Afastado dos bons locais e recepção confusa

O valor e a proximidade do local aonde foi a competição de natação, bem como a proximidade do aeroporto. Porém ficava distante do Ver o Peso.

Não havia shampoo e sabonete. Quarto sem nenhum luxo e cama com colchão mole. Apenas 1 travesseiro por pessoa. Não havia onde colocar duas malas. Funcionários da recepção enrolados quanto as recomendações aos hóspedes. Uma hora era uma coisa, outra hora era outra. Faltava cortesia.

Muito bom.

Atendimento muito bom, café da manhã muito bom, instalações, limpeza.

Não há como entrar em contato com eles. O número disponível ninguém atende (não sei nem se funciona), e ninguém responde as mensagens enviadas pelo aplicativo. Contato só pode ser feito pessoalmente, o que torna não muito prático, para tirar dúvidas, informações. Isso deveria ser revisto.

There is a picture of a swimming pool in the Google reviews that make it look like there is a swimming pool at the hotel but there is not. This was very disappointing.

I do not recommend.

Breakfast was ok, check in was fast.

The room was poorly cleaned, the bed headrest was mouldy and loose. the curtains hang just abive the pillows and there was only one usable power outlet. The pictures do not represent what you get. The bathroom had multiple hair types in the sink and on the floor, the toilet had droplets of whatever on the seat. I was at room 304.

Perfect for lay-overs

Our flight was changed so we ended up staying only 4 hours. For this purpose the hotel is perfect. Very basic, but with a clean bed and a good shower, that’s all you need, and all you’d expect for the price paid. Surprisingly the night receptionist spoke very good English and was very friendly.

Water wasn’t very hot in the shower.
