The property was tastefully decorated and catered to every need. The property management had left breakfast items and tea and coffee which was most welcomed. The facilities were fantastic and everything was a very high standard.

Honestly, there isn’t really anything negative to say about the property. My only criticism would be that the TV had developed a fault of which lines appeared across the screen. However, there was a second TV in the bedroom and the management team quickly visited to identify the issue and advised they would replace it the following day. However we were checking out the following day anyhow so it bared no relevance.

A lovely apartment in a period house with modern bathroom and art deco style furnishings.

Although I was not expecting it, everything was provided for breakfast including cereals, croissants, bread, fruit and fresh milk. Also sachets of coffee, sugar, sauces etc.

fantastic, clean and central point for the centre and the races. the hosts were fab and made sure it was nice and warm when we got there and left nice little welcome pack. lots of lovely extras. nice towels, shampoo shower gel moisturiser etc. it had everything we needed for a great stay

Very nice apartment, reasonably well equipped in a handy position for town and the race course.

no parking and all surrounding areas are residents only. ended up just accepting a ticket to park. have stayed in other apartments in Cheltenham where you get a pass for parking. the apartment is nice tho could do with a comfier sofa with footstool and the tv needs putting on a unit, it’s just not comfy to sit and relax. don’t get me wrong it’s fine but a bit of tweaking and it would be perfect. newer tv in the bedroom with Netflix would be better as only free view in the bedroom.

Gentleman who met us was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were mostly as described. Nice touch leaving fridge with all you need for breakfast etc.

Some things were rather 'tired'. Parking was a real issue.

Nice decor, good TV, easy to access the property. Provisions such as bread, milk and croissants provided.

The apartment is a little far from town, walkable in about 15 mins but as I was attending the literature festival it would have been nice to be a bit closer.

It worked for us, would choose again over a hotel stay.

it was a lovely apartment, beautifully decorated with lovely furnishings. Thoughtful touch with Croissants, Bread, Fruit Juice, and Fruit. Coffee maker easy to use and decent coffee.

Just a couple of niggles, little bit of snagging needed in bathroom, fittings loose. Detracted from over quality of the Apartment.

Good location except for difficult on-street parking. Bed very comfortable. Very clean.

No hot water on arrival but maintenance engineer called quickly after our ‘phone call.

Lovely apartment

We arrived early and our host was happy to meet us for early check in. The host provided welcome provisions which we were really happy to receive. The apartment had everything we needed and was a short walk from the centre of town.

Hidden gems ..

These apartments are a hidden gem. The high standards at the apartments, Joined together, with the sheer, Professionalism and very polite staff Made my stay a sheer delight, and will be booking again, everytime I visit Cheltenham. Thankyou to you all, (what a team )

It would be silly, to try and find a very minor fault,of which would give a false impression, Reference, such beautiful apartments.

Lovely apartment and easy check-in. Clean, comfortable, drinks and a few extras in the fridge for us. Very thoughtful!

Nice weekend break.

Welcome pack was lovely. Appt was nicely furnished and laid out. V comfy bed. Fab Indian restaurant about 2 mins walk away. (Eurasia..?)

Lovely Hewlett

Lower ground floor apartment was spacious and well equipped. We appreciated the nice breakfast goodies, including cereals which were replenished daily. Excellent location with easy access to restaurants/bars and also public transport.
