Relação preço-qualidade top!

O pequeno almoço era bom, com bastante variedade de produtos. O atendimento foi espetacular, tínhamos algumas coisas de trabalho para tratar e os dois funcionários do atendimento foram incansáveis em nos ajudar. Simpáticos e muito prestáveis

Bon rapport qualité prix.

Très bon petit déjeuner. Hôtel très bien situé, proche commerces et aéroport de Porto.

Lit pas très confortable. T.V capte très mal ( chaînes brouillées).

Comfortable overnight stay

The room was very spacious for a family of four. The staff were really helpful and they even arranged for us to have breakfast earlier since we had an early flight. The hotel is close to the airport (8 min by car ) Bolt and Uber pass regularly so also very convenient.

Perfectly adequate for the airport if you are on a budget.

A nice relaxed neighbourhood with shops, and small restaurants. Reasonable walking distance from the airport if you are travelling light, or a short taxi ride if you have luggage. Nice to be separated from the airport for a layover. Also, the room was clean and comfortable.

Lift was not working, but it's only 3-storeys - wasn't a problem for me personally.

Bring earplugs and you shouldn't have any issues

The location was ideal. It was close to some beautiful parks not too far from the Zoo and very close to the airport. The staff were friendly and happy to assist whenever I had a question. I'd really like to thank the woman who worked reception for the majority of the days I stayed, as she done everything to make my stay enjoyable.

Apart from neighbouring dogs barking for extended periods of time, disrupting my sleep (which I know isn't any fault of the hotel) my only other complaint would be the fact that on my last night here (1st May), I was kept awake throughout the entire night by snoring. I assumed it was a guest, so I decided I would go down and have a smoke, only to find the night receptionist sleeping on the lobby sofa snoring excessively loud. As I was due a late flight home with an early start at work the following day, the lack of sleep due to a staff member really put a downer on it. I did mention it to the next person on shift, and he just expressed how sometimes that member of staff does that, and that was it. It didn't feel professional, and it left a bitter taste in my mouth when considering this hotel for future bookings.

Good stay, good location convenient when flying early next day from Porto airport

Close to the airport, short car journey, around 15 minutes in the morning Breakfast and varied and starts early Staff were helpful and polite No tea/coffee making facilities in bedroom Bedroom spacious for a family of 4, kids both had individual beds

Noise isolation could be better as could hear other people arriving

Satisfatória, um pouco abaixo da qualidade / preço.

Gostei do quarto, do pequeno-almoço, do atendimento.

Não gostei do banho. porque estive de esperar cerca de meia hora para que a caldeira do hotel aquecesse a água.

People at reception were very nice and helpful and the rooms were clean.

Unfortunately the rooms were very noisy because of the street just in front of it and the windows, even closed, couldn't suppressed the noise at all.

Quiet, blackout curtains, near airport, nice staff

Nice staff, 24 hour desk, family room with attached bathroom, breakfast included, nice espresso machine

Bed wasn't very comfortable, only 3 towels for 4 people,, view from window is not very nice.. hut it's quiet and dark with blackout curtains!

Perfect staying

Unfortunately our flight was delayed, as soon as we arrived the staff was very friendly. When we got to the room, a lot of spacious for 4 people and very clean . Of course the location it was perfect as we arrived very late. Also, congratulations to the cleaners very friendly. The breakfast for me it was perfect as portuguese cannot miss our bread with butter, ham and cheese 😋 and of course strong coffee. Thanks 😊

Breakfast was not served as we left before breakfast time. Can we get a refund? Since we did not have breakfast.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay here for more than one day before having your flight.

The hotel is not so far from the airport, it took us about 5 min by taxi. The hotel staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was clean enough.

You could hear every single noise from the street and other rooms in this hotel. There is no chance to get some sleep if you have problems with sleeping in such conditions. The cigarette smell was getting into the room from the outside if someone was smoking in the dedicated area near the hotel. There is no kettle in the room.

Exceptional

Fantastic stay. Staff Danielle and Daniel were fabulous..We had an early flight and they made sure we had our breakfast even though it was not the time for it. Very near to the airport (10 min by bus).Will stay again.

Great place to spend the night while in Porto!

Everything had exceeded my expectations! Room was very clean and cozy, and the nice lady at the reception was so kind, she made sure we had breakfast before we checked out at 5am!

A brief stop over to ensure being at the airport in time, very comfortable and clean room. Would use

I liked that the hotel was close to the airport and I was especially pleased that I was able to get breakfast despite having to leave for my flight before they usually start serving, that was excellent customer service.

Not anything to do with the hotel, but I was kept awake most of the night by neighbours dogs barking and howling. I did mention it to the receptionist in the morning and he apologised, but I pointed out it was no fault of the hotel or the staff.
