Очень компактные и уютные апартаменты. Всё чисто и в точности, как на фото. Встречает очень приятный человек. В 10 минутах ходьбы старый центр города. Так же, минутах в 5 огромный спар

Можно было бы пожелать наличие собственной парковки для постояльцев, что было бы здорово в условиях, когда в Больцано приезжают ради Доломитовых Альп, где нужен автомобиль. В остальном, минусов нет

Terrible. We left. Would not recommend.

House has a bed and weird single sofa bed, super uncomfortable. Parking not included. It's like an Airbnb at hotel prices

The owner is super aggressive. We left after one night. House was 32 degrees at night despite advertised aircon. He turned it off to save money and got angry at us for expecting it. Rooms are super small and not as advertised. Worse, on checking reviews, this has been going on for a while. He offered to refund additional nights as long as we didn't leave a review.

Da migliorare

Bagno pulito e grandino. Ci sono i saponi. In buona posizione a Bolzano.

In camera nessuna aria condizionata, in sala c'è ma non regolabile. Cucina, se uno sta 2 gg è sprovvisto di tutto, deve comprare praticamente tutto. Quindi non consigliato per pochi gg con uso cucina. Letti senza comodino e prese luce. Cantina per riporre bici in sicurezza c'è da fare le scale

The stay was good but the room description should have been accurate.

It was a quirky room with modern facilities. It had a good bathroom but there was absolutely no amenities it in eg coffee, tea.

No air conditioning. The owner said it was coming from the ground?? The reading on the air conditioning panel was 27.8, the same as the outside air, so sleeping was terribly difficult. There was a small fan but it wasn’t enough to cool the room.

Spacious, all the correct cooking equipment, comfy mattress.

Air con had broken so the apartment was so hot! We were give a small tower fan for our bedroom. We shut the door up on the hottest day and left the fan running to keep the bedroom cool whilst we popped out for a short amount of time, only for someone to come into our room, open up the door and leave the towels in a separate room so unsure why they went into our bedroom in the first place! Pillows were as hard as rocks, blackout electric blinds in all of the rooms apart from the place you actually need them which was the bedroom so at night you could see every cars lights coming through into the bedroom. We were not told that you needed to take your rubbish out and put it in the courtyard unless you wanted a €50 fine; luckily my partner read an information book about the apartment which was tucked away in a little corner. No communication from the owner when a question was asked despite being told to contact him with any issues and he would reply straight away.

Very nice host at reception. The room was very suitable and very clean.

The advertisement says the room has air conditioning. This is very misleading, because they refused to set it at a reasonable temperature to be considered air conditioned. It was 26.0 deg C in our room (nearly 80 deg F). Also, the room is right over the road, so the road noise, especially the irritating mopeds, was a minor disturbance. They can improve the hospitality by having supplies for the coffee maker there, instead of being told to go buy your own.

Location

Size for 4 people was totally inadequate, uncomfortable sofa beds, a window from bathroom into bedroom was a strange arrangement. Air conditioning was set to heat in summer and management would not adjust. Did not return messages.

Very good

The host was incredibly accommodating, communicative, and helpful. The space was clean and nicely renovated, the location was very central, there were clean towels every day and all amenities as listed.

The floor cooling system worked well but made it quite humid in the apartment - it was much better than no air conditioning, of course. The apartment was a little small for four people.

Plain but very functional apartment for a short stay

Location is good, it was little noisy since the street is one of the big streets in Bolzano so you could hear the traffic from the early morning until the evening. Plain little apartment for a short stay. The host was very gentle with us and for extra fee of 10e/day we could park in the underground parking very close to the apartment. Big thanks for a hair dryer!

We stayed for 3 nights. They brought us every morning new towels but not new sheets which I personally would have liked to have and change during a stay of 3 nights.

At gardar everyone can stay for a fun time, if a setback occurs Raimon can easily be contacted :)

Raimon (our connection) was very helpful and was easy to reach and arrange a meeting with.

There were some defects but these were fixed when we contacted Raimon.

The apartment is nice, it is mostly new.. The house is under video surveillance and safety is great. The owner gave us a parking card for a garage nearby (10€\night) because parking in Bolzano is an issue.

Even though the apartment is new it is now well maintained - it could be cleaner.

Very good

Not very centric but nearby supermarkets and restaurants. The room was clean and the inside temperature optimal.

The beds were not comfortable at all. For the pick up of the keys, we received an email in German. The host has to take into account that not everyone in Spain speaks German and in addition the apartment is in Italy. I would propose to use English.

Tiny apartment but very clean

The apartment was very clean, the shower was great and the beds were really comfortable. The owner reacted well when we made him aware of some of the problems (see below) There was an excellent restaurant just around the corner from the apartment, Ristorante La Lanterna

Location was too far from city centre. We don't mind walking but half an hour in and out to the centre was too time consuming. Apartment was much smaller than we expected and there was nowhere in it to relax. Admittedly we should have made ourselves aware of these things when booking. Facilities initially were not satisfactory - no kettle, no cereal/pasta bowls, and a roller shutter in the bedroom which didn't work. However when we complained to the owner he reacted quickly and did his best to rectify matters.
