we had a great weekend mainly due to the staff would definitely stay again

the building was old but interesting and kept in good order , the view was interesting at the back , the staff were very friendly and very accommodating , the breakfast was superb , fresh , hot and tasty the staff were very helpful as one of us needed a gluten free diet which was no problem for them

we had to come home

RIP off. Paid for standard room but got budget room. Very small. Hike to top floor. No hot water so had to have cold sho

breakfast was good. buffet bar with good quantity although the quality could be better. all Asda own brand. they even made me poached eggs. However, they did not have any decaf coffee n no fresh coffee. it was a machine.

I paid extra for standard double room. The budget rooms were on top floor and small so wanted to avoid it. Guess what. I got top floor and very small room. I visited reception saying I paid for standard but got budget. He said no. I asked what the difference was between my room and budget room. He said budget rooms look over the rear of the property. His face when I said I was looking over the roof top. So I paid extra but got budget. RIP off. No hot water and window would not close.

it was close to everything and the staff were lovely.the breakfast was very good

if I went again I wouldn’t like a room on the front as the pubs and nightclubs were quite loud

A great hotel

The hotel is really nice for the kidney we paid for a Saturday night. Great location, nice staff and a very good breakfast!! On the pier end of llandudno, near everything really. Would stay again. Thanks:::)))

Just opposite a few bars that had music on til 11pm. But thats our fault we go to bed before 11pm., not the hotels!!

Lovely, would stay again

Location is great, busstop around the corner and just a short stroll from the pier, the old Tramway and the promenade. Plenty of shops and restaurants at your doorstep. Good beds. Breakfast was excellent! Lovely staff, they will go out of their way to help with anything you need.

Hygene could be better but wasn't too bad. Shame the restaurant was closed, I would have liked not having to go out every evening. Maybe it will reopen soon, I haven't asked. Check before booking.

Horror house.

We liked nothing at this property. As soon as we arrive we left and had to find another hotel.

Did not like the hotel at all dated. Dirty smelly. Not were a disabled person wants to stay.

A lovely, relaxing short break.

The Breakfast was exceptional with lots of variety to meet all tastes+to give you a good start to the day. The Serving staff were wonderful+nothing was too much trouble. They meeted + greated+ were there to say goodbye at the end of our stay too. Happily interacting with the guests.

Our bedroom was comfortable but the he decor a bit dated, to be really picky.

Whisky tour in Llandudno

Excellent location and excellent breakfast plus i found the bed and pillows very comfy! The bar was great and very helpful staff, would stay again.

Not an issue for me but my mother in law has problems with the stairs its a big old house so to be expected. They did their best to place us on the lowest floor which we thank them for.

A cheeky night away

Right in the center of llandudno, with a quirky bar and a fantastic dining area, all sorts of delightful seating. A real hidden gem. The staff were amazing, especially the night porter.

The location,the gentleman who showed us to our room 😊

The gentleman at the reception, Gabe I believe his name was very chauvinistic spoke to my husband completely over my head as if I didn't exist. The bed was like a water bed sat on it and nearly sank to the floor.

Lovely hotel

Always a pleasure to stay here, staff are lovely, breakfast is great lots to choose from wether hot or continental.

Different room from our last family prefer the other, room 23- Windows in our family room need replacing as you can hear everything outside. Heating didn't work on third floor, beds in room one is perfect other needs replacing.

The breakfast was good

The room was good but getting tother room was not good having to go out side and up metal steps for my 86 year old mother
