Situación. Hotel con encanto. Habitación cómoda. Personal muy agradable. Hacíamos el camino en bicicleta y nos dejaron guardarlas en un salón sin cargo adicional.

Very relaxing staff after a tough week on the Camino!

Hotel was excellently located, very comfortable and great value for money. The garden was an excellent feature. as was the freshly squeezed orange juice!

Wir kamen nach Mitternacht an und wurden nach einer komplizierten Pannenanreise sehr freundlich empfangen und zum Zimmer geführt. Das Haus besteht aus mehreren Teilen und man musste sich zurechtfinden lernen. Es war ruhig, das Frühstück gut und wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Der Bus zum Flughafen fährts nur 50 Meter vom Hotel entfernt ab. Das Hotel hat einen nostalgischen, geschmackvollen Charme.

gutes Müssli, Nüsse, Gemüse zum Frühstück fehlten.

Hotel rural con encanto dentro de la ciudad

Es un hotel rural con mucho encanto, con un jardín precioso y llama la atención que esté situado en pleno centro de Santiago. Aunque esté céntrico es muy tranquilo, no se oye el ruido de la calle porque está muy bien insonorizado, ya que tiene doble ventana, Además tiene una ubicación excelente, está muy cerca de la Plaza del Obradoiro y de todo en general. En cuanto al personal tengo que decir que es encantadora la camarera que se encarga de los desayunos de la cafetería. Tengo claro que si vuelvo a Santiago volveré a este hotel.

Por poner una pega diré que el radiador del cuarto de baño está apagado todo el tiempo y cuando te duchas hace un poco de frío. El aparato de calefacción que hay en la habitación se queda un poco corto para calentar también el baño.

Buena ubicación y ya

La ubicación es muy buena, aunque no contar con parking y ser todos los cercanos de pago encarece al final la estancia. El edificio es imponente. Muy buena disposición del personal, muy agradables y siempre tratando de ayudar salvo el de limpieza que era muy ruidoso a primera hora y bastante desagradable.

No puedes darte una ducha sin que se altere la temperatura, porque al usar el agua otros huéspedes se desregula. Algo inimaginable en un hotel de su categoría. Escaldarte no es lo que esperas en un hotel. Mucho ruido. Desayuno muy justito.

Superb

As expected, the room was very clean and orderly when we checked in. I would like to commend the hotel front desk staff for continuously following up our request for taxi with the taxi company. Light showers that morning made it harder than usual for taxis to come by. Arrival of which allowed enabled us to be in the bus station in time for our trip to Lisbon, Portugal.

The hotel is old fashioned' with excellent location

Location and the inner garden, including the peaceful and nice atmosphere

The parking lot has no approach to the hotel's elevator The stuff was not friendly

Great place for resting and going around the city.

The location is great within the city, specially to access the market. Also, the staff is respectful and helpful: I forgot an item after leaving the city and they helped me to sort out a delivery via a packaging service. Perhaps a heads up: this place is great for resting as silence is well appreciated. If you intend to party or be loud in general, this place is NOT for you.

It wasn't a major issue, but I believe the cleaning service before check-in can do a better job: ended up finding things in the bathroom that could have been easily removed with a thorough cleanup.
