À part le lieu…. Rien

1er matin pas de PQ 2eme jour pas d’eau chaude. Merci la bouilloire pour se laver…. J appelle après 9h personne… ok pas cher mais quand même. Pour ouvrir la porte, il faut y aller à coup d épaule … impossible pour mon fils !

Décevant et cher question rapport qualité/prix

Chambre plutôt jolie et bien décorée . Bonne literie propre et confortable. Grand écran télé. Petit frigidaire. Personnel très aimable . Hôtel calme .

Fenêtre de la chambre de mauvaise qualité et qui ferme mal . Lavabo bouché et plein à ras bord , à mon arrivée. Bac de douche abîmé. Pas d’eau chaude pour la douche , le dernier matin . Odeur de remontée d’égout très prononcée dans la salle de bain .

Le quartier est populaire. Sentiment d'insécurité Pas d'eau chaude le dernier jour pour faire une douche

Trop cher pour la prestation

Pas d’eau chaude douche à l’eau froide. Pas d’interlocuteur … pas de change de serviette de toilette. Porte de Douche trop étroite les 9m2 ne sont pas respecte

Do not recommend

One of the employee was friendly and spoke great english

The bathroom was extremely too small, not clean, the light wasnt working. The matress of the bed was like from the crime scene with blood stains and bedbugs. The whole area of the room was very dirty. Also the manager was uncooperative and didnt want to solve the problem.

Чисто, комфортно, тихо в номере. В трёх минутах ходьбы булочная, где Вы можете с 7 утра купить вкуснейший 🥐.

Нет холла, где можно подождать заселение. Но в целом не проблема, рядом куча кафе))

Décevant. Le BA ba de l’hôtellerie n’est pas respecté.

Localisation

Aucun personnel sur le site ni le soir ni le matin. Propreté à revoir. Les gobelets en carton dans la salle de bain sont sales ou déjà utilisés. Les dosettes de gel douche ou shampooing sont poisseuses. Il est recommandé de nettoyer les tasses et la cafetière nespresso avant de se faire un café. La télécommande de la tv ne fonctionne pas. L’hôtel prélève systématiquement 2 taxes de séjour par chambre (6 euros) mais ne met à disposition que 1 dose de shampooing, 1 dose de gel douche 1 jeu de serviettes.

Comfortable, but loud cars

The room wasn't isolated from the sound outside. Which means that you could hear all the cars rushing by in the a street.

Good value for money

I must recognise I was sceptical at first, reading all the negative reviews. I must have been lucky since I haven't encountered any bad things. Location near the Metro and bus station. You can easily access all the main intrest points. All good afterall.

Très agréable séjour dans un hôtel confortable personnel accueillant, établissement propre et proche de toute commodité.

L’hôtel est bien situé proches des commerces brasseries et boulangeries. La station de métro est proche . L’hôtel est bien équipé et a un excellent rapport qualité prix. C’est agréable et propre

C’est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas d’ascenseur mais l’hôtel reste charmant.

Wonderful stay

I liked the hotels proximity to the station(Porte De Clichy) and also its location( close to tourist attractions and the airport). To get to the Louvre Museum costs €4.20 both ways by metro 14(direction- Olympiades and then another metro 7 at Pyramides(direction -Villejuif-Lous Aragon). To get to Charles de Gaulle Airport costs €5.00(you take the metro 14 to Chatelet Les Halles and then take the RER B to Aeroport Charles de Gaulle). It's also surrounded by restaurants, and shops. The room was cleaned daily and had toiletries like soap, tissue paper and clean towels. The hot water was also consistent. It had a fan and heater. I mostly spent the day touring the city, it offered a comfortable place to sleep.

The room was smaller than I expected, I had expected it to be small from the reviews before I booked but it was not what I expected. There was no space to move around. The whole space was covered by the bed. The bathroom was also very small and was difficult bathing inside. The staircase and walk way was also narrow.

Super séjour à Paris✨

L’établissement était propre,agréable,les chambres confortables et l’emplacement parfait pour sortir et se déplacer n’importe où dans Paris (proche des métros et proches de plusieurs bars, du moulin rouge etc) Un gros + pour la réception il a été adorable,ça fait du bien d’être accueilli aussi bien par quelqu’un d’aussi gentil! Je recommande a 100%

Much worse than the rating would suggest

No toilet seat on the toilet No hair dryer not just in the room, but in the whole hotel The lights blink annoyingly in the room, as if something was wrong with the electricity No fan in the bathroom, once you take a shower, your room is going to be super wet, since the door to the bathroom has a huge hole instead of a window It literally takes around 5 minutes for the warm water to come to the shower if you're lucky. If you're not lucky, it takes 7 The alarm of the hotel sometimes randomly turns on

Price wasn’t great, my door key was broken per the staff, I couldn’t get in my room without front door guy to let me in, he wasn’t always there, and no one was at desk at 9-10am when I checked out I had to leave a note and my key at front desk and hope for the best, not very professional

Good but not amazing

Great en suite and comfortable double bed, short walk to the metro to get into the main city. They let me store my luggage earlier in the day before checking in later on which was nice. Good for a short stay for the price.

24/7 reception but not always someone physically there. Not sure if language barrier (English), but a little rude staff. When I checked in (much after 2pm), I was told to wait so they could clean my room, which they hadn't done yet (?). Standing fan in room was broken. Noticed the room light flickering. Kettle was nice to refill water, but a mini fridge would have been helpful, as well as a bedside lamp. Was put on the ground floor so just a simple key (not a keycard), and I could hear everything from my neighbour's room. Not sure what "24/7 security" (anyone can come in from the street, all the access doors are open, and reception often empty. Had to communicate through phone to check out and was told to just leave key on reception (there was a stack of keycards that were left there unattended).

The room had to be 10 sq.m. under the description of reservation, but in fact it was at least 5 sq.m. It was impossible to open the door to the room; each time when I was back to the room I was forced to call the personnel. In fact, the personnel has refused to resolve this issue.

Great price/quality rate

The room was super clean and perfect for a short stay at Paris. Everything worked and the bed was comfortable. The personal nice aswell. The neighborhood was okay and the hotel is quite close to subway or tram stations.

If u go there u never go back again, I blame Booking website for giving 7 to this hotel,

Everything was absolutely rubbish, Staff were very rude, unhelpful, hardly see them.

Was absolutely catastrophic, bad experience, the hotel and staff took my enjoyment during my visit to Paris. Disaster disaster doesn’t go there if it was free. There was no hot water for entire my stay they lied to everybody as they said they would fix very soon but it was a big lie. Star was dangerous as one of the traveler was slipped. Some do keys don’t work at all. Unsafe hotel with very rude staff

Disappointing

The location was okay. Bus stop and supermarket nearby.

There were no hot water in the hotel, and I was not informed about it by the staff, so it was too late to find another place to stay (Paris on Saturday, yeah). The coffee automate on the ground floor doesn't work. TV in my room didn't react on my attempts to switch it on. Seems nothing works in this hotel.

Next time not this hotel.

As tourist which need only bed to sleep it was good. Location not far from the city centre. The room was clean.

We came at 4 pm and 1 lady was waiting for receptionist more than 2 hours. It is terrible.We got 2 rooms and 1 magnetic card did not work at all. So we need to find somebody to open the door. During 3 days no reparation and I mean that this problem of room 15 is longer. No warm water at the shower. Reception and the space near with table and chairs it is no comment. It is Paris extremely high prices with very low quality.

For short stays it's a good price and the bedroom was actually nice.

The lobby was dirty and it even had spiderwebs. The room was way too hot when I arrived and there was a problem with the lock, so I couldn't even get in without help every time. There was a fridge in the room but not even a water bottle in it.

All was perfect... almost

The lock to my door wasnt working by magnetic card. Only it was option open from key by stuff 🙏🙏🙏 but rest was OK.

Disappointing

Location was nice, easy access to everywhere. Bed was comfort but you can hear everything what they say in your Neighbour room.

Wi-Fi never worked in my entire stay. Never cleaned room in my entire stay. There were no sleepover around room, so you need to wear your boat in room. Receptionists cant speak English so hard to communicate they tried to say in french every time - they expected to me unserstand with their body language - cringe. Cards cant work at all, you need to put it hundred times to work it.
