Spacious, neat, quiet and near public transportation

Location is good

Location is what gets this guesthouse over the line. Approx 10 min walk to shopping malls MBK, Siam Paragon and BTS stations Siam and National Stadium.

I was a little disappointed. The room was big, but a little dark as no light can get in the windows due to large building opposite. The floor is a lovely wood, but so highly polished it was slippery, even in bare feet. Bed was quite hard, which I dont mind so much, but the pillows were also a bit hard.

Location, good size, clean and price is cheap.

1 bed was in the living room, when roommates go toilet will be awaken. Alot of curbs around the room which are trip hazards. Room is dated.

Will stay again if prices kept at a reasonable level.

Central to food, shopping and easy public transport to all attractions. Located off the main roads for quiet nights.

Clean and comfortable rooms at a good price just a slight downer was backstreet location

Room was ok general facilities in room were alright, room was cleaned when requested. General location near MBK and National stadium very good.

No bar or restaurant apparent and location up a backstreet a bit disappointing

Location and Price are a Win

The location is great close to everything, 5 minutes from MBK The room was huge, a larger TV would be useful (it was so small in the room, we had to get closer (-: ) Two bathroom and a small kitchen without appliances was very handy

Nice hotel close to MBK, SiamParagon, Siam Square. Quiet location, clean and the personnel were nice and very helpful.

Clean and comfortable stay in Bangkok

It was a clean and comfy hotel. Good location, near many shopping malls and skytrain station, so easy to get around the city. The room was a good size, fine for me and my wife. Staff were very nice and friendly.

Lack of facilities within the hotel. No restaurant and no breakfast offered. There was also no laundry service, although there was a laundry place next to the hotel, so that wasn't really a problem.
