Loved it had dinner on the jetty when we arrived and immediately felt relaxed, fabulous views, highly recommend

Excellent location and Staff

The location of the property was excellent and the staff was superb.

The climate control was not as good as another hotel we stayed at in the Lake Garda area.

Very good indeed but a bit overpriced.

Unique location direct at lake, indoor parking included, big room with spacious bathroom (room 108), had best grilled salmon I can remember in the restaurant, big bed, soundproofed room, available comfortable swimming pool.

Some small issues I communicated with hotel that do not fully justify 4 star rating.

Staff are amazing, location is perfect and beachfront, breakfast tasty, neighbours friendly, quick walk to the village, view is spectacular

Close the bar at 11, but same everywhere on the beach

Our room right on the lake! You get the great view, but also a nice breeze, and you hear the water at night which is very soothing.

It’s a little further out of town, but well worth the walk if you are staying more than one night.

I was in Lake Garda to celebrate my 60th birthday and could not have had a better experience.

The facilities, the view and staff were fantastic.

Would go there again for sure.

Perfect location directly on the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful in any way. Very good breakfast. You can reach the center of Malcesine comfortable with a nice walk on the promenade along the lakeside. Genious are the three tables of the restaurant directly at the lake.

The best locaiton for windsurfing but also for other activities (probably the best location on the North Garada Lake). O

Excellent location, probably one of the best in the north of the lake, no noise from the street, directly on the beach, unbeatable for windsurfing

1) Unacceptable that a property like this does not accept American Express for payment 2) Air conditioning in the room not perfectly working (but probably that was a problem of my specific room)

Amazing hotel and view!

My sister and I stayed for one night. We loved the hotel! The two sisters that run the hotel were so nice and helpful. The room, location, and view were amazing. The hotel was a short walk from town which was nice to get out of the very busy area. We had dinner at the restaurant with an amazing view! The food was delicious! Especially, the eggplant appetizer and the carbonara. Malcesine is a must stop while visiting Lake Garda!

Really enjoyed our stay in this very pleasant hotel in a beautiful location by Lake Garda.

Clean, comfortable, friendly, secure parking, good breakfast, good location, good restaurant, walking distance from town centre.

No tea/coffee making facility in the room.

Perfect Easter break spent at this gem of a hotel.

A delightful very friendly hotel. Location is great and all staff so helpful. Room size was perfect for 2; 1 adult and 1 teenager. Lovely food if you want to dine in or just sit and have drinks. Again excellent customer service. Would definitely visit again.

Disappointing room - very limited view of the lake

Location and cleanliness were both excellent. COVID 19 regulations were fully complied with

We booked a Superior room with a lake view. Don’t stay on the first floor if you want to see the lake as the description of the rooms on the first floor needs to be changed to “limited view of the lake” and the price adjusted downwards. After negotiation we up graded the room at a cost of a further €100 for 4 nights and had a room on the top floor. The restaurant was also shut without prior warning therefore no evening meals only breakfast.
