O hotel é ótimo, quartos amplos e confortáveis. Café da manhã muito bom também.

Para quem quer gastar pouco e ficar em ótima localização

Ótimo café da manhã. Localização ideal para quem atua comercialmente em Belém. Próximo a lanches diversos e drogarias.

Localização e café da manhã. Muito bom.

Embora haja lugar previsto em frente ao hotel para carga e descarga, o lugar está sempre ocupado por automóveis não permitindo a tranquilidade para carregar e descarregar as malas dos hóspedes. Os hóspedes então são obrigados a estacionar em fila dupla correndo risco de serem atropelados na rua.

Para estadias curtas, recomendo, devido ao custo-benefício e localização.

Em resumo, a acomodação é bem simples, tem frigobar, ar, cama, banheiro com chuveiro elétrico. Mas é bem limpo, o café é simples também mas gostoso. Vale o custo-benefício, por conta da localização em área central.

A TV do quarto estava fora do ar. O Wifi não funciona.

Estadia foi maravilhosa

Design do quarto super funcional, muito bem organizado, para quem preza por tranquilo e calmaria encontrara isso no Soft. A acústica do quarto é muito bem instalada e protege contra barulhos externos! O café da manhã é excelente também!

Foi uma estadia bem confortável e tranquila.

O quarto estava sempre limpo, a cama e os travesseiros eram confortáveis e o ar condicionado bem silencioso. O café da manhã estava bom e o hotel muito bem localizado.

O cofre não estava funcionando e so tinha um lençol.

Poderia ser melhor: macaxeira muito dura, batata doce dura e cortada em pedaço pequeno difícil de descascar o mamão servido com casca e semente. A calabresa poderia ser cortada mais fina e frita com cebola . Renderia mais e seria mais saborosa.

Perfect place if you’re just staying the night, but don’t care about breakfast.

Very clean and practical rooms with a 24/7 convenience store right across the street.

Breakfast was very disappointing, nothing really good to eat and bad coffee. The street is quite noisy as well, and closing the windows doesn’t really help either

Was great and recommended for everyone who want to spend a short time in Belem

Actually, the location of this hotel is very good. I also like the breakfast, the reception service, and the people who work there are very kind and professional.

I think that furniture in the reception space it need to be renewed a little bit old but it’s a small problem not big deal

Great budget hotel

This is a great budget hotel. The breakfast is amazing, many choices and always being resupplied. The room was spacious and clean. I read the other reviews and don't understand the dirty complaints. The bathroom needs an update and the bathroom door was damaged, but other than that it was good. Shower has hot water and good pressure. Air-conditioning works well. Sheets were clean but the towels should be thrown out because they're so worn. The location is good, 10 min walk to theatre and lots of good coffee shops and restaurants near by.

The towels are worn and stained.
