-La ubicación. -El buffet y sus vistas. -La cama gigante.

-La habitación, no la considero un 4 estrellas, he estado en una y aunque sea confortable y cómodas son más espaciosas y obtienen otros detalles como por ejemplo bañera hidromasaje... -Se escuchaba mucho el ruido de fuera teniendo completamente la terraza cerrada. -La puerta no cerraba del todo bien y hacia ruido.

We had a junior suite, really good room size, comfortable beds, big bathroom and nice shower. Breakfast was superb. Location excellent. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Couldnt fault them at all.

Room looked a bit tired in places, paint flaking off in the bathroom and mouldy sealant in the bathroom area. Rest of room was fine but could have done with a few soft furnishings, a couple of pictures on some very plans looking walls would make a difference. Communal areas also very plane and a bit tired looking. Pool was a nightmare getting a bed so we didn’t bother as didn’t want to get up at 6am. Inland views from the junior suites aren’t great but for us a worthwhile compromise for the larger rooms.

The hotel location and the Seaview room was good, but the food let let them down.

The room was an upgrade sea view and was large and clean. The location on the harbour is excellent and close to Cala Millor for a nice walk. The staff are very friendly.

They overbooked and had to stay at another cheaper hotel for two nights. The food at the hotel was not good quality and did not meet our expectations for a 4 star hotel.

Very good

Great location on seafront in front of the harbour near all shops and restaurants. 5min walk to small beach. 20mins to Cala millor with larger beach. Comfy bed, clean rooms, helpful staff.

Pool area looked larger on photos but was still nice and good to have indoor pool also.

Never book this hotel, save your money and stay away from this place! Plenty of other hotels in the local area

the area was perfect

the ant infestation and lack of, or I should say no existent response from the hotel to sort the issue!As well as incorrect room description from the photos online to the reality of being there!

Good hotel overall

Nice pool area, entertainment guy was very friendly, room overall was great overlooking the harbour.

Room 316 had a door to the next room which couldnt be locked!! Not great when you are a single woman traveller.

Felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay

Location is excellent. The sea-view room is very nice. Most of the staff are excellent and extremely helpful. House-keeping does a really good/consistent job. Breakfast choice is generally good.

Walls are paper thin. Plumbing needs an upgrade (lack of hot water at times) The night we arrived, the person behind the bar said he was "out of beer" and that making cocktails wasn't possible. So we strolled a few metres to the hotel next door and were able to get drinks without any problem (approx 10:30/11pm local time). We didn't bother using 'our hotel' bar for the rest of the holiday because of this initial experience.

Awesome view and staff but NOT a 4 stars hotel

Staff was friendly, Ivan was the greatest. The sea view was amazing, I highly recommend you to book the sea view as it's totally worth it.

Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. Except for the bathrooms that were renovated at some point, the doors are worn out, the walls, the ventilation system. The bed had shaky legs.

Excellent location, great value. Lovely quiet resort.

Food could have been better, not topped up very often and chips often cold. Which was a shame.

We would like to come back!

We liked the hotel very much. The room was clean, everything we needed to stay was in the room: shampoo, shower gel, kettle, tea and coffee. Near the hotel is a parking (2 min). The food at breakfast and dinner was varied and appetizing - we wanted to try everything. It was very valuable that there was also local cuisine. The service in restaurant was excellent. Pedro treated to us with care. He was polite and pleasant! Reception staff was helpful. I want to mention the receptionist Cassandra. Terrific person who loves her job and Mallorka. She shared with us very useful information, where to go for tourists like us - people who are for the first time in Mallorca. We are thrilled with the place and the people here. Muchas gracias for the warm welcome. Highly recommended!

Superb

Location on harbour gorgeous 😍. Bedroom was nice. Little fridge with champagne, and bottles of water was nice. Changed our room to sea view.

The lack of music in pool area..we asked for music at pool but woman at bar said she would have to ask front desk area but no music. Even doh speckers all around the pool.

Wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Ideal location, good facilities (pools steam room gym etc.)

The hot food breakfast & dinner was consistently cold. Chefs at the so called hot counter were unhelpful on occasion. There didn’t seem to be a duty manager in the restaurant at all. Overall the food waste a HUGE disappointment.

Pleasant

Very good breakfast with lot of options. Our room was spacious and had nice sea view.

Overall everything looks way better on pictures. Especially the pool which in reality is much smaller. WiFi was basically not working. The location is great, but the neighbourhood is quite lively with loud music through the night.

we had a great time and the hotel is located a little walk away from sand beaches wich makes is less crowded in front of

very friendly staff. we had a corner room on the first floor with see view. it was nice with refrigerator and the bed was good. the balcony was a little bit smaller then all the other balconies but that was fine.

we did not use the pool at all. we could see there was towels everywhere but not people laying there. Off course that happens in a lot of hotels (people reserving a chair for hours later) but we just didn’t want to be around narrow mindedness like that. we had a great time elsewhere (and visited beautiful beaches and city’s)🥂 the buffet was okay but not very good. some of it looked good but didn’t taste that good.

Cala Bona should visit place

The location was great 👍even though it's an hour and a half drive with the public transport which costsonly €8 if paid with debit cards. The View fantastic 👏 thanks to Ivan. Evening great to sit out on the balcony listening to music 🎶 from downstairs. Great breakfast and dinner buffet. I personally advise to book with breakfast and pay €10 for dinner when eating at the hotel 🏨.

The glasses, cups and saucers had lipstick 💄 makes left behind from previous user. They were never washed after using.

Amazing suite 😍

We rented the penthouse suite with private pool, it was absolutely amazing! It is situated on the 7th floor, with a private staircase leading up to the rooftop suite, which is all yours! The terrace is unbelievable, with Balinese bed, sun loungers, table and chairs and your own pool! The pool itself is on the small side, and fairly shallow, but it was absolutely perfect to lounge about in 😁 you get a perfect view of the sunrise and sunset, it was beautiful. The suite itself has a massive double bed, sofa and lounge area and a double shower as well as a coffee machine, stocked minibar, bathrobes and all the toiletries you could ever need. All in all it was perfect, and we will DEFINITELY be back!
