Muy correcto para escapada familiar

Las camas son grandes y muy comodas. El aire acondicionado muy bien y el parking tambien

Que el gel/champú fuera de dispensador y malísimo, aguado...el dispensador dosifica tan poca cantidad de jabón, que te cuesta ducharte

Genial

Nos gusto mucho su ubicación, la cercanía a la playa y al centro. Los empleados todos muy amables, sobre todo los de la animación de la piscina. Volveremos seguro!!!

Solo le pondría un "pero" y es el no poder elegir con la media pensión, la comida o la cena. Pero tampoco tiene mucha importancia.

Inmejorable relación calidad-precio y excelente atención

La ubicación era inmejorable y las instalaciones excelentes. El personal muy amable y atento dispuesto a ayudar en lo que hiciera falta.

Lo único negativo era el gimnasio, sobre todo en relación al resto del hotel. No había pesas ni cinta de correr....

Un lugar precioso

La ubicación y las vistas fenomenales, las instalaciones están muy bien, el personal muy amable y la comida había una gran variedad de platos, sea en el desayuno, comida o cena. Me ha gustado la verdad, habían comentarios que te llevaba la contraria y por eso esperaba algo menos del lugar entretanto, me ha sorprendido.

Para días de frío excelente, lo único que fueron días de sol, hacía mucha calor y el aire es como si le faltará el gas del motor, de hecho, no enfriaba la habitación. No hice ninguna reclamación puesto que con la ventana abierta, se solucionó el problema pero, seguramente si hubiera reclamado me habrían solucionado el problema.

Pleasant and easy.

Location and service was great. Everything you need is close. Parking was easy. Staff is friendly and helpful especially the bartender in the 5th floor adult only pool.

Room was a little bland. No artwork or coziness. Maybe it's not a custom in Europe. Bed was hard not very comfortable. However everything was functional.

Good food, comfort and great atmosphere

The food was really good The room was big and very comfortable but quite basic in terms of amenities The simming pool very comfortable The night show basic but super fun The atmosphere is great The location was good, very close to the small beach and only a little walk to the big one and the castle

There was no space in the bathroom where to leave your toiletries to do your hair, make-up, etc...

Good value for money

Excellent location. Big room with a spacy balcony/terrace.

Perfect place for families with small children. Pool in the inner yard and games in the tiled hallways made it sure there was no quiet moment (room was quiet though).

Pleasant Stay, ideal location

It was in a good location, very handy for old town / castle with a pleasant walk into main promenade and sea front. Close to off the sea front bars, which I assume would be more vibrant during the more active months. The hotel was very clean, bedrooms were superb and staff I engaged with were very friendly. Breakfast was ample, well set out and tasty.

I would say dislike but it was likely quite because it was low season, late April. The hotel was hardly populated so it felt big and empty but it was April, with only a few in for breakfast, which is sometimes a bonus. Bar area was very quiet, they had a good singer but only 4 people including me, so no atmosphere but what I expected. The only issue being that there is limited or no street parking without expensive payment meters and as I recall you could only pay and park for a maximum of 12 or 16 hours. There is an underground car park with hotel but it was 15 euro for a night, I used it for the one night as I had equipment / belongings in my car but, ouch! I did not see any free or cheaper cars parks nearby but did not go looking. The town was not very vibrant and most bars were shut it shut early and there were roads works down one Main Street but, once again, this was about the 24th April and likely it had not got going yet. It was OK, not cheap for an over night stay for me but it was what I expected for the price.

Comfy bed, a good choice of brreakfast, smily and attentive employees, lovely music around the reception and a food hall, amaxing view of Peniscola Castle from hotel room.

Missed having a balcony and tthere was a bit anmoying clicking noise comimg out of the aircon every night ( although did not use the air con)

The location, cheap drinks

Poor value for money. Very expensive room that was basic and quite dirty. Noisy, busy hotel with little room at the pool side. Noisy entertainment all day long which admittedly was somewhat fascinating to watch (includes throwing a plastic ham along the pool and chasing all the children with a massive bull).

the staff

The room had a strong smell of cigarettes, even though the cleaning service tried to cover it, it was impossible. The building need some maintenance asap, the paint is falling apart all around the buildings. The pool was crowded and dirty. We just check out an hour after checking in, it was a completely scam, don't waste your time. Not a 4 stars hotel, maybe 1 or 2

Disappointing

Big and comfortable bed

. Very unorganised staff. Check in took us 45 minutes even if there were just 3 parties in front of us. It took them ages to register our kids and went to their manager back and forth. The overall hotel is sterile and to get our heavy luggage to the room we had to take 2 elevators. Even if the kids animation program was nice, they did not allow adults to accompany their children in the indoor playground. My 2 year old was scared to go there alone so I joined him. Some kind of manager even asked me to leave in front of all other guests which was very embarrassing. If this place claims to be any kind of family place, the should really overthink their concept and train their staff

Accomodation perfect but eat outside of hotel

The rooms were amazing, beds were huge, and cant fault the cleanliness

The food was terrible, cold and tasteless.
