A beautiful and wonderful place, close to the center and the lake, and spacious, with a garden and a jacuzzi, and the owner of the apartment is very nice and I recommend her

great place

very comfortable properly with very good air conditioning. close to Riva Del Garda center, you could walk if you want to the center. Paola was helpful and vey nice.

since there is a kitchen I thought that salt , pepper and oil could have been nice.

Very poor

Property was beautiful

Hostess made our stay unpleasant that’s why I have to give a bad rating. First, we agreed for late check out at 17.00 for extra payment. Then she messaged at 1.30pm and told us to come in an hour to pay the fees. We were in another city so we had to leave everything and rush back. We got 10 minutes late and she was very angry and she also told us to leave in 30 min even though we agreed to stay till 17.00. We had a lot of bags and we were also travelling with the au so it took us an hour to get ready and leave. That was also an issue for her and again she got mad. Why would you agree to check out at 27 then and change the time? We also borrowed a charger for the phone in the beginning of our trip which we have left at the apartment. Today I got a message that we took away her charger and we are never invited to her place again. This is simply outrageous to talk to guests like this! Seriously it had ruined my day and I will never recommend this place or this person to work with any other people. Of course we will never come and stay there again because of this rude and angry person who always made us feel threatened, unwelcome and even scared because she kept calling all the time thorough out stay

Beautiful apartment with great location. It was peaceful but within walking distance from the centrum. Good equipment for cyclists.
