Good hotel!

No issues, nice and helpful staff, good food, perfect location, nice swimming pool.

Old TV which can't be connected to internet like Netflix etc, air-conditioning could work slightly better

It is very close to the beach, and the breakfast is nice as well.

First, the rooms were very noisy, we could hear every single word from the next room if someone was speaking, also, during my stay the people next room got late and were shouting at each other and that was very hard to sleep, Second, they took our passport for check-in purpose, it ok till now, but I took one more day to get my passport and guess what they locked my room and cancelled the access card... I could not even get back to my room to get the credit card. It was an awful really really bad experience, in addition, the receptionist was very sarcastic about the access card being cancelled.

Location: middle of many hotels and bars, disco, lunaparks, go-kart, mixture of very loud noise throughout the whole night up until 6 am!? We can see in eachother's room from the balcony Facilities: no fridge in the room, no tea-coffee Facilities whatsoever so for your morning coffee you need to walk through to the nearby hotel I asked iron at the reception, they don't have, I asked where can I exchange money, they don't know Cleaners were keep knocking on the doors at the morning if you left late and they could not clean your room Pool close at 6 pm

We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed to the fullest.

The staff was amazing regarding everything. We arrived after 10 and a little dinner was waiting for us in the room.

It was a pity that we couldn’t pay by card for the beverages during the dinner as we didn’t always have cash on us or at least plain water should have been included.

The staff were very helpful. Excellently placed for all the bars, shops an beach. Free bustop two mins away to safari park . Bus stop for airport 1 min away couldn't ask for better. The breakfast has a fantastic selection. Very clean an comfortable hotel. Would definitely go back

This hotel offers good value for money. Very clean. All the usual breakfast options. Sunbeds available. 5 mns from beach. 2 sunbeds 13€ on beach. Big well stocked Spar opp beach

No BBC ITV etc. One french news channel in english

The food is delicios, very clean hotel! Good location - 2 min away from the sea - 1 min bus station Cleaning lady very friendly and kind.

Waiters are not quite spot on (they didn't say that they have child seat). The receptionists are grumpy. 😊

-Near the beach -Near restaurants ans markets -Parking posibilty in a public parking -Excelent breakfast - Clean room and sheets

- Near the location it was one club with the level of music preaty hight - i needed ear plugs in order to sleep; - Our room had shower, and due to the shower curtains the bathroom was full of water; - Missing of the fan in the bathroom the air was moisture and the water from the shower does not evaporate ; - The washing products are limited: for 7 nights , 2 person we had 2 small soaps, 2 shampoo and 2 shower gel ( we have aks from another and they told us the hotel has only 3 stars so no new washing products )

Swimming pool closes at 18.00!!!! That the first time I am in hotel that closes the pool so early. Breakfast is at another location staff not always there....

- near the beach - cleaning & service staff very friendly - big selection of breakfast buffet (in 2 places)

- pool only open until 18:00 h - breakfast only from 8:00-10:00 h - no fridge in the room, in a hot climate - staff at reception not open to criticism (ask for transfer back to airport, got wrong information (due misunderstanding in eng. as staff didn't understand eng. very well) instead of finding option, staff was rude. telling us “yes you are always right”. we try to explain the situation but staff didn’t want to listen (in German). at the end we contacted the hotel by mail). - not all staff speak eng.

Veey good value for money. 3 minutes walk from the beach. Excellent staff. Very good breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms. Highly recommended ! Bus from the Airport A42 leaves you 1 min away from the hotel ! Minitrain for Sa Coma Beach is at 1 min away.

don't spend time and money at this hotel!

On our arrival there was no receptionist, no bell, we waited tired and hungry until someone arrived. They have written dinner until 20:30 and the receptionist said at 20:00 that "it is too late, sorry". No friendliness to accommodate guests. They brought us only cold bread, a piece of salami and ham, an apple to our room. It's dinner??? We had to apply the butter with our fingers. No plates. Horror. Will you pay half board to get this? They offer meals at a more distant hotel. Nothing in the bathroom except soap. Disappointment.

Location was excellent only a few minutes walk to the beach and all restaurants and shops within a minute walk.

German hotel I was the only British person there and the barman could not speak English.
