. Also, we never got any wine. For the price and because I did have an expectation and conversation beforehand, it was pretty disappointing. The little cake they brought was delicious, though.
