Está cerca a la plaza. Cuentan con voluntarios que trabajan en el hostal, todo lo bueno de nuestra experiencia ahí fue gracias a la amabilidad de ellos. Calificaría menos pero los voluntarios sacaron la cara por el hostal.

Nos quedamos en habitación doble. La primera habitación estaba cerca de las escaleras, donde el piso es de madera y suena mucho cuando las personas pasan, por lo que es inevitable despertarse a las 3 o 4 am cuando la gente sale para sus tours. Tenía una ventana pequeña que justo daba hacia el pasillo por donde pasaba la gente. La segunda habitación que tuvimos tenía otro piso en el pasillo, pero igual está al lado del baño. Se siente la gente de todos modos. Aparte, nos quedamos 5 noches en total y al último día decidimos pedir agua justo antes de irnos al aeropuerto en la tarde, y NOS NEGARON EL AGUA porque YA NO ÉRAMOS CLIENTES. Muy mal gusto.

Buen hostel. Muy buena atencion de Miller el chico del bar. El hostel es bastante tranquilo y pequeño, no habia mucha gente.

Perfecta opción calidad-precio en Cuzco

El personal es super agradable. Todo muy limpio. Las zonas comunes junto con el bar/restaurante con precios muy asequibles! Solo me quedé 1 noche después de hacer el camino inca pero me hubiera encantado quedarme más tiempo!!

El wifi no iba muy bien. Para ir al baño había que subir al piso de arriba. La habitación era un poco fría pero dentro de la cama se estaba muy bien.

Enjoyed staying here, friendly vibe and free breakfast. Close to the plaza which was convenient. Charge a 5% commission

Vibrant colours as you walk in, very Peruvian. Friendly staff (especially Ruth) and lots of activities planned each night for you to join in with. Locked our bags away safely.

No en-suite with the double room - but it was located very close next door. The door was a bit flimsy and it was quite noisy as people passed by.

I loved the mood of this hostel ! Really welcoming ! The staff was great, special mention to Veronica 😉

Shared toilets and showers, wasn't used it ( but really clean so it's okay!)

I stayed in dragonfly for a few days during new years eve, and I loved it. I loved the staff, the people in there, the breakfast, the bed, the bathroom was clean and specially the receptionist Kathe made my stay very funny. She was very nice, helpful, and if I needed something she would help me with anything. On my last day I was ready to check out and she showed me the Dragonfly t-shirt and I bought it to keep a nice souvenir of this hostel that I will always remember. Special thanks to Kathe. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beds were super comfy with good heavy blankets, making my sleep one of the best in cusco.

I can't belive how cool the vibe was, the staff were super friendly and open, Christian Robles did a spanish class for beginners and it was engaging and fun, not dry and boring. He also went out of his way to show me a bit of Cusco nightlife. For how cheap the room is, you get waaay more than what u pay for, compared to my experiences with other hostels and air b n bs. I will be def staying at the Lima location when I'm there, and definitely will reccomend the DragonFly to all my friends and anyone who asks where there should stay in Cusco. Well done team 👏

First hot shower in a week, this location exceded my expectations, no criticisms come to mind.

The staff always present in the reception, help with taxis, tours etc, nice common room, very central, cosy and friendly place. I really wish I had booked this hostel the first night, I hd to go through 2 bad ones before I booked here

The dorms face into the social area so if you are trekking in the morning it's very difficult to sleep early
