It was fine, would have been better if the A/C would have been working ad it was over 30 degrees.

The location

We had booked that hotel because it had air condition. The A/C was not working and we were not offered any other room or compensation.

Great rooms, very near the cathedral

Everything very comfortable, great breakfast, slept amazingly in very comfortable beds

There was some confusion about the room numbers and the breakfast at check-in, but everything was resolved quickly

Komfortables Hotel in der Innenstadt.

Hotel ist sehr gut in der Innenstadt gelegen. Unser Familienzimmer ging nach hinten, daher sehr ruhig. Frühstück war gut. Man kann aber auch außerhalb des Hauses sehr gut frühstücken. Im nahegelegenen Parkhaus bekommt man als Hotelgast einen Rabatt (Tagesrate 15,-€ anstatt 20,-€).

Das Hotel nimmt am Payback-Programm teil. Das gilt allerdings nur, wenn man direkt bucht,

Séjour inoubliable

L'emplacement très central à deux pas de la vieille ville (qui est magnifique). J'ai été surclassé dans une grande chambre (avec un très grand lit), très calme car elle ne donnait pas sur la rue. L'incroyable gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel. Ils m'ont permis de partir après l'heure du check out car j'avais un train en début d'après-midi. Le petit déjeuner très copieux et varié. C'était juste parfait !

J'ai vraiment tout aimé, et je reviendrai !

Die Lage ist sehr gut vom Hotel/ Stadtzentrum. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut.

Zimmer - schade das es keinen Kühlschrank gibt, die Klimaanlage war nicht zu erreichen.

Sehr zentral gelegen! Nettes Personal

Das Zimmer lag zur Straße gewandt und sehr laut. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr voll, nicht abgeräumte Tische… gefühlt zu wenig Personal. Die Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe sind vorhanden, aber nicht günstig.

Für nicht gehbehinderte AltstadtBesucher ideale Lage.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Personal konnte so gut wie es ihnen möglich war, unseren Wünschen/ Bedürfnissen gerecht werden! Schöne Innenarchitektur. Gutes Frühstück.

Eine Hotelbeschreibung liegt im Zimmer nicht auf Papier gedruckt vor, nur der dazu gehörige QR-Code. Damit waren meine über 85 jährigen Schwiegereltern in ihrem Zimmer überfordert. So auch mit dem neu eingerichteten Heizungsssystems. Es fehlte die schriftliche Anleitung dazu. Meine Schwiegereltern frierten in der ersten Nacht. Die Parkgebühren sind tagsüber in der Hotelumgebung und in der Altstadt überteuert.

Comfortable hotel, near the city center

It is a very normal Best Western hotel. The location is good - very close to the city center and a not far (on foot) from the main station. I have to say thanks to one of the staff members who helped with all my questions during my stay.

The hotel looks and feels like a time travel... they do things in a very old-fashioned way - the rooms, the keys and the very slow computer at the reception seem to be stuck in a time machine of 20-30 years ago. :-) That doesn't mean it's bad. It just means it seems old.

Quick overnight stay

VERY big room for my family of 5, which was awesome to have in Europe. A little outdated but we only stay 1 night during our trip home. Would definitely stay again.

Parking was a little difficult. But able to find in a paid parking lot down the street.

Useful, no frills hotel close to the historical centre.

A serviceable, no frills hotel in a useful location just a few steps away from the historical centre. My room was comfortable and had an excellent view over the roofs of the town. Breakfast was good

There is no lift from the 5th to the 6th floor. Reception didn't mention this and I might have needed help with my luggage. Perhaps I look younger than I am! There were always queues in the coffee/juice area of the breakfast buffet. Perhaps an extra coffee machine?

A predictable stay in a chain.

Best Western hotels are very predictable and this was no exception. Parking in a multistory was about 5 minues away. Very close to the old part of town.

The breakfast was poor. The coffee was undrinkable and they ran out of orange juice.
