Corinna is a great location to rough it in the wilderness with a little comfort.

Corinna Wilderness Village is a great location to experience some true isolation with a little comfort. The Pieman River cruises are great and the village has a great old world atmosphere with some original buildings still there.

There was nothing to dislike about Corinna.

Exceptional wilderness experience, Not to be missed on a West Coast road trip.

Perfect wilderness location beside the Pieman River. Warm and cosy comfortable cottage. Superb restaurant dinners including great vegetarian options. The rainforest walks and Arcadia cruise to Pieman River Heads, and the Sweetwater cruise to Lovers Falls.

A memorable stay in a beautiful location.

Restaurant meal and signposted walks were excellent. The room was large and comfortably appointed but needs either electric heating or firewood as it was quite cold.

Great place to stay in a remote location.

Really good facilities in a very remote place. Cabin was comfortable and cosy with a fireplace and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay.

spectacular off grid experience - supremely beautiful and wild country

so remote and quiet. surrounded by wonderful hikes and the river cruise. exceptional location and opportunity to get off the grid. no phone or internet. restaurant also very good and staff were well organised and friendly. the cruise is spectacular. the forest along the banks is truly wonderful. wild and beautiful. and at night, the stars are something else as well as all of the wildlife hanging around.loved this place.

not as well equipped as some other cabins but had most things. there were a lot of mosquitos that needed to be killed when we arrived.

Enjoyable, although not what we expected. with the lack of temperate rainforest.

We enjoyed the isolation of a wilderness experience, the variety in walks and tours and the abundant history . The restaurant was satisfactory and service was very good.

A lack of detailed map for the area. We were expecting more rainforest , however did enjoy what was there. Perhaps a little disappointed that the Tarkine is promoted as the second largest expanse of cool temperate rainforest in the world. Our experience would suggest it is not so.

Great place to stay, but fix the septic system.

Corinna is a great place to stay. I think it is one of the “must do’s” in Tasmania. The cruises are good, and the walks are good and it is in the Tarkine.

our stay was marred by the bad smell of sewage. Whoever owns the property needs to fix this up! Matt the manager does such a fantastic job and does not deserve to be let down this way. Seriously folks, not good enough! I mentioned the matter to staff several times, and was not even offered a free coffee.

Would recommend to others and do it again!

Well worth the winding road to get there. I wasn't sure what to expect having only camped there many years ago but the lodge exceeded expectation. The cabin and surrounds were simple but neat as a pin and very comfortable. The check in was easy and the staff exceedingly efficient, friendly and accommodating. The lodge is beautifully decorated and in keeping with the rustic, natural surrounds. The evening meal was exceptional! We did the Sweetwater cruise. Value for money. Enjoyed the passengers we shared the tour with and the guide was knowledgeable and entertaining.

Can't fault a thing. If I was being nit picky the furnishings in the cabin were dated but it fits in well with the ambience.
