Hotel pasable

Lo bonito q era por fuera

Lo desangelado q está por dentro, las habitaciones no muy limpias, y el comedor para el desayuno hay q salir fuera . También el desayuno con menos cosas pero más naturales y saludables sería más óptimo

Estadia em Betanzos

Simpatia dos funcionários. Comodidades muito confortáveis e funcionais. A localização é excelente bem como a relação preço vs qualidade. Pequeno almoco bem constituido.

Good overnight hotel on the Camino

Location of the property near the centre of town was great. The staff were efficient although a little abrupt.

Inseguridad en la reserva

24h antes de la llegada me indican que por overbooking no pueden atender la reserva, realizada 8 meses antes. Ante mi disconformidad me ofrecen la mitad de habitaciones y reubicación del resto, que se produce tras otro error en un apartamento alejado en un tercer piso sin ascensor. Circunstancia inaceptable para un hotel de tres estrellas.

Location ok. Easy to find. Accommodation limited in Betanzos so handy to find a hotel in town near the Camino.

Hotel a bit tired looking. Breakfast in a separate building. Ok food, nothing special. Road noise. Not great value for money.

Betanzos is a lovely town and this was a nice stay location

very comfortable and laundromat across the road

A decent place for one night on the Camino.

We stayed here when we were walking the Camino Ingles. Reception staff excellent. Continental breakfast was included. It was self service. There was a good selection . It started at 7 which was good as we wanted to be walking before 8. We had a double room which was spotlessly clean. It was a bit tired looking and could do with a makeover. The shower was over the bath and it was fine and the water was hot but could have been stronger with a better shower head. It was only 5 minutes from the town centre and the Camino route . Overall it was good for one night but would benefit from some improvements.

Good location but not worth the money if you are looking for a good night sleep in a comfortable bed

Receptionist perfectly nice, breakfast ok, location very good.

For the money I payed I would at least have liked a clean bathroom. Beds are very important to me and this was just so old and uncomfortable.

Central location and very clean. Good breakfast and staff were very attentive.

Again, the staff at the original hotel handled the room problem to the best of their ability.

Our room was cancelled due to roof issues. We did not stay there but were transferred to another site at the hotel’s expense. Those accommodations were fine but not in the town.

Good option for the Camino.

Greeted by a super helpful staff member who answered all our questions and gave us tips for the Camino.

Unfortunately the night staff gave someone a key to our room in the middle of the night which was very distressing. We had 3 rooms and the other 2 rooms were fine. Recommend people not be able to check in at 2 am.
