4 star at best , no atmosphere in hotel , half the staff need sacking as too busy on their mobile phones whilst working

Bedroom was nice

This hotel is NOT a 5 star hotel, at best an average 4 star ! Pool area has zero soul , staff are more interested in being on their mobile phones ! Crap coffee machine at breakfast !

Prima kamer,douche niet van deze tijd,koffie cups wordt op de kamer niet aangevuld.

Douche verouderd, Bij het ontbijt ontbraken elke dag kopjes,kleine lepeltjes. Service kan /moet beter! Prijs kwaliteit verhouding klopt niet.

Super séjour, je recommande l’hôtel méridien Marrakech

Les extérieurs piscine , jardin, réception. Le petit déjeuner incroyable et le personnel très très agréable. Literie très confortable.

Les chambres sont à moderniser.

1- the breakfast is not good not for 5 stars hotel 2- the rooms are so old feels like i stayed in a motel , no coffee maker … they really need a renovation 3-air condition didn’t work

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Hôtel vieillissant qui reste correct mais sans plus. Le petit déjeuner est moyen (machines à café pas très propres comme l'ensemble de la vaisselle et des tables ...) Il y a beaucoup de bruit, les portes claquent dans les couloirs et on entend la circulation de l'avenue... Le hall de la réception, qui est très beau, ne reflète pas les bâtiments des chambres. La majorité du personnel est très serviable et gentille.

la déco de la chambre est vieille et démodée, la salle de bains également; Très mauvaise insonorisation, on entend tout.

Bien mais à rénover

L'emplacement est bien, proche de la medina et de l'aéroport mais au calme. Le personnel est agréable de manière générale. Les jardins sont magnifiques et bien entretenus, la piscine est jolie et le service piscine est correct. Tres bon sandwichs et pas chers. L'hôtel est propre.

CHAMBRE: Vétuste et sombre les matelas sont horribles, le mobilier est usé, la climatisation ne fonctionne pas, le frigo ne rafraîchit pas. LA PISCINE n'est pas chauffée c'est dommage, les chaises longues sont vestustes pas de table pour poser la nourriture, certains clients réservent leur place autour de la piscine dès 8h du matin alors qu'ils n'arrivent qu'à 14h! Inadmissible.

La proximité, avec ce qu’il y a à voir à Marrakech… Le côté, très attentionné du personnel… Ou le rapport qualité prix

L’hôtel est en cours de rénovation, donc on entend le bruit des travaux… Mais rien de rédhibitoire

Other than the issues we had in the restaurant we loved our stay and would stay again.

Location and staff. Rooms were beautiful too.

We ate at the Moroccan inspired restaurant the man serving was rude the only member of staff we came across in the hotel that was like that. The food was cold and tasteless.

i would not come back to this place again because its too expensive for what you get .

breakfast was great ,staff were amazing ,garden and pool were great

old outdated room not a 4 star hotel . hallway carpet stained and ripped.updated rooms were not listed on booking for some reason so you had to ask at front desk and of course price was higher . i also blame booking for not sharing the information about renovated rooms so you know what you are getting into.

Generally a lovely hotel, scratch beneath the surface and certainly need some attention as in things not working, damage

Staff lovely, welcoming

Better consistency and management of housekeeping needed. Hotel ‘ tired’ in many areas - bedding with big holes in the sheets, curtains ripped, French/Arabic channels on TV, list of channels provided were not available ( this was only confirmed after 3 visits by maintenance staff). Breakfast food often cold.

Great location. Great Value for money.

Perfect location. Very clean and amazing to be in the centre of everything. Right opposite a mall which is very handy. The concierge Abdelillah was FANTASTIC and highly recommended:-). Breakfast has hot stations and lots of choice.

Rooms were very dated and not updated. Things were falling apart. Bathroom had no anti slip facilities provided. Our complaint re being wrongly charged for our massages wasn’t addressed for days The bar had live entertainment but not many people around. Limited snack options.

An excellent vacation made better with the hotel stay!

The hotel had beautiful olive trees in the backyard, it was full of flowers and fountains. Warm and welcoming staff who tried to help you in every way possible including giving you an estimate of the cost of a taxi ride. It was in the middle of the town so easy access to the market and other attractions, the airport and the railway station.

They could've been a little more generous with the tea bags and water bottles in the room :D (just a minor problem).

Séjour au calme

L’hôtel n’était pas au complet, on a pu profiter pleinement de la piscine. Le buffet correct, J’ai surtout apprécié l’amabilité et le service du personnel.

Location was really good, close by to the malls and taxis are readily available. Good selection of choices for breakfast.

No room balcony. Staff spoke English but very basic, some questions I asked but were unable to answer due to language barriers. Felt somewhat neglected when we entered, no real sense of welcome.
