Not a budget hotel, but budget prices!!

Bargain price compared to everything in close proximity. But don’t worry….. it is fabulous. So easy to locate - it is right next door to the LV shop and 4 mins walk from bus terminal.

Cleaner like to open window… window open was used well by the flies :(

Beautiful and convenient!

Very convenient location if you want to stay in Mykonos Town. While it is very close to loud establishments, we heard nothing inside the apartment. Nice furniture and comfy beds. Superbly clean inside out, and the staff as kind as it gets! Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful stay!

Great location, only 5 mins from Fabrika bustop. Very beautiful suite room with living room, outdoor porch, pantry and bedroom. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Best apartment ever!!

This was the best accomodation ever!! Top location, few minutes walk from Fabrika bus station, very very kind people who works there, apartment was extra clean, they clean it every day. It was comfortable and spacious. I will definetly come back to this apartment on magic island Mykonos!!

Si trova in centro, è accogliente , pulito

Il rumore di notte per via delle discoteche vicine, c’è lo scolapasta ma non c’è il piano cottura 😅

Great place to stay

Very convenient property in the centre of the busy town, but beautifully secluded in its own beautiful garden. Spotless room , balcony overlooking garden & well equipped.

Great Value and Location

The value for the money was evident and the location stellar in the heart of Mykonos Village with everything at the door step.

Superb

Very spacious and affordable room I was able to find last minute when my originally booking (at a different location) canceled on me due to a late arrival. Kouneni took me in with open arms and allowed me to get some much needed rest.

Wonderful experience

Lovely decoration. The location is excellent, downtown Chora. Spotless clean. Argyro the receptionist is a wonderful person. She gave as recommendations for sightseeing, dinning etc.

A pice of heaven in lovely Mykonos

I don't think I will be able to express in words how wonderful our stay was at Kouneni Apartments. The room, the bathroom, the terrace everything was beyond our expectations. The location was just perfect! But above all things the people that worked at this hotel made the difference....so lovely people, genuinely wanting us to live the best experience, leaving us treats every day in our room....this was definitely my favourite hotel in my trip around Greece

Highly recommend this hotel

Highly recommend this hotel. Located within walking distance to all places in the town. Special thanks to the hotel staff Mrs. Argyro and Mr. James. Great staff, always ready to help. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Everything was great.

The staff and reception was amazing and super helpful, and the location was awesome. Very nice and comfortable rooms with great little patio garden area. Very pleased!

High class apts in the heart of town

The apartments are actually looking 100 times better than the photos. Spacious and comfoetable. They are sparkling clean with a royal touch of a victorian era. As it is located very near Louis Vuitton, it feels like the design was inspired by the brand itself. Kouneni is in the heart of Mykonos town and everything you wish for is a matter of a few minutes walk away. The staff is very friendly and we had an exceptional approach by Argyro at the front desk. I'd definitely choose them again if I ever come back to Mykonos. Which is certain as with such a high standard professionalism and hospitality, a guest would always be pleased to revive the experience.

Nice rooms and great staff - but not for light sleepers

Really nice apartment, centrally located within the town. Lovely and really helpful staff (in particular they helped with printing out ferry tickets, and phoning travel agents when particularly strong winds meant our ferry to Naxos might be cancelled.)

There is a night club opposite the hotel with extremely loud music until 5 a.m.. Even with earplugs it was hard to sleep well.

Great room, great service, great location. The managers, both day and night, were knowledgeable and professional.
