great location - close to the party area but very quiet

the blinds were fairly good and blocked out most of the sun when i wanted to sleep in The place was very quiet too despite being so close to the party area. they will control the noise in that area too to ensure it's quiet there's a small supermarket right next door for most of the necessities (and beer that isnt marked up like crazy like in most shops) and a larger one that runs 24/7 just a few mins walk the main road (away from the beach, just check google map) aircon was nice and strong too and even though the aircon was off for the entire afternoon (key card type) , it was still fairly cooling by the time I'm back at night

the toilet door needs repair and the shower too, though it still functions

Wonderful stay, very close to the Cleopatra beach and in the center of Alanya.

The hotel is very close to the sea, excellent location. Shops and grocery markets are all nearby. Also you can just have a 10 mins walk to Tuesday bazar (farmers market) and get the most fresh vegetables and fruits there, and taste the freshly cooked fish there for decent prices. There are several other small grocery shops too just around the corner. Kitchen has all necessary tools for everyday cooking if you like to cook, apartments cleaning was done regularly (Fide does a great job, we were very pleased to meet her), staff is very helpful and responsive. Hotel also has a small pool for adults and kids for those who are travelling with kids. I especially liked the fact that because this hotel is located not near the main road but in 1-2 blocks from the road on a silent street, we could sleep well in the night with open windows with no noise (such as music or cars) from outside. Air conditioner is in the bedroom and was working well too. I would stay in this hotel again. Good value for money spent. And another important point - I was working for a week remotely from the hotel with my laptop and the Wifi internet speed was very good for work and Teams calls. So I would recommend this hotel for those who plan to work also remotely while there.

This hotel has charged me twice for the stay. During the conversation with the hotel I was told several times that the double charge was refunded. It never happened. I attach the whole communication.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay

Location was perfect. Clean, quite and small kitchen to make breakfast. Small balcony.

Reception made a mistake and almost charged me three times more. If i didnt pay attention, he would have created big problem since that amount was all that i have in card. At the end it was resolved, but felt awful.

No better place to stay in Alanya!

Everthing at Bayram has been perfect! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure that everything is satisfactory! I'll definitely make this my new go-to place when I'm Alanya!

Not a happy bunny.

Very good location. The hotel was a little tired. Our accommodation was a little small. However, on enquiry I found that I had booked an Economy, apartment. I can only blame myself, or Booking.com for not making the choice obvious.

Amazing hotel for it's price! Excellent location, right in front is a supermarket, the beach is 4 min walking, a lot of cafes and spas around. Apartment was cleaned literally every day incl. even the dishes. WiFi if great - had to work and do calls from a room - no problems at all. Conditioner is quite strong so good enough to make the entire apartment cool in 10min. Receptionists are great! Very friendly staff, always willing to help. Overall, very happy with an experienced. Stayed there in total 4 weeks.

Nice place to be

The hotel was close to everything, a very quiet street and a clean room. The beds were comfortable and the cleaning worked really well.

Sounds are clearly heard from the street and other rooms. The swimming pool was a bit untidy.

Clean rooms but will never book again

The staff were nice! And they cleaned everyday

I will probably never book this hotel again. The pool didn’t seem clean to begin with. The bathrooms smelled really bad at night and the power went of at least 6 times so I couldn’t use the ac nor charge my phone. Also the night I arrived I stood at the reception for at least half an hour and no one came to help. I had to got to the store infornt of the hotel to ask for someone to help so the guy came 10 minutes later.

Best hotel near the sea

Very comfortable and cozy. There is everything for cooking or drinking tea, up to the Turks and a special set for brewing Turkish tea. The air conditioner works great. Everything is very fresh and new. Cleaned every day and change towels.

Excellent stay - will for sure come back!

We stayed here for 12 days. They made us different bedsheat figurs every day and cleaned very well. It wasn’t soap to wash up cups and plates but the cleaning personel did it for us. Very good wifi. Near to the Cleopatra beach, three minutes walk. Thank you for a wonderfull stay, highly recommended.

A little bit noisy in the rooms from other rooms and from the streets.

Overall good value for money

Spacious apartment, not luxurious but nice cozy details, comfy bed, clean, friendly staff, overall above expectations. - If something didn’t work, they came right away and fixed it. - Very close to the beach, shops, bus stops, taxis, authentic restaurants, good dental clinic, laundry service etc.

The electric stove should be replaced, took forever to heat (25 min to boil water) - Not a must but would be nice to have a microwave, and air-con in the living room, not only the bedroom. - The biggest and serious issue for me was a constant beeping sound that was coming from a (broken?) ATM at the street corner every 1 minute day and night (through no fault of the hotel), but this goes to location, as this made my last few days very difficult. The hotel staff told me they called the ATM service company (I don’t know if this is true) but they didn’t fix it. If this issue is now fixed - it’s a great place to stay, exceeds expectations, but if not - it’s torture. P.S. Apparently the sound was not heard from all the rooms.

Kitchen is tiny(no space to prep food) & portable stove takes ages to heat up- if you plan too cook most of the time, then this place isn’t for you. Bathroom is very small(although there’s a window, thankfully) Buildings are too close together, so no privacy on balcony or if you wanna open the curtains while leaving lights on in evening to let air pass
