Very happy

The communication from the agent and the owner was great. The house was very clean and lovely and had everything we needed. All instructions were clear. We had to call the agent about the TV and she was most helpful and sorted the problem quickly. I would highly recommend Broadhouse and hope to stay there again in the future. Thankyou

Perfect location for us to visit family and Cromer

We were attending a family party in Taverham so the location could not have been better, on arrival we were early rang Lucy who said we could enter house early which was lovely. The house on entering smelt lovely and clean our first impressions were good, it had everything we needed for our weekend stay, it’s basic but comfortable

We would like to make you aware in initially opening the front door it didn’t feel locked it maybe the door lock needs some attention as it still didn’t feel secure when we locked it at night, we were unable to use garden furniture as it hasn’t been cleaned in some time which was disappointing as the weather was so gorgeous, we also had an issue on Sunday evening with the oven we just couldn’t get it to work so we were unable to cook our wedges it may have been us or perhaps it just needs checking, it was to late to ring on this occasion as it was late Sunday, if my sister hadn’t felt unwell we wouldn’t have been cooking as we were going for a meal at local pub. The front bedroom both lamps weren’t plugged in, we found an extension lead under the bed and were able to sort ourselves, just a little check all round by cleaning staff would have realised

We did enjoy our stay a Broadgate House. Clean house, quite location private parking.

Location was lovely. Very quite. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was very clean. Own parking which is a great bonus. Wifi was very good.

The plug for the WiFi kept coming out of socket behind wall so had to use a extension lead which was better. When it kept coming out of socket you would keep losing WiFi and no signal on the TV. There was no filter in the kettle for limescale need to invest in new kettle. Also could do with a jug on kitchen and a bigger baking tray.

Great stay, met all expectations, I'm sure the bins was a one off and would love to stay here again

Loved the outside area and having the use of the bbq, it was all very comfortable and made for a great stay

The bin was full to the brim when we got there which made clearing up after our bbq with friends very difficult as there were no spare bin bags either

beautiful wooden floor in reception, nice sized tv, lovely kitchen, nice clean house

mattresses werent comfy to sit upright in bed but were perfectly comfy when sleeping, bathroom abit dated

Lovely house

Quite neighbourhood, the house is very clean and well looked after. The beds are comfortable, each with 2 pillows, soft and medium. Plenty of towels. Well equipped kitchen. We particularly liked the fireplace in the leaving room and the BBQ. There is a well-provisioned Tesco Express within walking distance, about 8min. There is a good playground in Sandy Lane behind the Library with plenty of parking.

Pleasant stay, good memories

Very clean, basic, but you have everything what you need, good beds, nice garden and a massive football pitch just behind the garden - it was a pleasure for kids to play there! Great parks are nearby - Roarr and bewilderwood - highly recommend both for small kids

We couldn’t figure out first how to switch on heating, hot water and oven, but a couple of calls to the hosts have resolved it

Very Good stay

Good location. Quiet area, Friendly neighbours, nice house. Our car was damaged by the binmen and the owners of the house were super in helping us find out who did it. It wasn't their fault and they couldn't have been more helpful.

Hot water too hot. Please reconsider where the bins are stored to stop a repeat of the bin/car incident.

Excellent value for money....

The location was great...it allowed car travel all around the area without having to endure the city....very good roads to north and east.....off street parking was a blessing. Nice and clean, very comfortable beds.....kitchen utensils a bit weathered, so best to take your own if you intend to cook....the Curry Pot (Indian take away is excellent).....not 5 star, but then again it was very reasonably priced....would definitely stay there again if taking a break in the area....

Bathroom needs some updating....and maybe some better quality fittings....the ceiling fan didn't work, so everything was a bit steamy and the shower screen didn't stop the shower water reaching the floor....back garden had a very dense canopy of trees, so it was in deep shade even on a sunny day...lots of new roads, so update your satnav before you visit
