About this apartment rental

This is a beautiful intracoastal view 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom unit with breathtaking views of the sunset and boats cruising through the intracoastal waterway.

This unit features a gourmet chef inspired kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and every piece of cookware your heart could desire to make you feel right at home and on the balcony is an awesome Weber Grill. The kitchen area has a bar top with seating for 2 and a high top dining table with seating for 6.

This unit features a huge master suite and master bathroom with a jetted garden tub, walk in shower, Jack & Jill sinks, and a private entrance to the balcony. Inside the master suite is a flats screen TV with cable.

In the second bedroom, it boasts a stand alone full bed, with a twin over full bunk bed sleeping 5. This room has a flat screen TV with cable and a private entrance to the balcony and the guest bathroom.

The living room features gorgeous furniture, the large sofa is a queen sleeper sofa, with a matching love seat, and a beautiful accent chair. There is a 55” flat screen smart tv in the living room as well as a balcony entrance.

The huge wrap around balcony features a high top outdoor patio set that is complete with a Weber electric outdoor grill and gorgeous views of the sunset and intracoastal waterway.

***AMENITIES***

The complex boasts a beautiful oceanfront fitness center complete with cardio equipment that has little TVs attaches, full lifting equipment, and a hot sauna. There is a sun porch with patio seating for over 12 guests on the western sun side. The oceanfront community room has enough seating for multiple families and features a 70” flat screen tv with cable and a billiards table.

There is a conference center with a printer for those of you who work while on vacation.

The pool is a 70ft heated infinity pool overlooking the ocean and on the opposite end Is an infinity jacuzzi for those who enjoy the spa life.

This undoubtedly one of the most beautiful units in all of Daytona Beach. The condominium itself is the most luxurious Daytona beach has to offer.

*****OTHER THINGS TO NOTE*****

Minimum age: 25 - (this means the primary renter needs to be over 25)

1. Being transparent as possible -- Instead of charging a high security deposit or having you pay a non-refundable fee to VRBO for their coverage (which is not enough coverage) we have sought out a higher limit 3rd party coverage for incidentals. Our cost is $145 and is marked as an admin fee. This covers you for the vast majority of incidental damage to the unit that could happen. This solves two things. 1. We do not have to collect a huge security deposit from you. 2. More importantly it solves the damage claim process which VRBO had traditionally made hosts "aim" their damage claim at the guest first seeking payment before they would step in and pay. We wanted to ensure every guest was covered for both minor an major "oops" without having to deal with the hassle and coverage limitations set forth by VRBO.

Is not available. (If the unit is ready early, our check in agent will let you know)

LATE CHECK IN FEE:
This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals. We just pass the charge on to the guest.

PARKING:
~ ONE garage spot with 6'7ft clearance guaranteed.
~ ONE garage access pass to the first come first serve spots in the lower garage (6'7ft) for a second vehicle (If the complex is full parking for a second vehicle may not be available)
~ If your vehicle does not fit in the garage you will have to find other parking accommodations.
~ NO THIRD VEHICLES.
~ NO TRAILERS.
~ NO OUTDOOR PARKING ON SITE.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.

CHECKOUT: is at 10:00 am

HOUSE RULES:

1. Smoking is NOT allowed at all inside the condominium or on the balconies. Caught doing either will result in a $500 fine. (Smoking can be done out front of the building)

2. You MUST follow the checkout instructions in the binder given to you prior to checking out of your unit.

3. Do not hang anything over the balcony railings.

4. Wash the sand off of you and your beach belongings prior to coming up to the unit.

5. Be kind, courteous, and respectful of all staff, owners, and other rental guests staying.

6. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.

7. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center cannot be used after 10pm. Breaking this rule can result in the condo association overruling me and asking a guest to leave.

8. Please do not do drugs or bring drugs into the unit. (This will result in an automatic termination of your stay).

9. Please do not take the towels or pillows with you. (Yes people do this)

10. If you break something please notify us right away you have damage insurance that protects us both.

11. One week before check in you will receive an email with all of your check in information as well as a couple documents to fill out.

12. You will be given a 15-20 minute tour upon arrival. This is so you know your way around the building and do not get lost.

13. You cannot have additional guests in the building or using the amenities that are not on your registration document. (This will get you removed from the building)

14. Parking is two spots. One reserved spot in the garage and one unreserved spot in the garage. (unreserved spots are limited) No outdoor parking available.

15. Checkout is 10am.

16. You will need to fill out a parking registration form as well as a standard short term lease agreement with us after booking prior to check in that will be sent via email.

The place was very nicely decorated with comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen could use more dishes for cooking. And we found the microwave frustrating to use. Daytona Beach Shores is by far the ugliest place I’ve ever been. But your unit was lovely.

What a great condo! Pictures really don’t do this palace justice, much bigger than the pics make it appear. Beds are comfy, plenty of room for a family of 5. Only negative I will say is the road noise is a little loud, so if you’re sensitive to that, maybe book a condo that faces the ocean. Decent gym and pool. Close to local restaurants. We had a great trip. Thanks

Condo was great. Location was great. My only complaint is the parking spots are difficult to get in and out of. Not bad enough that I wouldn’t stay there again. It was a beautiful condo, in great condition!

My family and I passed 2 weeks at Ocean Vista and all things was perfect. The unit 903 is very big, confortable and so clean. The personnel was very sweet. Thanks to Bre for the late property visit (Flight delay) and thank you so much Lucas for your always quick answers to my many questions :). Go ahead. You won't regret it.... All is easy (arrival / departure). I gone a couple of times in Daytona on Vacation and the Océan vista have been the best vacation I've ever had so far.

The moment we booked the listing Lucas was reaching out and throughout our stay he made sure to respond in a timely manner. He is a great facilitator in making sure we have a great stay and also making sure we follow and know the house rules (Very reasonable). The Ocean Vistas staff reached out to us as we were en route from Tennessee and we stayed in touch until we pulled up and they were waiting to greet us to give us a tour. I have stayed in everything from a mosquito net (military days) to your diamond hotels and this location by far is my favorite. The private beach entrance was being repaired but you only had to walk 5 more steps to another access so we survived. The condo was breathtaking and the decor was so calming and inviting but you did not have to worry about watching every step. We have a 9 and 2 year old and they had a blast. We met a few full time residents who were do kind and so was the staff. The unit doesn't overlook the Ocean but it's view of the intercoastal waterway we beautiful and yes the sunsets were spectacular. You will not find a better location, better staff, better support (Lucas), or better access to the beach. Lucas thank you and please tell the owners how grateful we are for them sharing a piece of paradise. We will definitely try to get this location again. Oh one more thing elevator 14 is right next to your parking spot we used 13 the entire time until our last day. Such a perfect and overdue vacation.
