Decepcionante

No nos ha gustado el desayuno, escasa variedad y calidad para un 5 estrellas. La habitación no era demasiado grande. La piscina era muy calurosa (un ambiente irrespirable) y el gimnasio era un cubículo. No corresponde a un hotel de 5 estrellas. El hotel está ubicado lejos del centro, cerca del estadio de fútbol. Si la idea es visitar la ciudad hay un tranvía cerca, pero caminando se hace incomodo.

El hotel es bonito, la habitación muy grande, la ducha una pasada, la cama cómoda.

La puerta del lavabo no cierra del todo y si haces ruido dentro se oye 😅

Fin de semana con bebé

La habitación era fabulosa, en cuanto a tamaño, espacio disponible, así como la ducha. Merece la pena destacar la amabilidad del caballero que me atendió a nuestra llegada. Se encuentra en un barrio residencial donde es relativamente sencillo aparcar sin coste adicional.

No puntúo al alojamiento con un 10 porque, en mi caso, me alojé con un bebé de 3 meses en la habitación. A las 10 de la noche, ya con mi hija dormida, pedí cena a domicilio. A su llegada, me llamaron desde recepción para comunicarme que el repartidor estaba en la recepción, y trate de explicarle a la empleada del hotel que me llamó la situación en la que me encontraba: con un bebé de 3 meses dormido; para ver, si bien el propio repartidor, o bien alguien del hotel, podía acercarme la comida a la habitación. Lamentablemente, no pude terminar la exposición dado que esta persona me cortó antes de que terminase de explicarme para decirme que era política del hotel, y me colgó. Comprendo perfectamente las políticas de cada empresa y, en este caso, del hotel; pero esperaba que en las circunstancias en las que me encontraba hubiesen hecho una excepción, y más teniendo en cuenta la categoría del mismo.

Great hotel in a very accessible and comfortable area

Great hotel at a great location and at a great price during summer low tourist season. The staff is ver helpful and nice, and they have a nice paid parking on site. Very close to Aragonia mall, with plenty of astronomic and shopping options, as well as plenty other businesses in the vicinities

The WiFi is very low quality and low coverage all around the hotel. At the room our devices were often using 5G because they got disconnected from the wifi. And whenever there was coverage, the wifi was very very slow

overall was a very clean hotel, but our initial experience didn't set us up on the right foot

very clean and modern room with all the amenities.

when we checked in, the lady at the check-in desk was not very friendly. It was my birthday, and my sister mentioned it, and she did not even acknowledge that. Later the next morning, a different concierge was incredibly helpful and pointed us towards a café, where we could get a cuppa coffee. I would like to give a shout out to Constancia and her colleague in the café, who were both so sweet and helped me celebrate my birthday. Didn't start out well on the right foot, but it got better with other people in the hotel. It may be an education process or she was having a bad day.

lovely stay and we are booked back in on our way home

lovely modern hotel with great bar area parking was lovely and secure. Miguel checked us in and was super friendly and helpful. we’d just driven a long way so it was his lovely greeting was welcomed

nothing - if I have to be super picky, the jacuzzi and steam room could have been warmer but it was very relaxing

everything was amazing! the spa is wonderful, with a very beautiful view and a super calming atmosphere. The room was clean and stylish! The breakfast was delicious! The stuff was super friendly and always ready to help. Thank you very much! We enjoyed everything!

Impressive hotel.

Large elegant hotel.

Parking was underground, but the entrance to their parking was not next to the hotel. You had to drive around the building. But staff were very cooperative. Hotel rooms were very elegantly designed with semi open plan bathroom. But some of the design ideas were not user friendly. Slippers and tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been nice. Good bar and cafe bar food very nice.
