Sympa, mais trop cher pour ce que c'est

L'emplacement est top, le petit déjeuner varié & le personnel sympathique

Le rapport qualité prix n'y est pas. L'hotel est tres viellot, pas mal de truc de fonctionnaient pas dans la chambre. La piscine est petite par rapport au nombre de chambre, et franchement pas très agréable au vu des travaux autour. On à l'impression d'etre dans un chantier. Ne vaut pas un 5* à mon sens.

The worst hotel in Marrakesch.

The receptionist on the night shift, named Imad I believe, was extremely rude not only to me but also to other customers. Despite reserving a specific room, I was not given the room I booked. Basic amenities like soap and toothpaste, which I had expected based on my stays at other Mogador Hotels, were missing. Furthermore, there were ants on the bed. This was undoubtedly my worst hotel experience to date.This hotel cannot be a 5 stars hotel giving its poor services. I don't recommend it.

Déçu

Très déçu d’un soi-disant hôtel 5 étoiles. Les prises ne fonctionnaient pas, nous sommes partie se plaindre à la réception et le monsieur nous a dit que le problème venait de nous, que nous savions pas mettre correctement la carte. Il a fait venir un technicien qui à valider notre version. Nous avons eu une chambre côté rue, donc très bruyante par les motos, voiture, calèches qui passent pendant la nuit. Nous n’avions pas de rideau pour la baignoire ce qui a fait rapidement une piscine par terre, de plus la peinture de la baignoire partait. L’hôtel est entouré d’hôtels en construction, ce qui engendre des nuisances sonores très fortes pendant la journée. A cause de cela nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine de l’hôtel. Nous avons demandé une autre chambre, le monsieur de l’accueil nous a dis de laisser nos valises dans la chambre et qu’ils allaient s’en occuper. En rentrant le soir rien n’avait était fait. Globalement très déçu.

A great hotel, if there is no more construction in the area.

The breakfast was fine, with a wide choice. Unfortunately it was in a very unpleasant dining room. The room was spacious and equipped with everything. The housekeeping staff was very friendly.

The hotel does not have a real restaurant, but an unpleasant dining room. Unfortunately, the room doors slam shut, which leads to noise pollution in the evening. The balcony fence looks dangerous and needs maintenance. Construction is taking place everywhere around the hotel, causing a lot of noise pollution during the day and sometimes into the evening. Obviously the hotel cannot do anything about this.

It was oke for 1 day

The staff, especially the guy who carries the bags. So honest in advising about the travelling. He carried all the heavy bags into the taxi, and gave really good advise about the taxi. Bless you!

excellente localisation et chambre grande et confortable, outre un petit déjeuner type self service copieux et varié

des couloirs un peu sombres qui mériteraient un rafraichissement et une piscine très fraîche en mars peu utilisable en raison du bruit des travaux très proches

Super bel hotel et bien situé, le personnel est charmant

Le petit déjeuner était super ainsi que la piscine intérieure. La chambre est très confortable et l'hotel est super bien située. Par contre, la salle de bain reste à désirer; l'eau sort du bain lorsqu'on se douche et mouille tout le plancher de la salle de bain. Il faut penser à mettre un rideau ou bien à moderniser complètement la salle de bain.

Un moment de détente grâce au SPA, sa piscine intérieure chauffée et un buffet au petit déjeuner à tomber! Que des +++

Le premier contact est toujours le plus important, celui que j’ai eu avec la réceptionniste Houda s’est avéré être excellent et de bon augure pour la suite de mon séjour. Et effectivement je n’ai pas été déçu. Personnel au petits soins, des sourires, de la disponibilité, bref, tout pour passer un agréable moment. J’y étais venu pour des affaires personnelles mais également pour tester l’établissement en vue d’un séjour cet été mais cette fois-ci, accompagné de ma petite famille! Hôtel validé et j’ai déjà hâte d’être à cet été pour pouvoir en profiter à nouveau!

Pas grand chose à redire si ce n’est que les travaux du chantier visible depuis la piscine sont un peu dérangeant (le bruit mais surtout la vue directe avec la grue qui se promène au dessus de nos têtes! Mais apparemment ils devraient l’être d’ici la d’après le personnel.

Le personnel, la propreté et l’emplacement était bien.

Les travaux autour de l’hôtel ne sont pas spécifié donc si vous venez pour du calme à la piscine bronzer etc… c’est raté toute la journée il y a le bruit des marteaux piqueur. sur votre balcon aussi autant de bruit
