Complex Update: The Opus pool deck remains open however, the private beach access and public beach access next door has now closed due to sudden high tides in November from the Super Moon. The nearest, open beach access is about a 9 minute walk from Opus located at Botefuhr Avenue, just south of Ocean Vistas Condos. The complex and city cannot repair the beach access points until the tides have reduced and being a natural phenomenon, when this occurs is unknown. Rates are currently reduced through all of 2025 to reflect this impact and if it reopens prior to your stay, it's just a free bonus. We update this description anytime we have new information to share.

Being located in a great neighborhood just south of International Speedway Boulevard, makes this a prime location in Daytona Beach Shores. Welcome to Opus where gourmet kitchens accompanied with luxury furnishings compliment the stunning views of the Halifax River and the Atlantic Ocean. Opus Condominiums are known for being luxurious and have great access to amenities on premise such as an oceanfront heated pool, hot tub, club room with billiards, fitness center, and lavish meeting rooms. 6' garden tubs, over-sized balconies, and under-building assigned parking all secured with the serenity of virtually soundproof walls. A superb package of luxury amenities make Opus Condominiums the best mix of an oceanfront resort and a beachfront condominium complex.

The oceanfront primary suite boasts private balcony access to enjoy spectacular oceanfront views. With a large walk-in closet, walk-in shower, granite double vanity, and 6' garden tub the primary suite is the epitome of luxury. The second bedroom is elegantly decorated and contains one queen bed with a full bathroom just across the hall. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bunk bed with an adjoining full bathroom.

The kitchen comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs and contains 4 bar stools for additional seating. The adjacent dining area for 6 overlooks the ocean.Nearby, the spacious living room boasts comfortable furnishings and breathtaking direct ocean views. This condominium even includes a full laundry room for added convenience. Step onto your private, wraparound balcony and enjoy the endless ocean views on abundant, comfortable patio furniture.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.

My family and I stayed at this property January 2023 and were so pleased, we rebooked for January 2024. I was looking for beach property to purchase and engaged with a realtor. After this experience, I will never use Ocean Luxury Vacations again and have chosen to look in another state for property. CEO Crystal Anderson based her business on customer service but I have found her team to lack transparency and customer service. In 2023, my stay on the 2nd floor of OPUS Condominium was beautiful, waking up to see the ocean was a delight. The office manager in the building daily was helpful and informative. This stay in 2024 was horrible. Daily I woke to a 6 story crane, construction, large pieces of equipment moving in front of my window 8:00am-5:00pm. The driver of the crane and I locked eyes daily as I drank my coffee on the patio. After 5 days of construction and sea wall repair, I contacted Oceans Luxury Vacations through multiple text messages with video and emails. The response I received was filled with excuses and "we haven't heard from any other guests". Additionally, the reek of pot in the hallway was unexpected, however, we never saw the building manager in his office other than one day after our arrival. I work in the hospitality business, I understand construction, I understand customer service, I also understand transparency. Ocean Luxury Vacations displayed none of it.

We had a great time at this property. It was very clean, inviting and very comfortable. Much larger than other condos we have stayed at. All 8 of us fit very comfortably and we didn't feel like we were tripping over each other. The view was great, would have been better if the pool was fixed but overall we had a great time.

Communication was great from the start! Great location right on the beach & would love to go back once pool/hot tub are repaired. A bit of a trek to the pier but with the designated parking spot we didn’t feel worried about returning & not finding a parking spot.

Property was clean and as listed. Was a little inconvenient getting to the beach but that was out of the condos hands due to the large amount of construction going on from the hurricane last year. Good property though, would stay again.

We loved our visit to the Opus in Daytona! The condo was clean and worked perfect for our family. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evenings and listening to the waves. It was very relaxing and wonderful.

This condo is spacious, perfect for a large family. The views from the master and the living area are spectacular. The balcony is very small but they have managed to get ample seating out there. We spent many meals on the balcony watching the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful place! Our family loved it! Construction going on with the hurricane but it didn’t take away from our fun and the place was beautiful! Parking is under the building which is hard to find when you first get there but May is a great time to go not as packed.

Ocean Luxury team were very accommodating. Staying on the beach with gusty winds could ve a little frightening but their team comfort me and I was able to relax. They had more than enough supplies. I was very pleased

Enjoyed our stay the condo was very clean and easy to get in and out of. The area was welll appointed for families- lots of space inside the condo. There is putt putt across the street that was perfect for the kids and a Dollar General too- which was nice for the things we forgot or needed. This was the second time staying and won’t be our last.

This property is a nice place very clean and secure. The pool deck has not yet been repaired from the storm last year, so that is a no go, you can't use the pool or the deck. Parking is tight. I would not recommend this property if you have large vehicles or are towing a trailer. Also if you have more than one car, not a great place. I paid for two parking spaces. The parking lot is frequently over filled and no were to park. I lost one entire day & and a lot of money, because my rental car was towed. No one really seemed to care and it really seems like it could be a scam? Good luck if you have more than one car.

The property as as advertised. The Condo was very quiet with no excessive noise and other guests or owners were very quiet. Rooms were comfortable. Met our needs perfectly. We loved the security codes used to access various parts of the building which helped us feel very safe. The location let us explore various restaurants throughout our stay. We would book again if the need arises.

The entire condo was spotlessly clean. Well decorated and a joy to behold. The balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean was my favorite place to sit and relax. Close enough to shops but far enough away from heavy traffic both vehicular and foot to enjoy our stay.

Thought we were staying at a fully stocked Vrbo Condo, but we were wrong. Be prepared to bring a lot of personal everyday items aka Toilet Paper. Luckily there was a DG across the street to provide most of the missing. You would think a Rental Agency would offer more than 1 roll of TP per bathroom for a full week stay, but you would be told to buy your own if you asked and feel like a fool. The agency did not seem to care and acted like I was out of place for asking. We will NEVER use this Agency again. The location is great, building is old, but for what we paid, we would have expected more. This was not our first rental from Vrbo, but it was the worst experience over all. Sorry NOT Sorry.

This is a very lovely property. The layout is great, especially for 3 adults, with each having their own bathroom and bath. Nice pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with all we needed. Does need a update of carpet.

We stayed for the month of February. This is a very large unit with a great view of the ocean. It is just steps to the beach. The one thing that was a problem is that there was very little silverware. Could use more knives, forks and spoons. Other than that the kitchen was well stocked and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The photos did not do the rental justice. It was much more beautiful and spacious in person. Being right by the beach was wonderful and we were lulled away to sleep every night by the sound of the waves. Communication was prompt and instructions were very easy to follow. We had no issues accessing the unit or garage. The gym was also a nice addition as my husband and I rotated morning workouts with beach runs and exercise room equipment. The only con was not staying longer than 3 nights. Theres plenty to eat close by and dont forget to watch for the lights to go on at Krispy Kreme. Enjoy your stay!

The views in this place are beyond incredible! I booked this as a gift for my mother's birthday and all of her adult children came together. There was plenty of room for all of us and the light hitting the balcony in the morning was the perfect setting for lots of photos.

My family and I have stayed at many condos, but this was by far the nicest, and it was affordable! The easy beach access was great, and the spacious size of the unit allowed my screaming 5 month old to not wake up anyone in the other rooms! Key pickup and drop off was easy as well. Absolutely recommend and will do again!
