Can make it better stay..if rooms are cleaned and checked from a leadership side

Good listening reception folks,

Room#24.. fourth floor last room was given . has sepage..and paint washed off.. Rest rooms were Smelling with pigeon feathers droppings..

Value stary with healing staff.

location & supoorting staff. Manager Mr Peter was so humble & kind.

AC & Fan both were not working proerly.

Except location, vety disappointing! Place and staff both!

Location is excellent. But thats it !

Dirty Bathrooms, room clenliness, no room service, noe tea coffee facility in the room, Old, faded ( grey) towels, Restaurant prices quite steep ( a plain cup of cup of tea Rs 50 plus tax). Room tariff quite competitive with other hotels but facilities on upto the mark. One night tariff was Rs 3800/-. Facilities were zilch.

Good location. Staff could be more motivated. Older building. Clean.

According to the staff, Breakfast was not included

Cannot use international debit or credit cards. Had to make several trips to the ATM to get cash. Very annoying

The room was good. I had to catch early morning bus the next day, they packed my breakfast! Being a solo traveller, I would opt for YWCA next time when I am in Delhi!

Room has to water or coffee/tea facilities. They should have these basics.

Could be much better with some efforts.

Stay very helpful. Good restaurant. Good food too, though, too heavy for single person. Room was spacious. Location excellent.

Bathroom is too small and stinking. Cupboards and room walls are dirty and dis-figured.

amazing location!

We chose the hotel because of it’s SUPER location! The hotel in general could use an upgrade, but we didn’t mind the outdated interior because we choose location over trendiness/hipness/luxury. The basic necessities were fine, and the breakfast at the neighbor is quite good!

Overall stay was comfortable.

Location of the property was excellent.The complimentary Breakfast provided was very Good.Room was very large and good and was clean. Toilet was clean.Overall the stay was very comfortable and nice.

The T.V. in the room didn't work, after we informed the same they could not able to run it. Single beds are a bit small for tall and fat persons both in width and length.

The property is a tad old, the rooms are nice though. Maybe the admin should focus a little on look and feel

Excellent location and good food. Rooms are big and clean. Staff polite and friendly.

Minimum facilities, furniture, and toiletries. Bathroom just okay. Fittings and furnishing will need more attention and maintenance. Beds are not soft and comfy. You can get a hotel with much better facilities and comfort at this rate. Not good value for money.
