Fantastisch

Hartelijk ontvangst. Schone kamer en een ruime badkamer. Bedden waren prima. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd ruime keuze. Restaurant was gezellig ingericht en savonds was het eten ook prima. Bediening was ook goed.

Relaxing and very comfortable. Our dog was very welcome. The double comfort room with balcony was nice and spacious

Well fitted bathroom, but due to the layout of the shower you have to be careful not to flood the bathroom.

Excellent hotel in a great location with good breakfast and dining.

We had a very pleasant stay in the Hotel Bornholm. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful in any situation. The dining room as well as both the breakfast and à la carte dinner were outstanding. The room was perfectly adequate. The bathtub was a welcome addition after a long day's hike. Overall it made our stay on Terschelling ever more enjoyable.

The room was maybe a little bit too dimly lit.

Despite the above, we had a wonderful time at the hotel and will defo be coming back.

Service, facilities, location, kindness of (most) staff.

The fact that the shower was curbless and there was a only a partial glass partition - water everywhere! One staff member seemed a little impatient when I pointed out that there were no vegetarian dishes on the menu. Also, on the website it says that the day menu is €25 whereas we were charged €27,50 - I sent them a (fb) message but no reply.

Exceptional

The hotel was in an ideal location. The staff were welcoming and friendly. They gave us all the information we needed. The room was spacious, well set and neat. We had a pleasant stay at the hotel and a delicious breakfast the next day. My dogs Bobby & Summer had the widest smile on their faces stepping into the cozy room. Highly recommend it.

Pretty hotel with quality services

My boyfriend and I had a Comfort room for 3 nights: the room was very spacious with a slightly modern design, comfortable bed, clean, cosy terrace facing the front-garden. The hotel has the bus station 2 minutes walk, but you can rent yourself a bike to explore the surroundings. West-Terschelling centre is around 10 minutes bike ride away. The room price had a delicious breakfast buffet included with plenty of choices and fresh fruit. First evening had dinner a la carte, was very tasty. I was really pleased with the services and the personnel of the hotel, very happy people and willing to help and always smiling. I am very happy with my choice of booking 3 nights at Hotel Bornholm and I happily recommend it.

Outstanding experience!

The hotel was extremely clean and very well located. The receptionist helped me a great deal with a special printing job I needed, for which I was very grateful.

Comfortable and relaxing time

The waiters were super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect to have a walk in the forest with our dog. For a 3 Star hotel, it is a really nice place.

Apart for the COVID situation that we couldn't stay on the terass later than 6pm, 1 member of the staf at the reception wasn't friendly. And a small mistake was done during our arrival about the Breakfast in the morning.

Everything was amazing. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was extremely kind and helpful.

Unfortunately bringing the dogs was a bit expensive.
