Great hotel to stay in Incheon

* Hotel is quite new. * Room size is good. * Location is perfect..Walking distance to Sinpo international market, Chinatown and Incheon MRT. * ATM machine at the hotel lobby.

Superb

Well located modern hotel. We stayed here during a 24 hour stopover and it was a good choice. It is very close to Incheon town with restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. It is about 30 minutes by taxi from Incheon Airport Terminal 1 - against over an hour to transit into Seoul itself. Room was very clean, functional and reasonably sized for 2 people for one night. Polite and helpful staff.

Pleasant

I like the location of this hotel. Ideal for those who want to be relatively close to the airport but more quiet than seoul. Breakfast is good; Reception was helpful.

I was in this hotel previously with a harbour view room and we quite liked it. As I wanted to watch over the city I did not book the harbour view room this time. Unfortunately we got a room on the lowest floor which was extremely small, had not view (blocked by an other building,was not clean and smelled of cigarette. We tried to stay there but had to change. The reception was very freindly and provided us a harbour view room which was much better as substantially bigger (as we did not need to close the curtains). However, it was also not really clean.... Therefore: Recommended to book a Harbour view room. No risk in getting a small room with blocked view... Somehow I think that this hotel with some refurnishment, closer care about cleanliness and a solution how to cool their rooms (we had to sleep in a room with more than 30 degrees) could increase substantially.

good location, not far from station, and near the market and Chinatown, 7 -11 just downstairs. very clean Tks to the housekeeping team.

Hotel facility is good, Room is comfy. Staffs are helpful. They calls a taxi for us to airport.

Not up to our expectations

The location, perfect to visit Chinatown and get a taxi for an early flight. The staff is nice.

I booked a twin room with an harbour view but it was burning hot when we entered. It was suffocating (you cannot open the windows) and we couldn’t stay there (they brought a FAN to solve the problem…). They moved us to a smaller one bed room with the air conditioning… in November! = they obviously have issues with their heating! The restaurant choice for dinner doesn’t match the price which is quite expansive

Convenient location

Location was nearby chinatown and wolmido, bus stop was just outside the hotel which is very convenient. There is also a convenience store within the hotel.

great stay close to major sights

Nice location directly at the open port museum and Chinatown. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, there is a 7/11 directly connected with the lobby. The staff is very nice and helpful and speak very good English. Overall a very good experience for the price.

carpets should be renewed.

Good location but the room and bathroom are average and very few TV channels and no English news channels.

The location and the floor to ceiling windows.

The late check in. The room was small and the bathroom was the smallest we had in South Korea.

All right, but not perfect

I stayed three times within a week at Best Western Harbour Hotel - before, between and after my intended visits of Baengyeong Island and Yeonpyeong Island. So the main reason to book this hotel was, that it is located not far away from the Coastal Ferry Terminal. Another plus is, that it is also close to Incheon Station. Room was adequate and I liked the huge windows from floor to ceiling very much. I was able to store my luggage at the reception, while I was on the Islands.

a) I had put some newspapers and brochures in a drawer of the desk. As i returned back to my room after the first night, the drawer was empty and I found my papers in a disarray in another drawer. That was very strange - why is a room maid looking in the drawers and is putting my belongings into another drawer?! b) My room card was not working two times as i wanted to enter my room and I had to change the card at the reception.

Solid choice for one night stay if you plan to visit Chinatown

The price is worthy. It is right next to Chinatown where we wanted to visit. Not bad for a one night stay while waiting for connection through Incheon airport.

We booked the lunch buffet through the counter but on the next day it was the last minute notice that our reservation did not show up. Additionally the counter staff promised to get a taxi for us but forgot to do so.

Stuck in Incheon's China Town

Right in Incheon's China Town. You can walk everywhere and its easy to get on the subway if you want to go into Seoul. China Town is great with lots to see and do. Also close to the elevated rail out to Wolmi Island and the amusement park. Easy travel to the airport.

Hotel services are nice but limited. It is a business oriented hotel but nice and quiet.
