Комфортный отель, но есть проблемы с отсутствием балкона.

Отличный сервис, отзывчивый персонал, удобное расположение, прекрасный завтрак, хороший чистый бассейн.

Проживали в номере Делюкс с видом на море. Номер современный, но в номере нет балкона и окна закрыты на ключ для безопасности. Открывать их реально опасно. В результате, невозможно выключить кондиционер в номере из-за духоты и жары, проблемно высушить мокрые вещи и купальники.

Relax and enjoyable stay

Hotel right infront of Pattaya beach and many eatery. Central festival mall is within walking distant. Jasmjne Cafe around the corner serve real good local Thai food at great price.

Breakfast spread is the same for consecutive 4 days. Funtional gym with dated machine. Could enforce basic hygiene of guest that uses the gym, there is a guest that come in every morning around 9am with strong perspiration odour that really affect the other user. Pillow way too soft.

La chambre, l'emplacement, le petit-déjeuner, l'ambiance musicale. Il y a eu un petit problème avec la chambre au départ mais cela été vite réglé. La piscine est spacieuse et il y a assez de transats pour tout le monde

Le prix des boissons et nourriture à la piscine qui est un peu exagéré. L'éclairage dans la salle de bain était faible.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, ein sehr schönes Hotel mit super Lage!

Das Zimmer war relativ groß mit Meerblick. Die Dusche war sehr geräumig und sehr schön wie das Bad allgemein. Ein sehr schönes Zimmer. (Frühstück hatte ich nicht). Hotellage sehr gut, direkt an der Beach Road.

Zentrale Ruheinsel im Puls der Stadt

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Jederzeit bemüht, Wünsche sofort umzusetzen. Toller Pool, tolles Ambiente. Wer es etwas lässiger mag und trotzdem gehoben, ist hier genau richtig.

Ein Teil der Zimmer zur Meerseite sind laut durch die Geräusche der Saunaanlage. Jedoch konnten wir sofort umziehen und sogar mehrere Zimmer besichtigen und eines auswählen, was ruhiger war. Da war allerdings der Blick dann nicht mehr so überragend. Die Poolliegen-Auflagen wurden im Regen nicht zur Seite geräumt, sodass sie quasi immer nass waren.

- Lage sehr gut - Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert - Frühstück sehr grosse Auswahl

Zimmer im 3. Stock riechen streng, nach rückfragen an der Rezeption wurde uns sehr freundlich und unkompliziert ein Zimmer im 6. Stock angeboten. Herzlichen Dank dafür.

子供用プールが抜群子供のためのプールは浅く、かつ砂が敷き詰められているので、滑り台なんかも小さな子供だけでも楽しめました。大人用のプールも併設されておりよし。子供のプールのために宿泊する価値はあります。

部屋が暗くしめっぽく感じた。朝食は品数が豊富だったが、卵麺は割と早い時間でなくなってしまい、食べられませんでした。

Hard Rock for life! 🤘🏽

As you’d expect, the presentation of the hotel, it’s grounds, pool area and room was impeccable! The staff were all super friendly and went out of their way to make our kids feel welcome and special. We had a ocean view suite on the 10th floor - the views from the balcony and bedroom were amazing. The pool was fantastic and the perfect temperature to cool off.

Location is great and service is good.

About that property please provide your customer brush and toothpaste, that’s a basic need.it’s a request please provide them brush & toothpaste. Overall the food was disgusting. I ordered burger and steak but burger petty was disgusting maybe they used previous food and steak too much salty.

A very bad experience

Good location

we went for our Honeymoon it was really good for the first 2 days then everyday after that it was luck some cheap holiday resort with 2 bus loads of children turned up to spend the day in the pool and use the climbing wall, so needless to say with about 50 children in the pool from a local school we didn’t feel like using the pool area. The 2nd day 2 bus load of army turned up to use the facilities for the day. It ruined our Honeymoon and all the staff could say was sorry and sent up some complimentary fruit to our room. A vey bad experience!!!
