No puedo decir nada porque realmente no hubo nada que me gustase del hotel de hecho no volveré

No me gustó el chico de recepción poco amable, el ambiente del hotel, no tenía aparcamiento, las camas muy incómodas y ponía 4 camas y había en la habitación 3

Eine enttäuschende Erfahrung am Ende einer Spanien-Rundreise

Die Zimmer waren einfach und nicht mehr ganz, aber die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung waren in Ordnung. Die Matratzen des Bettes waren auch okay. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei - zwar Massenproduktion und vermutlich Fertigware, aber dafür okay. In der Straße waren genügend öffentliche Parkplätze vorhanden.

Wir wählten das Hotel aufgrund seiner Nähe zum Flughafen. Wer eine Nacht erholsamen Schlafes sucht ist hier jedoch falsch. Ein schöner Urlaub endet hier mit einem negativen Erlebnis. Aber von Anfang an: Bereits bei Ankunft war es im Foyer des Hotels unfassbar laut. Der Empfang war sehr neutral - nicht unfreundlich, aber sicherlich auch nicht freundlich. Das Schlimmste kam jedoch, als wir das Zimmer betraten: das Zimmer lag direkt neben der Treppe und in Nähe zu den Aufzügen. Man hörte den Lärm aus dem Erdgeschoss, ein ständiges Rauf- und Runtergelaufe auf den Treppen sowie die überaus lauten Gäste, die unaufhörlich herumbrüllten - darunter mehrere Schulklassen, für die sich niemand verwantwortlich zu fühlen schien. Ich versuchte in meiner Verzweiflung, den Spalt unter der Tür mit einer Decke abzudichten, aber die Türen waren auch so dünn, dass das nichts half. Ich informierte bereits nach 15 Minuten den Mitarbeiter der Rezeption, da der Lärm unerträglich war. Er meinte, er könnte nichts tun und Mitgefühl ließ sich bei ihm auch nicht wahrnehmen. Nach weiteren 15 Minuten ging ich nochmal zu ihm und erklärte ihm, dass das Gebrüll, das Getrample und die laute Musik unerträglich wären. Erst dann konnte mir der Mitarbeiter ein Zimmer im 6. Stock am Ende eines Flures anbieten. Glücklicherweise hörte man dort nur noch das Gebrüll aus dem Hotelgarten, sodass wir am Ende irgendwann doch noch etwas schliefen. Das Bett hatte keine richtige Bettdecke und das Kissen war platt. Das Doppelbett bestand in beiden Zimmern aus zwei einzelnen zusammengeschobenen Betten, die sich zu leicht auseinanderschoben. Am Bett gab es nur an einer Seite eine Steckdose. Das Hotel liegt zwar vom Flughafen nur wenige Minuten entfernt , aber dafür gibt es in der Umgebung nichts von Interesse. Das Meer ist weit weg und nicht in Laufnähe (für eine Nacht vor dem Flug ist das nicht so wichtig), es gibt auch keine Supermärkte oder ähnliches. Das sollte man vor der Buchung wissen.

Cleaning staff were pleasant

We were on the same floor as a group of Spanish school children who were running around shouting all night with no control... in the morning they were all in the breakfast hall ... the hot food was mostly cold and greasy ... I know there is nothing anyone can do about other residents but reception staff were not approachable and dismissive

La zona Pero no le doy ni un 5

Me dieron una habitación con tres camas , yo solo quería una cama . Parecía de los años 60 . Todo antiguo, sillas de plástico de terraza en la habitación. Me dijeron que estaba todo ocupado con el IMSERSO y me dieron una habitación que parecía que sobraba. La vista era a un techo de la entrada del hotel. Ni siquiera leyeron mis observaciones. El desayuno estaba incluido y quise anular o cambiar por un café de la tarde. Pero ni respuesta Fui solo porque tenía unas reuniones esa tarde y la mañana temprano y no tengo coche para ir y volver. .

Location was good. Close to train station and only half a mile from beach. Hotel was clean. Pool was decent Breakfast was decent as well. Activity team were good.

The staff in reception were rude and unhelpful. Beds werent comfortable. Expensive bar. No fridge Dinners weren't the best.

It was nice and comfortable. Great location, next to the airport, the beach and the train that goes directly to Malaga! Rich breakfast, swimming and nice surrounding area.

nothing like the pictures. We ordered 1 room and got a much worse one. they have double charged us and now we can’t get our money back we woke up in the middle of the night because our door suddenly opened. 2 other guests were given the same room as us and they were on the way in until we stopped them! no sleep from there on

Great views from the balcony on the 6th floor. Bath as well as a shower. Very clean and spacious room.

Location was great. We had a room on the 6th floor with a fabulous sea view and a view over the pool but got sun all day on the balcony too. The room was very clean and had air conditioning which unfortunately was not working during our stay but fortunately was not needed as the weather was quite cool at night. Another bonus was having a bath as well as a shower.

No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities which was a real shame and no fridge. Very unusual nowadays.

great location, quiet area, few mins walk to the train station where you can go directly to Malaga, torremolinos, Benalmadena, fuengirola (then get a bus to Marbella) and more. room was small but clean and had a balcony.

The food offered is basic and largely processed and fried. It’s buffet style and help yourself to whatever you want. But a good choice of salad every evening if you don’t want the foods previously mentioned. No hot drinks or juice available with eve meal, you have to buy from the bar. Breakfast has a selection of fried processed hams and mini frankfurters, eggs, tomato and beans etc There’s lots of mini cakes and rolls/bread and fruit/cereals, hot and cold drinks. The pool could do with emptying and cleaning. Being dated, yes you can hear other rooms and people in corridors. we didn’t find the trains or planes a problem.

Far Exceeded my Expectations and What Fun I Had!

The evening meal was superb, so much choice and many healthy options. After dinner I was very surprised to find there was live entertainment and I ended up having so much fun dancing with all the Spanish! Everyone was so friendly at the hotel. My room was basic but pleasant with a very nice en-suite and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was equally as good as dinner, again so much choice. The grounds were lovely with a nice swimming pool when in season. Already booked another night when I am next in the area. Tip - you can either get the 110 bus there or Cercanias train and the stop for both is Los Alamos. Ikea and Plaza Mayor (large shopping centre) are a 25 min walk away or next stop on the train.

No tv signal but I had not time to watch tv!

Great location, clean, excellent staff and great value for money.

Great location: two train stops from Malaga airport, one train stop away from Plaza Mayor shopping centre. Train (local : cercanillos) station a five minute walk away. 15 minute walk to the west beach of Torremolinos and local trains to Benalmadena and Fuengirola . A few hotel car park bays at the front of the hotel, otherwise on street parking. I arrived well before check in time but was allowed early check in by friendly and efficient reception staff. Free WIFI. I opted for half board as there are no restaurants close by. The food is buffet style and includes wine with evening meal. Breakfast is also buffet style and includes hot and cold food. The food was great value for money. The restaurant staff were polite and efficient. The bar staff were also friendly, kind and helpful. The pool area is attractive and would be great in summer. The room had a balcony with distant mountain views. The location is residential and quiet. Although the furniture is dated, everything was clean and tidy. Some rooms have pool and sea views. There are two lifts. Generally, a clean and happy environment. Fantastic value for money and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had an early check-out and received packed breakfast, which was very nice. Hotel was located close to the airport (7 min drive and paid 8E on Uber) which was very useful due to the early flight.
