Tolle Lage und gutes Frühstück

Zufahrt zum Hotel zum Ausladen war nicht zu allen Zeiten möglich. Musste mehrfach vom externen Parkhaus zum Hotel pendeln

Bra läge. Stort rum. Tyvärr saknades glödlampor på ett par ställen och dessa ersattes inte Tyvärr ingen engelskspråkig TV-kanal. Vill gärna få lite nyheter. Kaffe och te på rummet kostade extra, dåligt Bra frukost. Billigt garage i närheten Bara €3/ dygn.

Amazing cozy storybook hotel in the perfect location.

This hotel was so wonderful! A story book room and so spacious! The location was amazing. We recommend highly for guests looking to explore Colmar.

Prima, wir kommen wieder.

Wir waren während dem Weihnachtsmarkt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist phantastisch und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

Beim Frühstück mussten wir etwas länger auf das frische Brot warten.

Mükemmel konum, sıfır hijyen

Tesis Colmarın tam merkezinde. Lokasyonu tek kelimeyle harika. Yakında saint josse otopark var. Günlüğü 3 euro. Otele 5-6 dakikalık yürüme mesafesi.

Odada üstünüze örtebileceğiniz 1 adet çarşaf, 1 adet battaniye ve 1 adet küçük boy yorgan var. Ve çarşaf ve yorganın nevresimi yok. İğrenç bir durum açıkçası. İlk defa nevresimsiz yorgan veren bir otel gördüm. Odalardaki eşyalar eski ve yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var.

Banyo da tüm eski Mekanlarda olabilecek ama giderilmesi gereken koku vardı …. Check out tan sonra lobi de duran poşet çay için para istenmesi büyük bir KABALIKTı. İlk vardığım da beni karşılayan uzun boylu esmer genç kız çok sempatik ve şekerdi. Maalesef gittiğimgünün resepsiyon da olan hanfendiye duygusal durum olarak neden gülmediğimi Bile açıklamak durumda kaldım … samimi desem değil. Sadece arrogant bir yaklaşım. Sabır falan diyerek bana. Sustum. Neyse …. Harika colmar. Lokasyon süper .. ayrılırken ki çalışanlar (1 aralık 2023 inde )maalesef 👎

Pääkadun varrella sievä hotelli.

Sijainti napakymppi. Kaunis huone. Parkkipaikka on edullinen ja parin minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Colmar on kookas ja kodikas vanhakaupunki. Paljon kaunista katseltavaa.

Wifi oli hidas.

Séjour parfait dans cet hôtel datant du 16e s. : calme de la chambre, petit déjeuner varié et de qualité, emplacement de l'hôtel dans le centre ancien de Colmar, accueil chaleureux et permanence 24/24h. Nombreux restaurants et lieux de visite à proximité.

L'emplacement et l'accueil du personnel. Cet hôtel a un vrai charme historique.

La chambre très sombre avec fenêtre donnant sur un mur aveugle. Évitez les chambres 1 à 3, et de préférence prendre celles au delà de 14

Localizaçao fantástica. Café gostoso. Perto de estacionamentos públicos - sugiro o San jesse.

Ficamos num quarto no “sotao”.. arquitetura tipica, mas um pouco desconfortável.. mas nada q tirasse o charme.

Only if you limit yourself to the city center

The biggest strength is the central location. If your (only) plan is to see the old town, explore the streets, visit museums, shops, or the Christmas market, then it will be ideal for you. The building has character, and the medieval architectural elements (e.g. doorframe, stairs) are integrated nicely in the modern rooms. The staff is nice and attentive. Lighting is good. A supermarket is right across the street.

The "superior room" was a dark chamber with the sink and shower cabin inside the room, stained carpet, and the window opening on a small courtyard where people kept slamming a door. The room decor was bizarre, and not "Alsatian" as advertised. The bed was very short. Wifi was abysmal, I mostly had to use mobile net.

Great place to stop a couple of nights

Location perfect in historic centre of Colmar. Our rooms 20 and 22 were quiet and fairly spacious. Lift is a bonus. Historic characterful building. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast

Aircon broken in room 22. Portable air cooler ok but having to put hose through window let warmer air in!

Alsace is a magical region. Colmar is less co gested tgan Strasbourg and a better value

Parking is a known problem in historoc city centres. Its a chore to park outside area and have to carry bags. But it is a vehicle free zone

Great location and view, lovely building.

Great location in the old town center, we had a lovely view to the market square. The character of the building blends perfectly with its charming surroundings.

There was a weird smell on the hallway on our floor, but luckily it didn't affect our room.

Very close to the centre and all the activities. The balcony was particularly welcome. The staff were outstanding and couldn't be more welcoming and helpful, particularly Celine and Marianne, although everyone was polite and lovely. We would definitely stay here again. Lovely town with lots to do. Breakfast was excellent and good value St Josse car park very cheap,3 euros for 24 hours and very secure

Charming historic property in the old town

- Charming old building - Cute and cozy room - Great location in the heart of the old town - Helpful staff - Very inexpensive parking at the railroad station with convenient free shuttle bus

I want my money back

The staff were nice

We selected the parking filter when looking for hotels.... this hotel doesn't have parking. The room was cleanish but dated, TV was useless. For the price we paid we'd at least expect a coffee machine or bottle of water complementary but everything was extra, I'm happy to pay that sort of money to stay somewhere if its worth it.....This hotel is not worth the money at all, we nearly left and asked for our money back especially as we'd paid 200 for the room and then had to pay another 20 to park then another 10 for 2 bottles of water. We stayed but I still want my money back as I feel we were well over charged for what we got, we booked 6 places to stay and it was on par or worse with a rubbish one we paid 50 for although they gave us a coffee machine in the room so the 50 room is still above the Martin hotel in our eyes, we wouldn't have stayed there at all if booking.com had worked properly and selected hotels with parking.

Lovely staffs and Good location but Far from public transport

Lovely staffs helped me a lot to solve any problems. Location is among the walking street having many restaurant and market.

Far from public transport. I have to carry luggages through the cobblestone street for 400m from the main road. Because car or bus cannot go through the walking street.
