Really enjoyable!

Nearby parking was useful. Room was very comfortable. Staff were really helpful and the dinner was surprisingly delicious. The chef also surprised us with a little shot of rum which was... intense!

Breakfast was picked over usually by 9am which is fair enough - we were sleeping in! Just would have been nice if it'd been replenished.

Good place to explore the old town of Toulon and get to the port

Parking is easy, just underneath at a public garage, the hotel offers special rates. Very convenient location if you want to get on the ferry. The hotel is very pet friendly! The room was very clean and spacious, a little fridge would be very much appreciated but water is available at any time for free! And you can make tea at the lobby and take it to your room

Breakfast is good in general, but the scrambled eggs were terrible, didn`t even taste like eggs and there is only computer coffee, no espresso.

Séjour pro d’une semaine, confortable et bien placé.

Hôtel cosy et confortable, belle chambre, très bonne literie. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique.

Seul désagrément, un groupe professionnel en séminaire, qui a investi la salle de petit déjeuner comme point de rencontre. Du coup une bande de gros lourds bruyants et pénibles…

Tolone con Ibis

Posizione centrale, personale preparato, cortese ed ampiamente disponibile. Ottimi i servizi in generale. Prima colazione super, molto comodo il servizio ristorazione con un ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità.

Ho potuto constatare che non tutti gli operatori parlassero la lingua italiana ( direi solo una ), del resto molto gentile e disponibile a dare una mano come tutti gli altri. Forse qualcuno in più non guasterebbe ed invoglierebbe più Italiani che come me parlano poco le altre lingue. Per quanto al Park Lafayette ( non gestito dall'Hotel ), comodissimo, ho capito che è preferibile rimettersi al Hotel. Meglio il ticket alla lettura automatica della targa. Infatti la lettura ottica non ha funzionato, in uscita. Può succedere! Personalmente avevo già prenotato con Parclick e ciò mi ha creato disagi, appunto in uscita. Piccole cose che possono fare la differenza.

Excellent séjour facilité par l'accueil et les services de l'hôtel.

La situation géographique, la chambre, l’accueil ainsi que la disponibilité de tout le personnel à savoir : accueil, restaurant, bar la qualité des repas, le stationnement était pratique car il y a un accès direct du parking souterrain à l'hôtel

Séjour très agréable, établissement à recommander

Chambre spacieuse, literie de très bonne qualité et propreté rien à redire. Petit déjeuner très varié avec de très bon produits frais. Personnel très sympathique. Même si le parking est payant, c'est très pratique qu'il soit accessible par l'intérieur.

Un passage réussi en centre ville

Le positionnement en centre ville tout en étant à l'écart. Le petit déjeuner proposé sous forme de buffet jugé très copieux. La carte des repas proposée valorisant les produits locaux avec un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Le service à table lors du dîner pourrait être moins rapide notamment quand la salle de restauration est quasiment vide.

Très agréable séjour.

La localisation avec la proximité du centre des congrès est exceptionnelle. Le personnel est professionnel, très courtois et attentionné. La nourriture, au restaurant bonne et bien servie dans un cadre agréable.

Great location near the port

Great location if you want to get a ferry or explore the old town. Modern and very clean, car park just next door.

The thing I really missed was a little fridge/ mini bar to keep my water cold. Also, a water boiler to make tea in the room would have been greatly appreciated. Breakfast was very average, especially for a vegetarian like me. Only one type of cheese and that was cow cheese, no fruit except bananas. The toast was preprepared with ham and cheese 😞 but in France I often find that very difficult.

Very comfortable, my third stay here and my go-to for Toulon stays.

Comfortable and spacious room, with a huge bed. Delicious breakfast available and friendly hotel staff, from management to bar staff. Very accessible for the city centre (especially the rugby stadium!)

The breakfast seemed to be attended by a conference, who ate standing up in the middle of the breakfast area, which wasn't very easy to move around. Overnight roadworks were very noisy (but not the hotel's fault)

If you are catching a ferry from the port it is an excellent location. We had a very early ferry to Menorca and were promised a basic breakfast at 4 .30 am but we got the full works. The parking was in the basement ,just make sure you pay the hotel up front as some guests who were catching the same ferry as us had a problem finding the parking ticket machines.

Excellent value for money for such a central location. Almost everything in good condition - it looked as if it had been recently refurbished. Good breakfast and evening meal. Pleasant and polite staff even though there was clearly not enough of them.

Room and corridors a little hot. I would like to have been able to turn down the room thermostat a notch.

Good for a weekend

Great buffet breakfast. Our room was simple, had the basics but it was perfect for a weekend.

The location can seem a bit odd at first. Since it is next to the stadium there was a match that Saturday and it was chaos around. So if you have an important event or are there to relax make sure to take a look before if there is a Rugby game taking place.
