A lot of misselling by May Flower hotel and/or Booking.com. Best to avoid this hotel.

The hotel is located within walking distance from central Alayna, with local shops and a bakery nearby.

We were asked to pay for air conditioning as soon as we spoke to the Manager. During our two-week visit to Turkey, we stayed in 5 different hotels and apartments, this is the only one which required money for air conditioning, otherwise, you won't get the A/C remote control, we paid £5 per day to use this facility. When we booked through Booking.com it was apparent that A/C was included in the price. There's only one A/C in the apartment. We were four adults two to sleep in the living room and two in the bedroom as there's no A/C in the living room, you can't sleep at night due to the hot July/August. Very expensive laundry service. No ironing facility in the room promised one but didn't deliver. Sticky and dirty floors. Overall, would suggest avoiding this hotel if possible.

Nice hotel in a close proximity to the city centre and the beach

The location was great - in close proximity to the beach. We did not use any transportation while in the city, we walked a lot.

The staff did not provide shampoo and shower gel, otherwise everything was great. The room was clean, and they changed the towels regularly.

My second home

Been staying here almost yearly since 2012, amazing staff, great food and new renovation of the bathrooms makes it a 10/10 hotel! Super thankful for the staff, they are all so friendly and kind and helpful. Already planning a trip back to my second home 🥰

Very good and pleasant stay. Rooms are very clean, all the kitchen appliances available.

Excellent location, close to the beach (8-9 min walk). A lot of shops, cafes, restaurants near. Spacious apartment, good kitchen, cleanliness.

Little noise from outside road in the night, and also could hear sometimes neighbours too when they would switch the water in the kitchen or bathroom.

Big apartment with a large balcony

The most irritating thing - when you check in, they tell you that the air conditioning is not included in the price! If you want air conditioning, you need to add extra - 100TL, which is about 10% extra! The room service was not good - it took them 45m to bring coffee to the room, and didn't tell us there is a delay. Shower room was broken The kitchen was completely empty - not even coffee or tea bags

Very good

The stuff is friendly and eager to help. There is a good restaurant downstairs with live music on Fridays. We were staying on the 9th flor and were enjoying the night view of the city.

There was a kitchen corner in the room, so we were cooking sometimes, and it would be nice if there was some stuff for washing dishes and cleaning (dishcloth, towel, or paper and sponge). We were staying in the hotel for 9 days and the bedding was changed 2 days before us leaving. Wouldn't it make more sense to do it in the middle of the stay?..

Exceptional

Friendly and supportive staff, clean rooms and facilities, family friendly and quite neighbourhood close to everywhere and, of course, nice and clean pool. Location is pretty good, we did not have much trouble going to/from the sea since we had a car and had to carry lots of stuff; otherwise it’s perfect location with supermarkets, eateries, shops, hospital, etc. nearby. Tuesday and friday street markets, where farmers sell fresh vegetables and fruits, are at walking distance.

Area is a bit noisy due to traffic, even late at night.

our room and kitchen had everything we needed, everything is very clean, perfect location, air conditioning worked fine

we could not invite friends to the room to sit down to drink wine, near the pool, we also could not do it, eventually we went to the beach. friends came from another city
