Einfach toll und sehr empfehlenswert. Schade nur, dass wir leider nur eine Nacht da waren

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück - reichhaltiges Büfett, sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, hilfsbereite Damen im Speisesaal

Good choice for brief stay

Great position, walking distance from city center, excellent breakfast, clean room, good wifi. Prices lower than other structures but still above average of other towns. Bratislava has become an expensive town

I was told that being 'chill season' air conditioning was turnded off in the rooms but even if is late september weather was still good so rools were hot and humid. When asking at the reception I was told 'open the window' but it was right on the main street with buses and cars driving at all hours. Luckily I complained with booking and through them hotel management turned on the AC.

Comfortable warm and great location.

Comfortable and spacious rooms. Lovely breakfast and a good location.

All was good thanks. One very minor feedback is the reception team were a little cold when we arrived early and asked to store our luggage. They were efficient though and as I say this was minor.

Za jednu noc vo dvoch izbách

Ubytovanie v hoteli Tatra sme si vybrali po predchádzajúcich výborných skúsenostiach s týmto hotelom, taktiež preto, že sme išli do divadla L+S. Izba sa nám veľmi páčila, je vybavená všetkým, čí potrebujeme. Sklamanie? rozčarovanie? nastalo vtedy, keď sme prišli večer z divadla a zistili sme, že sa nedá spustiť telka. Nefungovala. Milý recepčný hľadal riešenie, dal nás do inej izby. Tá mala tiež všetko, čo sme potrebovali, hlavne fungujúci televízor, zato bola značne menšia. Malinká, ale na jednu noc stačila.

This was a really nice comfortable and relaxing hotel to stay in and met with all our expectations

The hotel was really very nice, and even though this is not a very new hotel the hotel standard and quality of service was very high including the room layout, furnishings bed comfort and bathroom layout and design, the food was also excellent.

Despite the room air-conditioning clearly not working correctly management insisted that it was working. This was most disappointing, particularly as living in Australia. We are quite accustomed to air-conditioning units either working or not! Eventually we got moved to a room with funtioning ac.

There was a very loud ventillator in the bathroom. I couldn't turn it off, so my sleep wasn't perfect.

Nice Hotel close to Downtown Bratislava

Check-In Fast and nice. Perfect Service-Personal for Check-In, Breakfast-Area Hotel is really close to Downtown Bratislava.. Rooms nice and very clean, quiet.. Bed is good ! :)

Lovely stay and near to all the attractions.staff very helpful and pleasant.

Location and breakfeast great.

Pick up from airport would have been great at an extra cost as we got ripped off by taxi.
