Betrug! Achtung!

Dass ich erst nach der Buchung erfahren habe, dass ich ein Deposit von 150 euro für evtl. Schäden hinterlegen muss. Habe ich noch nie erlebt. Habe Fotos von dem abgewohnten Zimmer gemacht, weil ich ich schon befürchtete, dass das Geld verloren ist. Und so war es. Angeblich hätte ich geraucht. Stimmt nicht. Und auch ein Brandloch im Vorhang fotografiert.

Paar fijne dagen gehad.

Rustig gelegen aan een winkelstraat. Alles bij de hand. Goede bedden en een prima badkamer. Na sluitingstijd van de winkels heerlijk rustig om te wandelen. en genoeg restaurants. zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Nett, aber gewisse Dinge wie Garagen Parkplatz kostet extra und Kaution fürs Zimmer müssen klar vorher angegeben werden

Nettes Personal, sauber, solide kleine Zimmer mit Grundausstattung, tolle Lage, Tiefgarage gegen Aufpreis, solides Frühstück

Das die Tiefgarage Aufpreis hat war auf Booking.com nicht angegeben, ebenso wurde mir erst ein Tag vor Ankunft mitgeteilt dass 150€ Kaution für das Zimmer für 1! Nacht hinterlegt werden müssen. Sorry, aber das geht gar nicht.

Très bien

Chambre confortable, nombreux rangements. la salle de bains est récente bien équipée et lumineuse. Il y a de quoi se préparer un petit café dans la chambre. J'ai bien aimé la décoration du couloir. Le personnel est sympathique, professionnel et de bon conseil. Le petit déjeuner est complet. C'est une bonne adresse.

La vue sur l'arrière... L'exiguïté du parking souterrain, difficile de ressortir de la place tout au fond à gauche sans accrocher le pare choc! Il vaut peut être mieux rester stationné dans la rue!

Excellent to stay and balances the price performance very well.

Lovely People and well supported. Cost performance ratio is very good. Everything good and there are so many shops nearby. Very calm peaceful, feels like home inside a hotel. They have everything required in the room, yes fridge was not there in mine but seldom use.

A little away from the city centre but my visit was to this place so for me it was super convenient.

very nice

Location was perfect, couldn't be better. We arrived on the New Year's Eve and it was quiet.

Breakfast was very tasty overall, but I ordered salmon and avocado toast and it wasn't a toast, it was more like a fishcake? If I knew this, I would have gone for something different.

Pleasant and quiet stay.

Very nicely located; the nicest attention. beautiful building. Nice breakfast.

The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. the lights in the room were faulty.

Disappointing

In the reception due to a my card malfunction, and promptly offered to pay in cash the price was overrated and completly disproportionate. I was charged much more and with no reasoning explanation, just “if you want to pay cash you have to pay more”. I did but definitely overrated.

No proper ventilation in the rooms

There was a bad smell at the entrance and inside the rooms (sewage smell).

The location was good.

I would highly recommend NOT staying at this hotel. We paid for breakfast, only to be told when we arrived that the hotel doesn't serve breakfast (17 Euros per person for 2 nights). We were charged additional (25 Euros) for a single bed to be added to our room for our toddler, which when we arrived we were told they haven't done and simply said it was a miscommunication with housekeeping (and they didn't try to rectify). The entire hotel stinks of smoke. The rooms were dirty, especially the bathrooms. We actually ended up leaving the hotel and not even staying for the first night (we booked for 2).

Cozy hotel in the center of Esch

The staff was very friendly and didn't hesitate to help us when we needed something. Even if we put a do-not-disturb sign up they provided us with new towels and water each day.

The hotel is a little dated but very clean.

I arrived late at night, I told to the hotel. Once I arrived, they gave me the key of my room and was not ready (unclean :S) Breakfast was not available but we did not know in advance

not worth the price.

Location in the middle of town, very central.

Own parking was not recommended/available, so we had to go to a parking where we had to pay. Breakfast was included in the price, but upon arrival they told us that we could not have breakfast and we had to look for breakfast in town. The management didn't put breakfast on the bill, which was only fair. The room was outdated and could use a make over.
